Our kitchen drain was stopped up completely. I called RR this morning and they stated I’d be scheduled for a morning appointment. They explained their system: I’d get a call when a plumber came available, and if I was also available then he’d be dispatched; otherwise I’d go back onto their wait list. They stated a drain clean-out would be $194 minimum and could be more, depending on how the job progressed.

Everything worked EXACTLY as they described. Indeed I got a call around 11 AM and Tyler (the plumber) arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and neat, and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. I learned a lot as I watched him ply his trade and clear our drain. He was also very thorough, checking and testing in several different ways to ensure that not only was the drain clear, but that the clog hadn’t just moved down the line. He also stressed a 30-day warranty if we had any further problem with that drain.

I fully expected the bill to be more since it had been explicitly stated that the $194 was a minimum. But no, the bill was exactly $194! That was a great end to a fantastic experience with them.

Would I call RR next time? You bet I would. They made a loyal customer out of me in one visit. (And I’d ask for Tyler again too!)

To date, I had Roto-Rooter come out and perform the warrantied job as initially promised.
I had the opportunity to have the same guy come out to my home and do the work.
Super cool guy and very friendly. He went above and beyond with his knowledge and incredibly helpful tips that would help me avoid similar issues as quickly in the future.
He answered all of my questions and when he left, he left, I felt confident that the work he had done was done perfectly.

The Technician Jess was very professional and fixed the issue very quick. When he came in he immediately put on booties as to not track dirt threw the house. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Roto Rooter for anyone with any kinda plumbing issues. I have had them come to my house 3 times over several years and they always fixed the issue the first time. I have tried alternative plumbers in the past and that was never the case. In the end would always have to contact Roto Rooter to have the issue resolved. Kudos to Roto Rooter Plumbing and Technician Jess. Thank you for fixing the water flow out of my sink faucet.

He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very professional and friendly. The work was accomplished in a very reasonable time. We called Acts of Service plumbing to see if they could get us in quickly.
Not only did they schedule us in within a few days, but they also worked with our schedule in being home for the service. Ricky came out to cap the gas line and was super friendly. My kids kept going into our laundry room to watch him work and he played with them, even though he was trying to get a job done. He even tightened up our washer line so it wouldn’t leak and fixed one of our shower’s draining problems before leaving. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. Not only that, but the best part about this business was their shared Christian values. We won’t use another service in Tulsa—this business is our go-to from now on! Would highly recommend!!!!

They sent someone out on Tuesday who gave me an estimate the same day. I agreed to the price and they came out on Thursday and did the septic line work and back on Friday for repairing a frozen outside faucet and a shower valve. They were polite, professional, prompt. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

But since Allied has been on the job, the plumber Al and his assistant Willy have done great work (and there's lots of it). If it's not your vans causing problems then it's the workers vehicles that are parked all along the opening. Y'all cut people off pulling into your "parking lot" yes notice the quotations or they get cut off with your vans pulling out. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and I'm honestly just sick and tired of you treating a neighborhood like your personal parking lot. Maybe you should have got a building with and actual parking lot and not an old house. Just got cut off by a lady in a silver car that sped out of the lot as I was already turning down my street. It's unprofessional and a big safety hazard.

Update to my above review….I had spoken to a couple of neighbors that had just used other plumbing services, the price they were quoted was the price they paid. When I used Alert Plumbing they said if I used a credit card I would have to pay an extra $53.00, which I thought was normal practice – but I found out from neighbors the companies they used did not charge a c/c fee ! So if you are paying cash or check, no fee, so unfortunately as much as I really liked them, I will be using another plumbing company from now on…

Next day he came again to clean my septic. He charged us even more money instead of giving discount for his mistake. He also threatened us “if we don’t pay full, he will put everything back in tank.” Worst customer service.

I was able to get a quick appointment. They showed up when they said they would. Repaired a broken sprinkler line inside my tank and replaced the timer. Did a fantastic job. Very quick work at a very fair price. And friendly as a bonus! Definitely recommend!

They assessed the problem (pump was failing), gave us a quote, and made sure there wouldn't be any issues before they could replace it. They were back 4 days later, installed it quickly, and were very professional. They came and got me while they did the sludge test (to see if the tank needed to be pumped, it didn't) so I could see with my own eyes the results. I appreciated that.

Charles was very fair with the pricing of the job. Thanks so much for everything! But what sold the deal for me was how nice the lady was and how she followed up with emails and call backs. Amie Tuggle rated it 2/5: We have used this company several times to diagnose and replace parts of our aerobic system. This company did not install the system but did several maintenance or repairs. Our system was never installed correctly and none of the issues were ever actually fixed or discovered. Chlorinator was never completely installed, aerator incorrectly installed at the TOP of the tank, floats not installed correctly, and light and alarm not functioning correctly…None of these issues were ever diagnosed or corrected when this company came out to replace the pump, replace the pump again under warranty, pump out the system, or fix a wiring issue in the box. While they are very friendly and responsive, we have spent several years trying to figure out why our system was a pain to deal with. Seems like Band-Aid fixes were always used instead of figuring out the real issues. We are excited to finally have a system that works.
