They did not charge me a fee to come out. I was only charged for the service provided. Once Stephanie confirmed that I would be home, Nathan and Terry showed up before time, explained in detail what services were needed and the cost up front.

Both guys were very knowledgeable, courteous, really quick and proficient.
Very reasonably priced service also. We are 25 year military veterans and they helped us with a discount.

They took all the stress out of a bad situation. I highly recommend using this company. Ask for Terry and Nathan!

Clearwater is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

They take their time with the details and will send a picture and bio of the technicians that will handling your request. I've never worked with a company that provided that level of detail.

JR and his assistants came by to talk through the installation process, cost and left me with a few quote options to consider. They were on time and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and their quality of work surpassed any other company I've worked with in the past.

From beginning to end Royal Flush Plumbing was the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I have posted a picture during the work and then after the work was completed and it looks like no one ever dug a 200ft trench through my yard and driveway, and a 35ft tunnel underneath my house. They were incredibly professional and started the work within days of giving me the estimate (when all other companies were 2+ weeks out).
I recieved 15+ estimates and after speaking with all the different companies Dustin and Wes made me feel like I could trust them more than anyone else. They explained everything in detail and tried to give me the most fair price they could. In the end their price was half of any other estimate I received, I asked what the odds are that price would go up and they said it would Not. Less than 2 weeks later and several unexpected costs the bill stayed the same and the work was done flawlessly. I could not be more happy with experience and hope anyway who replaces their sewer lines calls Dustin and Wes at Royal Flush Plumbing

Bill Faucher rated it 5/5: Leak Geeks came out the same day ATMOS shut off my gas. Other companies on a Fri afternoon said "Middle of Next week". They did an awesome job. There was a gas leak and they didn't quit until they found the leak and developed a way ahead. This was late on a Friday and they took the time to do this professionally without shortcuts. The next time they came out they installed the new gas system that was leaking and notified the city so that they could come out to inspect and get the gas turned back on. I have nothing but praise for this company and will not hesitate to use them again for a plumbing issue. This is a great company and I highly recommend.

The guy told my wife he would do it and was at my house less than an hour and when he presented my wife with the bill for 600 dollars she about passed out. This company ripped us off. This should not have been but 2-3 hundred dollars at the most for that. He installed 3 P-traps and 6 small lines for all 3 sinks. So parts would have been under a 100 and that means they charge 500 an hour. I would not recommend anyone to use this company what a rip off in price.

After paying $180 for a disposal clearance (10 min max) they quoted me $410 for a 30 minute water filter change… and I had the filters already purchased. I know surgeons that don't charge this much per hour (they price per job….way too much). Buyer beware….looking for new go-to plumber.

Previous septic professional couldn't find the service hatches, said that the tanks had never been pumped!! Ted of Tri-County Pumping used his expertise to surmise the placement of the hatches and dug till he found them all. He pumped all the tanks and assessed that all of the tanks are in good shape! They’ve been the easiest part of this process. Justin was very professional and accommodating to our schedule as well. In, out and informative! zhouli yuan rated it 1/5: The toilet water tank cracked. Dustin from SWAT showed up and immediately accused us broke it on purpose by force so it would not be covered by home warranty. I explained to him again and again that no one hit the water tank and the crack occurred by itself but Dustin just did not bother to listen.
