  • Ashlea Hedrick rated it 5/5: i initially called a competitor but the receptionist was vague on pricing and rude to a potential new client, so i saw elite rooter right above my search. receptionist was fast efficient and kind. its critical to have a nice informative person answering your initial calls. she assigned me a tech on same day within an hour. elite rooter tech angel was an excellent trouble shooter and after he found out the problem he quickly analyzed it. he suggested i call the warranty company for a LG front loader washer. they trouble shot the issue and it was a easy fix. the trap filter had not been cleaned. elite rooter could have charged me but didnt. i found that to be unreal in this day and age. i am definitely calling Angel for all my plumbing issues. he was honest, i apprectiate that. i would highly recommend elite rooter to anyone for fast efficient honest service. the only problem was that angel was a bronco fan.

    -They consistently answered my telephone calls in real time. When they weren’t available- my calls, texts, and emails were returned/replied to within 15 minutes or less.
    -They did exactly what they said they would do- no confusion, no miscommunication, no cost overages, and no damages.
    -They thoroughly cleaned up both the new and abandoned well sites when the job was completed.

We planned to move back into our ranch house Labor Day weekend, current well ran out of water, Strickland squeezed us in within 2 weeks to drill a new one. Owner was very friendly over the phone, he answered all my questions as well as educated me with process. He also. Conveyed that there are no hidden fees, and there sure wasn’t. The driver showed up 10 min. Early with a positive and very friendly attitude. He too educated me during the process, he was very knowledgeable and thorough with the job, he was also very careful not to allow dirt not to fall in tank when removing and reinstalling the lid.
    Other companies were wanting to charge an additional $175 to locate the tank as well as $60 to remove toilet and throw in a camera, and an additional $250 if the tank was so called abused, meaning hadn’t been pumped in over 4yrs, leaving you with a bill for $900. As to where Sierra pluming charged me the flat $425 that I was quoted. I was beyond pleased with this amazing company. You too will be extatic.

I had been so pleased with their service three years ago, that when I had a recent problem they were my “go to” guys. I found Mike to be helpful, efficient and inspiring of my confidence. This company will always be my first to call when the “urgent need” arises.
