Dale arrived on time was an excellent communicator as to what was going to be involved with repair of outdoor pipe and garbage disposal installation. In addition to an exact quote.
Dale worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. His work area was always kept neat and when he cleaned up you could almost not tell that he had even been here. Once that was done they said they would call back. I have been calling for weeks now and they say they will have Danny call us to see what can be done and I’m still waiting. I’ve called at least 3 times a week and our problem is still not fixed.

Is it possible to verify the customer's phone number via caller ID? I waited around on Friday for the septic haulers to come by, nobody showed so I called the office. Secretary answers and tells me they can't do the job for their own reasons. Apparently, they had been trying to call me for days and they had the wrong number.

I work for an institution, we require receipts and at least a description of the item. Secretary at Johnny's could not provide one description of the job since they didn't do the job but charged my work credit card.

I was basically told to deal with their mistakes, not the way to treat customers.

Overall, the experience was terrible. Problem after problem, which could be fixed with simple solutions. Not to mention a waste of time.

Second time around (2022) I paid in full like I had previously and a few days before second installment I was emailed a new quote for $200 more because of the economy increasing everything which was fine……….3 months AFTER installment I received an invoice of almost $600 because extra things were done……I should have been informed of these supposedly extra charges at the time of installment not 3 months later. If I don’t pay this bill they will put a lien on my house.

Gil Hernandez rated it 1/5: To anyone who’s prospecting a future event that’ll be in need of portables and sinks or possibly a septic tank service i’d tread carefully on this company.
I’ll give both ex-employee and client perspectives, to bring out the obvious some clients asked if we’d actually used any disinfecting/antimocrobial solutions such as Microban to sanitize rented units and to make a long answer short, no. Most would get a scrub down and rinse however on busy days we’d have no choice but to reuse a dirty portable while just adding more water and chemical to the bottom contents. On a side note i’d have to be on the lookout for smaller rodents or black widows while picking out the units that needed delivering.

As for the septic tank service or driver position i’d advise any CDL driver with a clean record to look for a better opportunity. Both Class A trucks had wiring issues over lights and while one had a leak on its tank that DOT could’ve easily sited the driver over as well as other discrepancies. At some instances the service would be voided if the driver showed up at location and the entrance of the tank was not found leaving the customer with a hefty fee.

Lastly, no overtime pay. Most if not all employees would get a hourly wage with a possibility of a bonus depending on there judgement as well as poor etiquette with the dispatcher. You’re better off with another pump service regardless if you plan to work or rent out equipment from them.

I had originally scheduled the repair with the company who installed my irrigation system and ended up wasting two days waiting for them to come without receiving any communication or a call back.
