Liz Valenzuela rated it 5/5: We have been using Radiant for a couple of years now for our annual HVAC service. They never disappoint with the level of service! It is very reassuring to have a skilled, pleasant technician like Derek Sbiroli do the annual service for our HVAC system. He arrived a few minutes early and focused on ensuring the HVAC was safe, efficient and running well. Also, excellent customer service and follow up from the staff. Thanks Derek and Radiant staff!!

  • Adriana Chagoya rated it 5/5: Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. We had several issues on our house to say the least we were extremely stressed about all the work we had to do to the house but Radiant employee’s made it bearable. We had under the house plumbing issues, we had air conditioning problems, we had plumbing issues and on and on. Thank God and of course Radiant employees which by the way (Radiant owners), they are your greatest asset. Jay was punctual and left everything nice and clean, Kyle’s attitude was jovial and made us at ease about all the work that had to be done. In conclusion the work was done on time, stress free and efficient. Therefore I am totally “radiant” and happy with Radiant. Keep up the good work.
  • Rachel Edward rated it 5/5: Nestor and Andrew showed up early and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process to us prior to starting the job and were respectful when moving around our house to clean the air ducts in each room especially since my husband and I were both working from home at the time. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after and patiently answered any questions we had. We're very satisfied with their service!

  • Leslie rated it 5/5: I was shocked at how quickly Radiant was able to get a technician to my home. Jay did an excellent job of explaining the issue and options to fix it. He was able to complete the repair in the same visit and gave me great advice for ongoing maintenance and/or replacement when the time comes. Because I’m a single mom, I’m very cautious about who I work with. Radiant came highly recommended and I can see why. They are a great company to work with! Hot water on a cold day makes me happy!! Thank you, Radiant.
  • Quincy Zhuang rated it 4/5: Radiant installed our A/C unit after our old one failed. Overall, the experience was positive. The process went smoothly from initial proposal to installation. We were able to secure a maintenance plan as well, which was a bonus.

However, that's where my experience was soured. During our previous maintenance check, the technician forgot to plug in the fuse to the condenser. We didn't notice for several weeks until the weather started getting warmer. I just find it shocking that the technician concluded their work without properly wrapping up. I thought our new unit broke down until I noticed the fuse sitting on top of the wiring box.

While I'm sure this was just a small oversight, I hope Radiant sees this review and ensures their technicians are following protocol. Overall, I would recommend Radiant, but perhaps a little less whole-heartedly after my last experience.

Jackie Gardner rated it 5/5: Jonas and Nathan provided excellent service and treated our family with respect and professionalism. We had replaced countertops, so all faucets and sinks were replaced in our home. Jonas investigated toilet and pipe leaking. He pointed out where we were likely to have problems when the project started and explained our options as the limitations of our 30 year old home became apparent. Our quote was accurate. We appreciated that options were given at more than one price level. We were able to schedule an appointment that fit with other contractors doing work. Stan's was on-time and communicated well with us.They picked up equipment at Ferguson's for us, since we don't own a truck. Overall, Stan's did a great job and employs good people.

  • Chris M rated it 5/5: Johnny, Julian and Collin did a terrific job with the plumbing on our house. Installed new PEX pipe and replaced our 75yo cast iron pipe/sewer lines. Also did a new tankless water heater which works great, big upgrade. Workmanship and quality were excellent!
  • Elizabeth Rodriguez rated it 5/5: Excellent service. Andrew was prompt and thorough when troubleshooting our A/C issue. He found the problem quickly and fixed it and went above and beyond in mending an issue with a filter. Andrew was respectful and nice when explaining the problem. All of this was very much appreciated and more than anything I found him to be very trustworthy. Andrew had our A/C working quickly. I will definitely use Stan's Heating, Air, & Plumbing for any future needs and highly recommend them as they have honest and respectively employees like Andrew.
  • Annette rated it 5/5: These guys are awesome. Fair, honest and really care about their service reputation. We just had a new AC unit put in. They were timely and efficient and sent text notifications when their workers were on the way with details of who was coming out. Darin, the project manager, worked with us to get a great price for the install of a complete new unit. Then a week later when an old dampner part went bad, Mickey, the field supervisor went above and beyond to take care of us and repair it at their expense when they were not obligated to do so.

  • Dex Quinn rated it 1/5: I went to their webpage and they claim to be able to work on all and any water softeners. After their technician arrive, the first thing out of his mouth was "I've never seen nothing like this before". That gave me a bad feeling right from the start. I googled it, and I could tell him what the problem was. Then he started quoting prices, to do guess work on my unit. He took a picture of the standing water in my salt tank, and texted it to his boss to see if he could help. The point I'm making is, Stan's knowingly sent out an under-qualified technician to do work on my water softener. They charged me $97.00 for nothing! I called the supervisor on duty and all he had to say was "we don't know how to work on everything". I would call that false advertisement, based on their website. What bothered me most, the supervisor wasn't at all concerned about customer service. I would not recommend them for nothing. Stan's is the worst plumbing service, I've ever used!

Cheryl Jones rated it 4/5: Moses & Jarrod were my installers and they were awesome. They worked all day in this oppressive heat, answered my questions, & explained things they were doing. The system is working great so far. The company loaned me a window unit until the install could be done. Very much appreciated! I did feel that the person who diagnosed the issues with my old system was great until he made the sell on the new unit and then seemed to ‘drop the ball’ after that. He also did help in getting my home warranty to approve the work although Daniel’s was not in their network. There seem to be some communication issues when calling in and speaking with people and follow through with service people but the most important thing for me is that Moses & Jarrod gave 110% installing the system. I appreciate how hard they worked to do a great job!

  • Thomas Martinez rated it 5/5: Robert completed my renovation custom job all in one day and at a very fair price. He was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. He offered to return when the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry are installed so he can finish connecting all the drain pipes and water lines. I'm so glad I chose Daniel's Plumbing.
  • Valerie Deyo rated it 5/5: Wow, I felt a peace about the whole encounter
Drew has a trusting spirit and there was no nonsense about necessary repairs and expense. He did his evaluations and provided informative information about the process. He provided a referral for water mediation and they arrived in less than 45 min. A pleasure to meet quality professional people with stellar customer service for the company’s they represent. More than please with the extra kindness to listen to my concerns and what is required in a short time. More than satisfied with the service and representative that showed up at my door. A breathe of fresh air and a knowledgeable technician. Drew Ross gets 5 stars and two thumbs up.

  • or yochanan rated it 1/5: Bottom line? $500/hour(!!!) – taking advantage of people in distress 😞

The good: dispatchment were responsive, they were able to dispatch their plumber within a day, they asked for a trip charge of $49 which was more than fair (in retrospect: that's the bait), the plumber was nice and knowledgeable.

The bad: they charge $500 per hour. This is FAR from fair market value, it's also far from expensive value, it's quite simply taking advantage of a person who's in distress (a leak situation is scary, and requires immediate attention). I made the judgement call of allowing them to inspect, figured $500 is extremely expensive but starting the schedule process from scratch is also time consuming and if they charge that much they might be worth it(?). Unfortunately, the plumber was not able to track down anything, and advised he can come back in 2 days. The next day a master plumber came by, found the leak, and was utterly shocked (disgusted, really) by the price point I got.

The ugly: Taking a 10m break when charging a person $500 per hour, during just 1h of a very easy-going, non-intensive work. If I had the audacity of charging someone this amount, I'd make damn sure I'm getting them value.

Conclusion: Some businesses thrive on the client's distress and knowledge gap, this is precisely what happened here, and what's so wrong and twisted in this industry. This time around, it was my turn to get butchered, I sincerely hope that you dear reader will be smarter than me. I got tons of experience with real estate, I manage over 100 properties, so if it happened to me I can't imagine what they're doing to less informed individuals. 👎

And to Daniel's – while you get an A on responsiveness and nice demeanor, you get a big F on taking advantage of people. That's too bad (morally) and also extremely shortsighted, you could've landed this project and others and make significantly stronger revenue. Honestly, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • JAS McCoy rated it 1/5: It’s a $50 fee to come out. I let dispatch know I had my own kitchen faucet and just needed a quote. Larry came out and let me know the price was about $500. After he left I noticed the hot water and my filtered water was not working and my bottom cabinet was soaked. Larry came back out and noticed there was a leak in my dishwasher hose. I had no issues before he went under my sink. I’m not sure if he put a hole in it on accident or purpose. My house is only a year old and this is the first time I had a leak or any issues. The price he quoted me to replace a dishwasher hose was $450 and he said that was with some kinda of discount. He was quick to let me know they were pricey and I should shop around for better pricing. The company manager did try to accommodate me with reducing the price to $225. I feel like they are quick to respond and send someone out but also quick to take advantage of their customers. There was additional damage and this simple job is costing me additional money. I would shop around before choosing this company.

Denise Alvarez rated it 5/5: Alex was very courteous and informative in explaining what he needed to regarding our situation. Our pipes got backed up due to "flushable" wipes. Unfortunately, thanks the the labeling on the packaging claiming that they were safe for flushing, my pocketbook is a little lighter. Making the appointment was effortless. I got a courtesy call letting me know when the technician was on his way, and Alex arrived within the estimated time of arrival. Would definitely recommend to anyone if you find yourself Ina plumbing crisis.

  • Rae Valenz rated it 5/5: We called on Friday around noon, at 6pm that same day they were at our house to help fix our clogged toilet. I believe his name was Mark, and he did a fantastic job getting our toilet in proper order. He did a few test flushes just to make sure everything was good to go. I definitely recommend this company with your plumbing needs
  • Imelda Phillips rated it 5/5: We thought we had a leak so we called Roto-Rooter on a Friday.
The serviceman they sent, Javier, was wonderful and thoroughly performed leak detection but did not find any so he requested for a follow-up for another team to come. The next team came and were just as thorough using high tech camera all for one service fee. Great service overall.

He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was up and running with no more issues before he left, while also answering all my questions and making sure that we were set up and ready to go. I really appreciated all his help and his work to solve our issue, specially with it being 7:30PM on a Sunday night.
  • Anna Maijala rated it 5/5: The day before a huge cold front came in, we had an outdoor spigot break off, and had to turn water off to our house. Other companies we called couldn't get to us for about a week, and we would have had to go through Christmas with no water.

Roto Rooter got us scheduled the very next morning. The plumber who responded to our call was very professional and nice, and explained everything well. He was actually 5 minutes early, which I thought was amazing since I was fully expecting to wait hours like I have with other home services I've had done. The repair was done quickly and held up great through the cold snap (and more). We were only without water for less than 24 hours.

    Disaster averted! Thank you!

We even added a service that was not part of the original service call and Mike picked up what he needed to complete this added on service (toilet replacement) returned to our office and addressed ALL issues in a professional and courteous manor. Would use this company again and recommend asking for Mike!!
    Thanks Economy Plumbing!!

  • MICHAEL “BIGGLEW” LEWIS rated it 5/5: Michael was professional and knowledgeable. He came to fix a previous problem. Zachary installed my kitchen sink. It was beautiful. The next morning my kitchen was flooded. It turned out it wasn't Zachary fault but it was a defective faucet. Michael showed up on Sunday and installed a new faucet. Thank you my Christian brother
    Economy Plumbing rocks.
  • M H rated it 5/5: Michael was our technician and he was so helpful and friendly. Not only did he fix our problem quickly he answered about a million questions I had. Very knowledgeable and patient! He gave me a thorough and fair quote. We will absolutely be working with this company again. What a breath of fresh air to have such a kind and helpful experience during a stressful time. Thank you Michael!
  • M Texas rated it 1/5: Came quickly and on time. No service charge. Person who stopped by, Sean, incredibly courteous. Pricing I thought was steep. Quote was $350 -$470 (without/with parts) to remove and check a tub faucet which would take him 30-60 minutes based on his estimate. I declined the service based on pricing. Economy” plumbing not incredibly economic

Kim Brittain rated it 5/5: I had a pipe burst on Dec. 23rd. I called ABC and they set up an appt for Christmas Eve at 6:00 pm. The next morning they called me at 8:45 am and said they could work me in due to a cancelation and a plumber could be here within 15 minutes. John Benningfield showed up 10 minutes later. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and got my pipe fixed quickly. I would highly recommend ABC Plumbing services. The emergency services are stellar and they explain the after hours pricing up front, so no surprises. All in all, they saved my holiday!

  • Rebecca Grett rated it 5/5: We got our water softener system maintenance done with ABC. My experience with them was amazing! After having negative experiences lately (with other companies and services) I had lower expectations with even getting an appointment. As it happened I got an appointment the very next day! We had a huge window for the service, 8 am-6 pm, but the technician was here by noon. Rafael Olivia was the absolute best! He was so knowledgeable and good at explaining what was going on with the softener. Also had great tips to maintain the unit between professional visits. Thank you so much Rafael!!!
  • Jamie Weems Rankin rated it 5/5: Arranging a a service call was very easy. Very pleasant. The plumbing repair was fast and done on appointment schedule. Cost provided up front. Received cost of further plumbing repair and will definitely have them come back for that as well
  • kevin schneider rated it 5/5: It was easy to schedule, and was able to have someone out quickly. Mike Snow did a fantastic job. The job itself presented some problems that Mike handled professionally and with a good attitude (much better attitude than I would have had) Will definitely use ABC again.

  • Nathan New rated it 1/5: Lacks customer service. After looking up ABC Services on line, they initiated a chat where I told them I needed commercial plumbing service. In that Chat, I described the service I needed. I need a service contract for a lift station. The person on the chat then asked if I needed electrical service and they did not know what a lift station was. They then gave me a phone number to call for their mechanical department and that phone number "could not accept my calls". When I called the main number from google, the person wanted me to send an email even though I had typed in all my contact info and issue in their chat system – with my thumbs no less…. I'm going to try another company.

Evan Torres rated it 5/5: We’ve called them out at least five times for different things and have always been completely satisfied. Their plumbers are always courteous and professional, especially Gabriel and Serge! My only complaint is the wide appointment window but I assume that just comes with the territory. Would absolutely recommend this company.

  • Mike Dewey rated it 5/5: Travis C. is amazing. He came out on a Sunday (when no one else would) and he is very professional and thorough. He is a great communicator too, he explained everything before he did it. He fixed our pretty serious problem in less than an hour. I'll be calling him and Clarke Kent next time I need help. They are really, really great.

  • Erin Simmons rated it 2/5: I’ve used this company for quite a few plumbing issues since buying our house early 2022. Their service is so inconsistent. One of the people who answers the phone (a younger woman) acts like I’m inconveniencing her when I call to schedule services. One of the plumbers who came out left extra parts, garbage, and some of his tools in our bathtub. I assumed he was coming back, but he never did. All of this is mildly annoying but tolerable so I’ve kept calling them.

Last Monday (11/21/22) I called to see if I could get a plumber to hook up my bathroom sink before company arrived for Thanksgiving. They were understandably booked up, so I scheduled for the next available day (today). I was told by the scheduler (pretty sure it’s the same woman I usually talk to) that a plumber would be here at 8am. After waiting two hours this morning for the plumber to show, I called and apparently I didn’t get put on the schedule. 😒

  • Kimmy C rated it 1/5: The receptionists for this business are horrible. From the first phone call I had nothing but attitude from the office staff. The first plumber who came to my house didn’t bring a ladder despite me informing the receptionist that our tankless water heater was in a downstairs ceiling crawl space 14 feet off the ground. Instead of rescheduling me for someone who had the equipment to handle the job, he tried to tell me that the issue we've been having (scalding hot or ice cold water out of the pipes no matter how the faucet handle is set) is due to "hot Texas summers." Yeah, I’ve lived in Texas my whole life. I know that in the summertime, pipes in the outside of the house heat up faster. That wasn’t the issue. After he turned down the temperature of the water hearer from 120° to 115°, he told me that would help the issue and to call back if it didn’t. Surprise surprise, it did not solve my problem. I called back to get another plumber with the right equipment out, once again receiving an attitude from the woman answering the call, and the second plumber charged full price for the services he provided. I thought it was ridiculous that the plumbing company would send an ill-equipped plumber, who charged full price for his services, and then charge us again for the second visit to essentially supplement the first visit. The first bill was $230, the second bill was $150, and when I called to complain about that (again facing attitude from the receptionist) they offered to knock $100 off the second bill. How generous. I’ll never use Clarke Kent Plumbing again.

P.S. the water is still insanely hot

  • Avid Ghamsari rated it 1/5: I made an appointment for a shower pipe leak that turned out to be a relatively simple job as the pipe just needed some new paste and tape. Unfortunately, while loosening the shower fixture the plumber was not paying enough attention and the majority of the fixture fell.

Although I struggled to understand how the plumber could not see that part of the fixture was not screwed into the pipe and would separate when being removed, I understand that accidents happen. However, after resuming the job, the plumber then ended up heavily scratching up the shower fixture when tightening it back up. The plumber also applied what seemed like a pretty amateur silicone caulk as the finishing touches. The caulk was very messy and was missing in some areas, also started cracking the next day so I ended up just removing it and doing it myself after the plumber had left.

After all was said and done, the plumber did admit fault for dropping the fixture and said the company would order the part that had been broken and come replace it. I was charged full price for the job even after what had happened. After several weeks of silence, I had to reach out to their customer service myself several times in order to get status updates and schedule a return appointment to replace the broken part. I also mentioned the damages to the wall and floor where the fixture had hit on its way down and they insured me it would be taken care of. They asked if I wanted a different plumber and I insisted on a different one several times, but I ended up with the same person as before.

The plumber came and replaced the part and quickly left with no mention of any other repairs. At this point I had completely lost trust and didn't bother following up with the company for anything further. I can understand accidents but there were plenty of moments where my experience could have been much better, and it was instead poor and frustrating. I would definitely not recommend Clarke Kent.
