Andy thoroughly explained how the job would be handled and what to expect should things be worse than a single pipe failure. As this is something I've never dealt with before, I had a million questions and Andy had no qualms answering each one. Within an hour, he emailed two quotes – a "best case" and "worst case" with a full breakdown of what each entailed. Thanks to Andy, I felt reassured and comfortable with the project and estimated timeline for repair.
As for the work, Arty and his team member were absolutely incredible. Efficient, professional, and personable. Despite no plumbing schematics being available, Arty was able to quickly find a starting point that didn't involve unnecessary concrete removal. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on what they found and what their next steps were. They even gave me a heads up before starting the jackhammer so I could put on hearing protection which was SUPER appreciated. The repair took all of 3 days.

I'm happy with the work done, the professionalism of everyone involved and their willingness to explain every step of the project both before and after they've done it. Payment process was simple enough, and pricing is fair I believe. Customer service was helpful with scheduling. Installers were very good with my dog as well. Would recommend.

Ryan came within a couple of hours, assessed the work, and returned the next morning with Michael. Both got to work immediately, and finished the two issues separately—replacing the outside water main valve and replacing washing machine faucets with an upgraded system. Both gentlemen had good personalities, knew what they were doing, and told me everything they did. Atomic headquarters kept me informed of when they’d arrive and there were no surprises.

I had a sewer clog in the main line going from the house to the street which was backing up the entire system in the house. After several days of trying to unclog the system, I finally decided to call Atomic Plumbing based on a neighbor’s suggestion. I put in a request on their website this past Sunday night and told them that my daughter and her family were visiting later in the week for Xmas and that the existing plumbing problem would not tolerate six people in the house for a few days. I got a message that evening to call the Atomic Plumbing emergency number which I did and talked to Kimberly. She was fantastic and explained to me that they would definitely take care of the problem and would have someone out sometime on Monday. I got a call from Atomic soon after they opened for business on Monday and was told that Randy, their technician, would call me about 15-30 minutes before he arrived and that I would receive an email with his picture and a short bio of Randy at that time. That happened within minutes of the call and I soon received the call from Randy. Randy arrived soon and began to get the information I could give him about the problem and find out where the clean outs were. He was a gentleman, professional, assuring and told me he thought he might know where the problem was. He immediately got to work snaking out the system all the way to the street and assured me that the problem was solved when he finished. He gave me the senior discount and was on his way well before lunch. If you read their website carefully, they did with me exactly what they explain they do as part of their normal business routine. I still have not had any problems and highly recommend their services. In today’s environment, dealing with Atomic was like a breath of fresh air.

I hired Sean to come fix a clogged toilet for me a few weeks ago and have more recently spoken to him regarding another plumbing issue. When he fixed the toilet, he was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, on time, and honest! When this other issue came up, I immediately thought to contact him again remembering the awesome experience I had prior, grabbed his card, and called. I explained the problem and he was honest that it would be an issue my landlord should cover. It is so hard these days to find someone who is extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair, and someone you can just trust to do a high quality job without trying to take advantage of you and Sean has all those qualities. Sean is truly the best plumber I’ve ever dealt with and I would and will be using him again!

We broke up a tiny square of cement and the D-Box was indeed exactly where Forrest said it was. They opened it and successfully completed the inspection and test. Closed it up, cleaned up and all is well thanks to these real professionals who got the job done. Highly recommended for any Septic system work.

We were up against a tight closing schedule and needed immediate support to avoid having to pay the other company over $4000 for a flushing service I wanted to be sure was actually needed (but my gut told me was price gouging / taking advantage of fast paced housing market).
From the moment I called them they were very attentive and responsive to our needs. They demonstrated a solid and comprehensive understanding of the tank systems, inspection / repair processes, and the soil condition of our location in comparison to others.

They made it a priority to immediately schedule an inspection of our tank and were communicative and prompt the day of inspection. At no point did I feel like an afterthought or just another customer on their list. During and after the inspection they took time to clearly explain and converse about the results, and it was actual conversation – not just talking at us.

Compared to the other company, Forrest inspected and provided results I felt were actually unique to our property and based on solid understanding of our system.

Throughout the process we spoke to multiple members of the Forrest Septic family, as our letter had to be expedited to support closing. In each conversation it was personal and we felt like they actually cared about the situation we were in.

In April 2019. Yes 2019. I signed a contract for new septic system. I asked Martin several times if he wanted the job and he said yes.
I have even offered to have someone dig the lines and the hole for drainage
It is Now September 2023 and I still don't have the system. Excuse last year was my permit ran out. Immediately i had it reinstated. Over a year later no contact or anything. I have even offered to have someone else come in and dig the lines and hole for drainage
To this date. Crickets. Nothing
3 1/2 years later.
I Find it hard to believe at no time during 3 1/2 years that this could not be installed

Cynthia Painter rated it 1/5: Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.
