Then Harry came. Solid, thorough and honest evaluation. Now Jacob has begun work. Not finished yet, 3 days down and at least a week to go, but Jacob is polite, neat, has already proven himself trustworthy, punctual, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable about all the issues we face with this home built in 1957 and what to do about them. I’m very assured that we are in good hands. 🙂

Justin was on time, we got a text he was on his way and a phone call to my realtor who referred me. Justin was able to detect the issue with the supply line then found a leaking faucet outside. The association pays for the water so this will save them money! What a fantastic job and was all done timely too. Amazing. Justin is a gem!! Thank you Justin.

After quoting a job for us and informing us that they would NOT be signing a contract with us they asked for 50% down-payment up front for services not yet rendered. Had we agreed to these outlandish terms we would have had no legal recourse in the event of failure to perform on their part. Simply saying that they are not interested in the job would have been quite a bit more professionally appropriate.

After 2 technicians came out to fix it the first two times, the problem was still recurring days later. Working at a healthcare facility, we were having several issues without easily accessible running water or toilets for 24hrs. After speaking with the dispatcher, again, and slightly upset this time- she escalated the issue to the plumbing supervisor. The dispatchers- Stephanie, Sandy, and Kelly were great- although they were probably tired of hearing from me! Attentive and proactive with resolving my issues and handling my frustrations with the field techs. After Kelly escalated our situation, Tony, the supervisor, came out. He spent 7 hours to resolve our issue and provided clear, easily understandable, explanations as to what caused the issue and how he was able to fix it.
Hopefully we won’t be needing them again, but if we do- I know they will do whatever they need to get it done!!

They replaced all of the plumbing that was broken and all of the plumbing that had overheated due to the pumps excess running. I was so happy with my experience with them I am going to call them and make an appointment for them to repair my septic. Great company and great work ethic. He didn't leave until the job was done! He even had to go buy other parts from the local hardware store because he didn't have exactly what he needed. Thoroughly impressed with their work ethic. Highly recommend Gator well and septic!!!

The 7% peroxide is very inexpensive, especially if you buy it at their office. We couldn’t be more satisfied! Partridge also did our complete septic system. The drainfield is absolutely perfect. After two years, the top is still perfectly level and the corners are still precisely linear. If this was a golf course, it would be a great T-Box!

I called them again around 4 pm and they said they had tried to call me multiple times and got a full voicemail box, both of which were not true. Then they proceed to tell me that they would need to reschedule because they were at the last house of their day at 4 pm. When speaking with the office manager, she even had the audacity to sigh at me on the phone after I had gotten the day off work to be home for someone that never called and never showed. They are just not reliable.

As a follow-up, the company may need to get their facts straight. They tried to contact someone else multiple times because THEY had a wrong number and when they finally realized they made a mistake by reading my review wanted to see if there is anything they could do. I had everything taken care of by another reliable company that scheduled the appointment, called me the day before, and came when they said they would. So there is nothing more to talk about, I'm not interested.

I owe it all to their beautiful receptionist Ms. Stephanie. I will use this company in this world, the next world, the world after, and refer them to the nation, go Gator, septic and flamingo septic. To conclude all that has been said and done thanks because you just can’t find humble customer service these days.

Which caused me to have to drain my tank so it could be inspected. Chris was only supposed to provide an estimate for drain field but did so much more. He understood my issue of not being able to flush toilets take showers or run sinks without it backing up. He was determined to get me up and running and dug up tank only to find that the drain line to tank was bent and keeping water from entering tank. The smile on my face after he opened that pipe I can't even explain. Thank you for sending him. He truly cares for his customers and is great at doing his job. More people need to be like him. Thank you Chris finally I can put my shop vac to rest and back in the garage where it belongs.

The nice guy that answered the phone at All State Septic said it would be $400. I thanked him and said I was just checking for now and would maybe get back to him because I would be calling other companies prior to deciding whom to use based on price. He replied that most charge $425 and he only charged $400, so he was a good deal. I said I would call back if that was the case… Well, after calling the seven companies NONE of them charged over the $400 price he quoted and most were around $340 to $375. I ended up choosing one of the several that quoted $350.

Prices were really high and they didn't have any available appointments for at least a week. David, the owner scheduled an appointment the same day. I hired another company to empty my septic tank 8 months ago and they never told me there was a problem. I hired this company this time and as soon as they open the lid, they knew there was something wrong. They installed a new drainfield in a few hours that will last me for years. Thanks!!! They were quick, courteous, and professional. They did what they promised and more. Their price was much better than anyone else I contacted. The owner was very kind and helpful. The young gentleman that preformed the service was so efficient and professional. He was quick and made sure I didn’t have any other issues that could be the cause. I will definitely call them if needed and refer them to friends and family.

We were contacted by the owner and he helped through a work around remedy to get us through the weekend. They responded early after the holiday, were very courteous and prompt. The repairs were effected early and at a fair price. Thank you
Ashley Hallmark rated it 1/5: I HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO POST THIS BUT THEY ARE ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE A SCAM!! I called a few companies for septic issues , we decided to go with gator/ flamingo septic . I called this company and left a message . The next day I spoke with Jim and told him his services weren’t needed anymore. I received a phone call 3/1 from a lady name summer stating I owe them 350$ for them coming to pump my septic tank. She was rude!! She stated she has been trying to call me and states they came on 2/9 to my home and pumped my tank. I asked her if anyone was home and she said no they rung the door bell but nobody answered . I also asked her how did they pump my tank without anyone home and I didn’t confirm them to come. She states that they came through my back yard and said she would send me an invoice . My husband and I informed her that we have cameras and funny enough I was home that day so they are more than welcome to look at the video footage . Summer informed my husband don’t worry about paying them it they are so busy . “Busy” yea scamming people. Needless to say she got caught in a lie and we have proof. BEWARE THEY ARE LIERS AND WILL SCAM YOU ! THE PHONE CALL I RECEIVED WAS ABSURD

They came and quoted the job and set a date. After several missed appointments they recommended we have our septic tanks pumped out first. We agreed and paid them $1400 to do so. They were going to come back and repair the the drain field a few days later. This company won’t return to do the job that they were hired to do. So we looked up the qualifying person that runs this business and requested a meeting. Robert Lewis informed my wife if we came to their place of business that they would call the police on us, for what I’m not sure.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional in every aspect.

And also they came sooner than any of the other companies could get here. Sean and Joe were on the truck that day and I can't say enough about these guys! They were knowledgeable professional and very courteous! They noticed the pipe coming into the septic tank was not at the right pitch. So they took it upon themselves to fix it without me saying anything!! I thought that was really nice of those guys to take it upon themselves to help me out. Best of all they didn't even charge me for the pipe repair. I will definitely use this company again!

Anastacia Lewis rated it 2/5: A little over a year ago, this company replaced my septic tank. They seemed like an honest company who cared about doing quality work. A few weeks ago I had to call them out because my sewer line was clogged. They came out on a Friday and they informed me there was an issue with the way the septic was installed and someone would have to come out to fix it the next day. A person did come out and confirmed that the ground below the drain going to the septic from the home had not been properly supported when the tank was installed and so therefore, over time, it had caved due to the weight of the ground on top of it. They sent me a bill which I don't think was fair but I was told that since it had been over a year, that the bill would still be owed. Up until now, I had no complaints. They had treated me honestly and fairly and were very helpful. It is very disappointing to me that they care more about making money than having integrity.
