He gave us options to best solve our problem with a 60 yr old house based on his assessment after a thorough examination. He cleaned up his work are leaving it cleaner than it was before his arrival. He fixed our sewer line and drains perfectly. He showed us the tree roots found in our sewer line and recommended a Hydro clean in the not to distant future to prolong the life of the drain.
Dr. Maria Gutierrez and I are very impressed with the quality of work preformed by Elijah and honestly feel Rotor Rooter gave exceptional service for the reasonable expense of the service. We will call them for future plumbing needs.

I was always satisfied with their service even though their hourly rate was pretty high. Today I called them to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. The young man that looked at the faucet said that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. It is a Kohler faucet with a lifetime warranty, so I told him I would call Kohler and have them ship a new one and when it arrived, I would call Larkin to replace it. Rick was a very polite young man and agreed that since it was Kohler, that is the way I should go rather than spending 100's of dollars for a new one. He said to just give them a call when the replacement arrived and they would install and then he left. A few minutes later, my doorbell rang and Rick was very apologetic, but said his office told him that he needed to collect $184.50 from me even though he was only here for 12 minutes. If that is the way they treat a pretty loyal customer, I will never use them again.

Larkin used to be reputable. Not anymore.
I have used Larkin in the past for minor plumbing issues without a problem. But this is completely ridiculous.

Charged me for 8 hours of work.for each of the 2 people.and was only here 6 hours total! Only really worked for 5 hours.

The only one they treat with respect and give special benefit and treatment to is the owner's son Carl who does not work the weekends or required to pull late night calls like all the others at his level. Wouldn't be surprised if he also never got penalties for what they call recall service either as i was told thats what happens if a plumber has to go back out for the same task again. Shame on you for taking a man's wages to pay another. They will break and discard the employees without hesitation or care. Do not use as I never will again. And to any that may think about employment here be wary and cautious.

I also called Flush It when I noticed low water pressure and dirt coming through the showers and toilet from the original problem. Dan, once again came out and fixed all the issues and quickly too! For everything I’ve paid less then $600. I highly recommend this company.

Did a really professional job and when some additional issues came up, again explained my options and the pros and cons of them. The team that did the work were skilled at what they do and had all the right equipment to make the job go smoothly. They kept me in the loop each step of the project and made sure i was happy with everything before doing a great job of cleaning up after the work. Highly recommended and would use again without hesitation.

Zoltan Mari rated it 2/5: We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that "this account was fulfilled" and we were done – they do not want to do business with us. My advice – don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.
