John Cavanaugh rated it 5/5: I contacted multiple plumbing services today and Roto-Rooter was the only company able to come over within hours on a Saturday afternoon. They also honored a $75 off coupon! Aaron found a failed valve after clearing out floor drain. He offered to pickup the part and make the repair on the same visit. We are very grateful for this outstanding service so we didn't have to go all weekend without use of our kitchen sink! Highly recommend!

  • Gwendolyn Klamut rated it 5/5: We required emergency services after hours on a weekend and the plumber arrived within an hour of our making the call. An inspector arrived the next day and, again, within an hour, the cleanup crew arrived, got down to business and clearly communicated their plan, as well as, directly answering my questions and communicating each step prior to execution. Our crew and workers were reliable and always showed up exactly when and as communicated. Excellent customer service!
  • Hannah Dunn rated it 5/5: Tommy and Andrew were excellent. This was the second plumbing company we called, and these guys got the job done for us! They were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! The price was great compared to the first business we used, we definitely got more bang for our buck! We will always use Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs!!

  • Cynthia Kramer rated it 5/5: They were available to come out on a Saturday afternoon within two hours and unclog our kitchen sink drain. The technician, Manny, was very courteous and professional. Got the job done quickly and it was great to have use of our kitchen sink for the rest of the weekend! Also, all of the Customer Service reps we spoke with throughout the day were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing emergency and needs the issue resolved quickly at a fair price.
  • Sonita San rated it 3/5: So, this is my second time with Roto-rooter. Three stars for their professional and clean work. Just this time, I feel alittle different. I didnot get to see the receipt that they charge me for the part. And for the the new valve that they install for me, it not go all the way in with the pipe. They said it is okay to put it like that. It is not a big deal. Instead they told me if there is something wrong with the valve, it hav warranty and call whoever to come and see. I hope it is true. Because when they took the old one off, it pretty tight that they have to use some strength to take it out. I paid the full cost cus I expect the work to be done well. And it is not cheap. It is very expensive. Almost 500 bucks for this morning. Probably would think twice if I want to use their service again.

  • Nick Vaughn rated it 5/5: Woke up to a major gas leak had to shut off gas. After 2 days of calling warranties and plumbers out my landlord was able to get apex out here. Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend apex for any plumbing needs.
  • Tashina Kallioinen rated it 5/5: We had the city called to check out our water line by a neighbor. The city determined there was a leak and gave us 14 days to repair it. Talk about stressful! We met with Todd to talk about our issue and estimate. He was honest and fair. He helped us apply for financing and we were approved same day. Tim, our service tech, and his team were awesome. They worked hard to have our main water line replaced under our house (bilevel home) with directional boring. From start to finish, the job took 6 hours. They called out the city to inspect the line when it was time. I appreciated that they wore boot covers when walking in and out of the house. They made sure that they left my yard and sidewalk the best that they could, they laid out seed and straw.

    Thank you Apex!

  • iNoah Dude rated it 1/5: My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

Ike Morris rated it 5/5: We had what turns out to be a tree root issue in the main drain pipe of our home which was addressed by a different plumbing company less than three months ago causing a backup in our basement. We phoned Mr Rooter, the call was fielded by Martin who was very helpful in explaining by our description of the problem the process of what could be done and the cost associated with the options. We set an appointment for the same afternoon. They were very prompt at the time we had scheduled. We had an awesome experience with Hunter he was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He went well above and beyond to remedy our problem and make us feel comfortable with our choice of repair options the cost was exactly as we discussed on the phone. About the time he was finishing up the person we originally talked to on the phone Martin came by to follow up. Great service and people.
We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  • Brooke Moungey rated it 5/5: Huge thank you to Jason, Joe, and James! Had a tiny kitten stuck in a small underground pipe for 2 days and could not find anyone to help, yet even on a holiday weekend they were amazing! Came right away, stayed so calm and patient in the blinding sun and hot weather and completely problem solving the situation and really saved the day! All of us are so thankful to you, you really are the best!
  • Oscar Hill rated it 5/5: While disconnecting outdoor hose for the winter I heard a snap and the sound of water rushing into the basement. I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.

From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.

He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back on

It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. But from initial contact right through job completion was handled flawlessly

Thanks for a job well done and restoring faith in customer service

  • Diane Kelley rated it 5/5: All the phone staff was very nice and efficient. I was called when my plumber was going to be here in the next hour. I was told his name. He was actually here in about 20 minutes from the phone call. I especially liked that I received an email with his name and picture. He was professional and had the drain clear in no time. He also gave through information about what he did and what to do (or not do) next time. I was very happy with the service we received.

Robert P rated it 5/5: Monty and Tyler came out today to our home to replace our Water Tank. They were both prompt, hard working and very personable. They got the job done in a efficient manner and our family is very grateful that we have hot water. I would recommend ARS to anyone that I know.

Most relevant reviews:

  • Barry Templeman rated it 5/5: I contacted ARS Rescue Rooter on Saturday morning with a sewer line back up issue. Steven arrived within the time frame that was given and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. The price was also better than three other quotes I had received. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

  • Jeffrey Susie rated it 5/5: Brian and John were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Also, they were efficient, which I attribute to their professionalism. Before finding them, I called two other places looking for quotes, but neither got back to me. After one call, Rescue Rooter were out the next day! I highly recommend this business as well as Brian and John.
  • Deanna Brant rated it 5/5: In a very busy time for plumbing businesses – this company answered late at night, scheduled for early the next morning after ensuring we could wait that long and had taken steps to manage water – and notified me of departure and arrival well within the two hour window given. Technician explained estimate – potential impact on drywall, work within his scope and what we may have to take care of separately. Also made suggestions on a pending plumbing issue. He tolerated barking pets, child gates and stairs with professionalism. Would definitely use again.
  • Joe Pro rated it 1/5: I was given a price of $2,626 based on the premise that major changes would have to be made to both the cold and hot water lines, the relief valve vent pipe and the installation of a drain line for the new drip pan that is required with the installation, due to the slightly larger diameter of the new tank and the required drip pan. As it turned out, no changes at all were made to either water line other than the installation of a shut off valve in the cold-water line. The relief valve vent pipe was directed into the new drip pan and not to the outside as it should have been since the unit sits in an enclosed space. The new drip pan was installed but no drain line was installed, defeating the purpose of having a drip pan in the first place. After several phone conversations with ARS Recue Rooter and Lowe's, whom I went through for this service, I found out that ARS does not charge by the hour and that the price is fixed before the so called "estimator" even shows up. I was duped into signing what I thought was an estimate, but it was actually a contract. There were no physical papers, just this guy's pad. He never showed me anything on the pad. Very deceptive pricing and sales tactics. The entire job took 1 hour and 45 minutes. After several more phone calls ARS grudgingly consented to refund back to me $500, which I have not yet received.

The Waterworks is an indoor waterpark that is perfect for a hot summer day. The slides are tall and fast, and the wave pool is huge. The staff is friendly and the lifeguards are attentive. The food is expensive, but the portions are large. The Waterworks is a great place to cool off and have some fun.

Kelly Boone rated it 5/5: Waterworks was great to work with from start to finish. They were prompt in their communications and starting and finishing a major sewer repair. They were available and willing to walk me through the steps of the repair, provide recommendations, and answer any questions I had. Everyone that came to our house was professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. In addition, the final cost of the project did not differ from the original estimate provided.

In June 2022, we identified sewage backing up into our basement. Every time we used any water, we got more backup in the basement. We called a plumber (not Waterworks) to snake it (Wednesday). They spent 2+ hours and were not able to clear the blockage. We have an exterior sewer line policy through a home warranty company. I called to report the blockage. They sent someone out to snake (Thursday, no success), then hydrojet (Friday, again, no success). They located the blockage via camera, and it was under our concrete garage floor. Our little sewer basement backup turned into a major and very costly repair.

We proceeded to do our due diligence and get 3 estimates for the repair. I was hesitant to call Waterworks, but based on a recommendation, I had them come out to provide an estimate. This was the best decision I made during this process. We did not have use of facilities in our home during this time and were staying elsewhere, so time was of the essence. Waterworks came out same day (within an hour) to provide an estimate (Monday). Their estimate was 33% less than another major service provider in the area.

We had the estimate and knew we wanted to go with Waterworks. The next step was to work with the home warranty company to get everything approved before the work could start. When needed, Waterworks jumped on the phone, called the home warranty company, got them the information they needed, and we had the approvals to start the work (Tuesday).

Immediately after that (within minutes), Waterworks jumped on getting the appropriate permits and they came out on Wednesday to start the job. The job took 3 days, but we had use of facilities back on the day they started the work. The job involved breaking up the concrete floor of our garage, excavating (7+ feet down), repairing the compromised sewer line and fixing some other areas that could cause future problems (a separate issue Waterworks identified during the repair).

Sean and the crews that came out were exceptional. They were always right on time (even early). It was a hot and smelly job, but they got right to work and worked hard. On Day 1, they identified the problem and made a temporary repair so that we could be back in the house that day. On Day 2 they removed the temporary repair and made a permanent repair. On Day 3, they filled the giant hole and reinstalled the concrete flooring. Sean kept us informed every step of the way. He gave us options and recommendations throughout the process. I also appreciated that on several occasions I saw Sean educating some of the other crew members on what he was seeing and potential approaches to remedy.

After the repair was complete, we had to work with the home warranty company to get reimbursed for the work. After we submitted our reimbursement paperwork (with lots of detail provided by Waterworks), the home warranty company had follow-up questions for Waterworks. Waterworks always provided prompt responses to keep the reimbursement process moving.

As homeowners, we try to prepare for the unexpected. This was beyond unexpected in terms of scope and cost. Waterworks really went above and beyond to provide a high quality and timely repair, as well as to work with our home warranty company so that we could be reimbursed for the cost.

  • Terence Chambers rated it 5/5: This company was quick, professional and very informative of the work that needed to be done. My pipe had been cracked trying to remove a old water hose. He fixed my faucet and even shared some tips. Most definitely will use the waterworks next time. Thanks again
  • Christopher Parsons rated it 5/5: Arthur was friendly, not overbearing. He quickly shared his observations and delineated potential liability ($ and aesthetic) but was upbeat and positive. This Waterworks job cost me 1/3 of my mental estimate (this wasn't my first plumbing rodeo), and if I regretfully need a plumber in the future, I will be contacting Waterworks again. Top-notch folks, good company values.
  • Megan Shaw rated it 5/5: The Water Works saved the night. Came home from work and found a leaking water pipe. I called The Water Works and within minutes they had Arthur scheduled to fix the pipe. He arrived within two hours. Arthur was friendly and able to quickly determine what was wrong and the best way to fix it. He also took the time to do some research so he could give me accurate advice. He walked me through what I needed to do after the glue set and the water could be turned back on. I also appreciated being told the accurate service charge for an emergency late evening appointment and the charge for fixing it. This isn’t the third time ur family has used The Water Works and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!!

  • Jason Robinson rated it 1/5: Had a plumber show up and he immediately left for an hour because he forgot something. Comes back, then says oops I got the wrong part I’ll be right back then leaves for another hour. Comes back and finally does the job. Hands me a $500 bill saying they charge $100 per hour and I have to pay for his two road trips. I refused to sign and called the company to try and resolve this issue. Never got contacted, never got any replies. Then they sent the bill to collections instead of ever speaking to me. This company is ran by scammers and I strongly recommend you never ever use this company for anything.

The most interesting part of my appointment was the plumber stating that waterworks is the worst company he has ever worked for and was desperately seeking a new job. It really says a lot about a company when their own employees have nothing but negative things to say.

  • Mary Jo Boyd rated it 5/5: The young man who came to my home was very polite. He took a look at the issue I was having with water backing up in the sink next to the washing machine. He explained what the problem was and gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and how quickly he fixed the issue after a neighbor who had the same issue not long ago was charged a lot more by another company.
I will definitely be recommending and contacting Drain Master for any future plumbing needs.
  • Rulaco Tiny Homes rated it 4/5: I have worked with them so many times, on jobs, my own property, friends. Every time the experience is a good one. Job well done guys. Your word is always an honest response! Until next time.
  • Maulik Darji rated it 3/5: They are pretty fast and reliable. The plumber was able to get things fixed very well. The service is really good.

Pricing wise it is on much higher side. They charge based on the task. So in 2 hours 3-4 tasks and all charged individually. That makes the cost much higher.

Professional, courteous and arrived ahead of schedule and really made my experience so great. I will be using this company going forward. Highly recommend and I am very grateful.
  • Wendi H rated it 5/5: This may have been the best home repair service I have ever had. TC and Craig quickly identified part needed for toilet, replaced it, identified other leaks I asked about, and made recommendations for things I am considering for the house. Wonderful, honest guys. I hope plumber trainer programs still teach these attributes.
  • Don Geiner rated it 5/5: Quick and easy to set an appointment. The team was not just on time but early. They were fast efficient and friendly. The price was fair and they did not try to force a solution that was not necessary. I highly recommend SewerQuest.

  • Brian Brooks rated it 5/5: EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had an emergency need to get a drain line cleared at our offices. We called a very well know company in town, the tech came out and gave us a quote of $990.00 because he had to have a supervisor come out and use a camera to inspect the drain, what a scam! We said thanks but no thanks. We called CPR and they had two techs out within 4 hours of us calling. The guys were pros, they went right to work and with 15 minutes the drain was clear. They gave a full explanation of how they opened the line and were on their way. Best thin thing is that the cost was 70% less than the person who runs ads on TV all day. Thank you CPR for being fair to customers and getting the job done!
  • Brenda Donaldson rated it 5/5: Was in Ohio to care for my 86 year old Mother. She lives in a farmhouse that's over 100 years old. Discovered water in the basement on a Friday afternoon. After calling several plumbers who couldn't come out until the following week I reached CPR Drain Cleaning. They said they would have someone there within the hour. Josh and Kodi two young men came to our rescue!! They were very polite and professional. They ended up running a snake through the drain to clear out roots. We were so thankful for the quick response and great service provided. They even gave us a senior discount on the bill!. Very reasonable price for service! If you are in need of a plumber I'd highly recommend CPR Drain Cleaning! Thanks Josh and Kodi for your excellent service!
  • Todd Ruble rated it 5/5: Absolutely wonderful company and people! Had an emergency call on the weekend. They came right out that afternoon and cleared the line. They were kind and helpful, personable and efficient. The dispatcher who contacted me was perfect. She was clear and easy to understand, compassionate, and positive.
Everything you could ask for from an emergency situation. I'll recommend and use CPR Drain Cleaning as my go-to choice!

Andreas Ortiz rated it 1/5: CLIENT BEWARE! Crooks work here. They are attempting to double bill me even after I paid them for the work plus additional service fee! I am filing a lawsuit to make myself whole. Only use them if you have lawyers on the ready.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

  • Michele Sussi rated it 5/5: I have been using this company for 2 years now and have been working with Jesse Glasco and his associates. They installed new piping from my home to my septic tank and put on a cap. I had a very large tree growing into my old piping. I had the tree removed but Jesse and his team still had to fight through its roots and another tree
that had grown on top of the piping. They worked hard and made sure the job was done correctly! This is only my second home with a septic system and they do a great job with explaining the process in detail. They offered suggestions and tips to maintain my septic in its best condition. They respond quickly!! I live over an hour from Grove City and it always feels like they respond like I am family! They look out for me! They are my septic company for life! Thank you so much!
  • Tom Clemens rated it 5/5: Recently purchased house with septic system. Have been having problems. Another well-known plumbing company inspected drain pipe from house to septic and determined it needed to be replaced (after 50+ years) and gave us a very high estimate. Chuck's came out and confirmed diagnosis. They gave a much better estimate. Having work done soon. In the meantime, sewage just started backing up into basement shower. At my request, Chuck's sent truck to pump out the septic tank before another company was coming to clear the drain. Justin and Colin pumped out the septic tank AND were able to clear the massive clog in the outlet from the house. Justin gave very thorough and clear explanation of the problem, the state of my septic system, etc. That was super helpful since we never had a septic system before. This company is honest, responsive and they do great work! The office staff is also very polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Just call 'em.

  • Andreas Ortiz rated it 1/5: ***FRAUD. SCAM. DO NOT TRUST. STAY AWAY***

Horrible service. They came out, but didn't clear the drains properly. They came back out and then charge the full price AGAIN plus additional service fee! Just to finish the little bit of work they didn't do the first time. Then I speak to their office, they sais that's mistake, so I pay them, and now months later I receive aetter demanding additional payment.

Wendy Howard rated it 5/5: My Dad who is 82 and a veteran and I went to Home Depot to get some plumbing pipes to fit his new dry sink and after trying all kinds of different attachments and help from the store worker with no luck at all! That’s when Colt over heard our frustration offered his help! He spent close to 45 min with us making sure we had the right fittings to our dry sink! He was very knowledgeable with finding the right fittings and made sure we knew exactly how to attach everything! He was very professional and most of all he offered his help when he was just a customer in the store offering his knowledge even though he was busy getting things for his job! Thank you Colt!

  • Cat Zerk rated it 5/5: A quick story: I had recently misplaced my wallet at a gas station just outside of Columbus. A month had gone by since misplacing it when I got a facebook message from Colt, of ACE complete Septic!
He asked if I'd misplaced the wallet, and I of course responded that I had and went on to describe it.
He offered to ship it to me, free of charge. I asked if the cash (a few hundred bucks) was still there, he said yes it was and even sent a photo of it. I asked if he'd be alright with my husband and I driving over (we live 3hrs away in Indiana). He said it wasn't necessary but if we were there before 10pm he'd be fine with it.
We did drive over, Colt was nothing but neighborly and kind to us, and the wallet was returned in nearly the same condition. Save for the fact he had discovered it in the load of dirt that just came from his loader bucket! Not his fault, obviously :). Otherwise, everything that had been in there when I lost it was still there when he returned it.
I can't express my gratitude to Colt enough. He did right by me, and when I offered a cash reward his immediate response was "nah, just pay it forward".
  • Paula Brown rated it 5/5: Colt and his crew did a great job replacing our line from our house to our aeration unit. They were very friendly and diligent about their work. We’d highly recommend them.
  • George Culver rated it 1/5: I saw where someone had posted a review from this company and after reading there reviews i thought this is a good company. As a wate and wastewater professional i had some equipment i thought could benefit them so i called and spoke with the rudest woman i have came in contact with in some time. I'm glad everyone is pleased with the crew they have had experience with but whoever this woman was in the office i wouldnt reccomend to anyone!
  • Heather Friend rated it 1/5: My husband had this company come out to pump the septic. I thought the price was very expensive once he was done but not having called around I assumed it was just inflation. O how I was wrong. They are charging people too much. Also, when I call back to get someone to come back out only 5 weeks later when my tank is full again they keep saying they will call me back and nothing. They don't want to respond to my issue, maybe because they didn't do their job right the first time. I would never use this company again!
