As always, the serviceman was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He had everything fixed in a half hour and also stayed to give me advice on a couple of other plumbing matters. They were unable to fit me into their schedule for three days and the cost of the drain cleaning was about 30% higher than what I was accustomed to paying. My Old plumber gave me a guarantee every time he cleared drain that it would stay clear. Prodigy has no such guarantee. They did a fine job, but I will not be calling them again.

Alexis helped us with a clog in our plumbing system that was leading to multiple fixtures backing up into one of the bath tubs. Friends for a referral and they referred me to Prodigy Plumbing. From the very beginning of calling in my problem they were courteous and helpful. I couldn’t get an appointment until the next day, but when the technician Manny came out he went straight to work. He was kind and explained everything that he was going to do. He took his time to explain the pricing and all the work that was going to take place. As it turns out, my issue was much bigger than I anticipated, so Manny called to have my main jetted. Here comes in Jerry, the senior technician. He was extremely informative and explained step by step what was happening and what to expect. I was also able to witness him mentoring and teaching his crew. The outcome was not what I would have wanted (but who really wants to have to replace pipes) but I know that it will be done in a professional manner by experts. Jerry went over pricing with me in detail and explained all my options. I asked lots of questions and he was patient and answered every single one, honestly more than once. All in all what a great group of guys, very knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend Prodigy Plumbing time and time again. A+ in my book!

I would definitely recommend them assuming cost isn’t your highest priority. While I felt the services were on the expensive side, they worked with me on a discount since I had several items to address.

I also experienced a small issue with the installation and Phil ensured someone was there to fix it within a couple of hours.

This is a family owned business and each person from the owners, home office personnel and techs are very easy to talk to, very respectful, very helpful in answering questions and explaining thoroughly details of the work to be done and they do acknowledge Seniors and Veterans. An estimate was written, sent to me, reviewed and approved by me. The company advised by text message "who" was arriving to do the work (names and photos) and when they would arrive. The "Techs" were on time each day (2), explained exactly what they were going to do (I am a Senior & needed that) and went straight into accomplishing their replacement of my front leaking water system. After completion of the job, the Techs cleanup was extraordinary (removed all damaged piping, power washed cement driveway, etc.). This entire company are very professional, are very responsive, do excellent quality and excellent value work. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Addition: I have hired this company for two more jobs, one to replace all water piping under the house and the second to replace my water heater and replace the complete sewar system piping under the house. The Techs (Jaime and Angel) took four days to complete these two jobs and again they did excellent, timely and very professional work on both jobs. The sink was draining slowly because the pipe under the house was corroded. Jesse was able to run a camera into the pipe so I could see that the pipe needed to be replaced. I was given a clear estimate for the work and the pipe was replaced the same day. I would recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing as they are responsive and clear about the repairs that needed to be done. The paperwork provided clearly lists the work performed, recommendations to keep my plumbing in good shape, and a promise to follow up with me in a couple of weeks to make sure the repairs done fixed all my issues.

The main Water Pipe in the garage was leaking and went unnoticed due to Christmas Boxes that were piled in the corner. When I called Eric I explained what was going on and sent him photos. He came over that afternoon and explained everything to me and my husband. He gave us a very fair estimate & promptly started work the next day. The job required re-piping from the Water Meter and going under the slab to the garage. When Eric got into the job he decided to go a different route which meant he would cut 5 holes in our Stucco. Eric had us back in business with water and new piping in less than 6 hours. He did an awesome cleanup and gave us the name of someone to patch the Stucco. His stucco crew arrived 2 days later and did an amazing job on patching the Stucco and Painting. If you want a Professional Plumber who does great work with a fair price…..call Eric! He's the best in the business.

If you don't know what a clean out is then your in a bad situation, you need it to have in order to have proper access to snake out your drains when they get backed up. He has over 30yrs of experience and know his stuff. His pricing is good and fair too.

We purchased our first home 2 years ago and knew that we might run into plumbing problems eventually since it was built in the 50s. What started out as a backed up kitchen and bathroom drain led to the unearthing of a thoroughly aged and broken sewage line.

We did not plan on a major project so soon, but they walked us through the damage they found and gave us the options they could provide. I felt they were very transparent about the work needed and that the pricing was reasonable.

We now have piece of mind that our sewage system will be great for years to come. We also had them replace the pressure valve on our incoming water line which they did quickly, cleanly and was also well priced.

If we have future pluming projects they will be the people I call!

Kyle and Stephani Dunst rated it 5/5: I had some serious drain/plumbing issues with my house's 50+ year old cast iron pipes, and I'm glad we went with Drain-Force for trenchless repair and pipe-lining. They're not cheap, but the owner, Juan Carlos, was always responsive, professional, and even thoughtful whenever any issue or question came up. It was apparent his team knows what they're doing, and I would recommend them to anyone with drain line issues.
Scope:
We had 2 breaks in our lateral drain and they fixed the connector to our main line. They also descaled, hydro-jetted, and lined our bathroom pipes with resin. When they discovered the laundry/kitchen pipe couldn't be descaled/lined due to a section of it being collapsed, they talked to us about the option to replace that pipe using their trenchless method (to minimize the jackhammering through the slab of our house).

I had another plumbing contractor re-routing supply lines at the time, and the Drain-Force team was accommodating to the spaces they needed to work in and everyone's schedules. They also did a fantastic job on the dry wall repair and putting back our pavers.

They replaced most of our home’s internal pipes (cast iron to PVC) and also the external sewage pipes (clay to PVC). They also did a great job patching up walls with stucco, drywall and paint. Juan and his team also remodeled our upstairs bathroom: they installed a double faucet vanity with new ceiling can lights, replaced the tub with a walk-in shower with beautiful wall tiles and river rock floor, installed a stunning glass barn door slider, and put in a new toilet. After each day, the team did a great job cleaning up, so the construction wasn’t too obtrusive. Everyone had a positive attitude and energy, always accommodating with every request and revision. Drain Force was recommended to me, and am thankful we worked with them—- I highly recommend Drain Force to everyone for their jobs, big or small!

After having a frustrating experience with another local plumber, Drain Force came out for an estimate on same day (Dec 23rd) and had the issue scheduled and fixed on Dec. 26th. Fast, professional, and easy to work with. They are now my first call for any plumbing work moving forward.

They sent us pictures of the job as it progressed, and were very thorough in describing exactly what needed to be done. They were able to begin work the next day, were very considerate if the tenants need and mindful of keeping the safety of the children in mind as they worked. I also love that their work is guaranteed for 20 years.

I have a realtor nose ..so I started searching for water ..nothing ….that night I heard drip drip drip coming from somewhere. Well I located the drip drip in the walls of the Laundry room. OMG this was NOT in the budget it sounded expensive. I looked up a few reputable companies for quotes. I chose All Service plumbing for a few reasons 1. The owner came for the inspection. 2. They were the only company that went under the house to take pictures of the leak. 3. The ONLY company that did NOT assume I have copper from the outside to the water main since that area had been repaired wirh copper prior. 4. Offered financing that was such a relief. I never felt pressured and they knew my money situation. They offered a few options that would resolve the issue. I'm so happy I know I got on their nerves and sometimes got in the way. Mike never made me feel like that though. I really appreciate and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
