John Hatfield rated it 5/5: Quick turnaround to clear a drain and get our toilets flushing on an after hours service call.

When we had the same issue, they showed up for a warranty service and we did incur a slight charge. After another plumber was able to solve the issue, I contacted and requested a refund which they promptly delivered without pushback. This is usually a difficult process with contractors, so I greatly appreciate their professionalism and customer service!

Daniel the tech, made it easy and communicated accurate expectations to get the issue resolved and for me to get back to my job as soon as possible. Thanks 🙂

The technician, Alex was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. It’s not too often a that the final bill is less than the original estimate. I appreciated this as the problem was a pretty easy fix. Would recommend highly and use them in the future.

sergiop444 rated it 5/5: I have an old house with a crawl space that most plumbers refuse to go underneath the house to do work. The plumbers that Stanley plumbing sent out did not hesitate to get under the house with no complaints. The receptionist who made our appointment was very nice and actually was able to get us an appointment sooner due to cancellations. She was very compassionate of our situation and kept us updated on when the next available plumber was coming. Upon inspection, with my little knowledge on plumbing, the work they did looked very professional and clean. The plumbers that came out were very confident and answered all the questions to my satisfaction.

  • Paul Beardain rated it 5/5: I had issues with ONG and all that goes into replacing gas pipes and Stanley Plumbing saved me time and got stuff done so I could have hot water! You all are amazing especially Patience and Amy. They were calm and knew who to contact at ONG and other places so things would actually progress. Even AFTER their part was done 😁! Will definitely use them for anything I have issues with in the future!
    Thank you all so much!
  • Calvin King rated it 5/5: Jamie and Brandon were very professional, informative and personable. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. They were sent by ONG to move the gas meter plumbing due to a leak. The job they did was very neat and exactly as they explained it would be done. Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC have two great employees in Jamie and Brandon.
  • Jackie Gilley rated it 5/5: ONG detected a gas line leak and must replace my line and meter. They have a contract with Stanley Plumbing Services. I was very impressed by the person who contacted me to set up the appointment, as well as the crew who installed the new pipeline, John and K'bri. They were very professional, respected my property, and kept me informed on the next steps. I am so impressed that I will use this company in the future (but cannot contract them within 30 days of service with ONG.) It is nice to find a reliable plumbing service since the plumber I had always used retired during Covid.
  • Juanita Thomas rated it 5/5: I first found out about Stanley Plumbing when they came out to run a new gas line for ONG to move my gas meter next to the house. They did a VERY professional job! I then had a personal project of running a natural gas line for my outdoor grill, heater, and fire pit. The plumbers completely understood what I wanted/needed and it turned out even better than I had hoped. I just now received a call from them to make sure that they had done everything I wanted and that I was satisfied. The answer was YES! ABSOLUTELY! NOTE- Patience is on top of everything including contacting ONG when we were waiting for them and responds quickly when you either call or text her!!!

  • Ryan Tyson rated it 5/5: Calling is always answered friendly and helpful. We had a clogged pump and found a clean out pipe broken. Went through all the details, then fixed quickly. Repair was professional and very friendly. Also done just as promised. Then follow up needed tank serviced. Both workers friendly, on time and very professional. Had a suggested work order on trash tank, sent a detailed cost estimate. They did the clean out with care to keep drive clean, and did the service expediently. After service, ran through what they did and left our property just as they found it, clean and neat. Can’t say enough about this company’s good work. From the office to the guys in the field, they are top notch. Excellent work and much appreciated!
  • Barbara Aqrabawi rated it 5/5: Red Dirt Septic is amazing. We had our septic backing up on New Year's Day and Tyler came out and was simply wonderful. He answered our questions and was working in the dark to solve our issues. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing and why – just love the service and how kind Tyler was. Highly recommend them if you are having issues.

  • Lauren Crawford rated it 2/5: I ordered our 6×6 saferoom in mid April and was quoted 4-6 weeks until installation. The day before it was scheduled for installation, I did not get a call so I sent in a call to the office and long story short that’s when I was informed it wouldn’t be installed for several weeks. It ended up being almost 11 weeks and unfortunately it did not have the wall plate cut out that was discussed so it could not be installed that day. Originally I was told someone would come out within the week to do it. It wasn’t until a week later I had not heard anything so I called back up there and it got scheduled for a total of 3 weeks AFTER delivery. There were many, many issues in between all of this with scheduling, lack of communication/honesty and many no returned calls. I can confidently say this was an incredibly frustrating time for my family and I. We did get a bill for $200 more than what was discussed and after a few phone calls and exchanges of emails it got resolved but was still a headache as it seems the office is severely lacking communication amongst themselves. I do understand some things are just out of someone’s control and things change but the key is to communicate effectively and efficiently with the customer and I do not feel I got that during this experience, especially in the beginning. Towards the end things got semi better but I think it’s because the whole office knew who exactlyI was because I had to call so frequently. I do wish we would have went with Biggs and definitely would have if it wouldn’t have been for the price increase after we placed our order through Red Dirt. To be fair, a lot of the employees were nice. It just didn’t compensate for the overall experience we had with the company. I would not recommend this company to my friends or family.

Echo Creator rated it 5/5: Definitely needed plumbing service to clear a pipe clog. I called Dad's and spoke with Paul, who was very polite and courteous. I asked about the price for a job.

I didn't feel entirely confident after the call, and the appointment being set, but trusted that it was the right thing to do and went ahead.

The appointment was for 3:30 in the afternoon. On the day of the appointment, Dad's plumbing showed up 15 minutes early, and didn't hesitate to start the job. The technician was efficient, thorough and when he presented the bill, there was a bit of disagreement on the quoted price. However, the technician didn't bat an eye, and went with the price I was quoted.on the phone.

I am pleased to say that the plumbing job was completely successful, and that I fully recommend Dad's plumbing for their excellent service at an excellent price!

  • Shanon Freeman rated it 5/5: After doing business with another local plumber for many years, with increasing dissatisfaction, my husband used Dad's for a job at our family owned business. They did a great job. When we needed work done at our home we got estimates from both companies. Dad's did the work quickly, professionally, and economically. We would recommend them for any job and will definitely use them again in the future.
  • Desi Hill rated it 5/5: We had Todd come out after a bad customer service experience with a different company didn’t follow up well on a potential issue. Todd was kind and explained well what had happened and though there wasn’t any issue to fix, he did his due diligence to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He took extra time to educate us and help us understand. He takes his time, he is thorough, and provides excellent customer service. They also are very affordable compared to the previous service provider. I highly recommend them.
  • Athen Andrade rated it 5/5: Dad's Plumbing is awesome. I am a Realtor and they are my go to for any plumbing related needs for me and my clients (I also use them on my personal house when I have issues)! They are some of the most knowledgeable and honest people I work with (and I work with A LOT) and I really appreciate all they do for my clients and I.
  • Andi B rated it 5/5: This is a family owned and run business (husband, wife, son) and I would highly recommend using them. I had a number of issues in the crawl space under my home. They were very accommodating with my schedule (and the schedule of the heat and air guys who had to remove ducts before they could get to their part of the job), honest, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing needs.

Ray's Sewer Service is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing quality sewer and septic tank services to the Oklahoma City area for over 50 years. They are known for their prompt, professional, and courteous service, and for their competitive prices. They offer a wide range of services, including sewer line cleaning and repair, septic tank cleaning and repair, and drain field installation and repair. Darin Smith rated it 1/5: Rude and filthy. The two gentlemen who arrived to unclog my main line were immediately unprofessional but I decided to let them unclog the pipe anyway. During the process, one of them became blatantly rude and insulting. Because the job was not completed correctly, I had them repeat the process, which was eventually successful. If things could be worse, they left a mess of sewage debris all about my back yard. I strongly urge readers to consider another service provider.

Believe Robert was the one that came out,
Robert and his helper were very professional and showed up on time.
  • Olivia Richardson rated it 1/5: I am sure Ray is a great plumber, and he is a very friendly man. However, the company he runs is not professional. The first issue was the worker who came out told me Ray would come give us an estimate the following day. We trusted his word and took off work early in order to be there. Two hours later, we called the office and they had no idea what we were talking about. They assured us Ray would be out the following day. When he did come, he was very nice but did not bring the equipment he needed in order to give us an estimate. Ok, so he would come out the following business day on Monday. Meanwhile, we are living with no ability to flush toilets, take showers, or do laundry. There is no sense of urgency with this company to do their jobs. When he came out Monday (we were at work and left the gate open), he did not leave us a note and did not call us. We called the company that night and the lady on the phone gave us the written price estimate that he had come up with, but he had already left for the day. We asked him to call us back to discuss moving forward with the job. We have never heard back from him, two weeks later now. We have since called another sewer company who came out the next day, gave us a bid for the same job at a QUARTER of the cost that Ray wrote down, and they are completing the job for us within the week. Sorry Ray. You and your staff need to work on communication, professionalism, and fair pricing.

  • Stephanie Hunt rated it 1/5: On Wednesday 12/22/2021 at 2:13 PM I called to schedule services for my front outside water spout that was dripping. I mentioned that I had Mario do some work for me in the past. You said the soonest that Mario could be out would be Monday 12/27/2021 and I agreed that I would be available. I was available at my house all day on Monday. I did not receive any kind of call letting me know approximately what time I would receive service. I called at 12/27/2021 at 1:23 PM to ascertain the approximate time as I had not heard from anyone and had been available and waiting. I spoke with a lady and asked what time should I expect service as it was getting late. I was told that Mario was overbooked and would not be able to make it to my house until Tuesday. To which I specifically stated a phone call would have been nice as I have been waiting all morning and most of the afternoon, regardless a full day off work. I stated that we had doctor appointments on Tuesday so we would need him to come after 2:00 PM and she said she would let him know. I called Tuesday at 4:53 PM asking the status. I spoke with Ray and was told that I should have called the office – which I shouldn't have to do because I had scheduled service so why would I need to call? Not only why should I call, but I did call. Multiple times. I was told on Tuesday afternoon that Mario was running behind and was supposed to call me. Well he didn't. So we sat another afternoon waiting with no call and no show. Ray said Mario would come on Wednesday, to which I insisted on being the first appointment at 9:00 AM. After Mario reviewed the situation he said the cost would be $200 to do a full replacement. I agreed to the full replacement because he said it would be $200. Then he went to the store to get the parts and I requested a water main valve shutoff tool and Mario said they were like $25 and I agreed to that. Once all the work was completed, Mario said the price would be under $300 not to worry including labor and the tool. I asked for an invoice and he said no worries, less than $300 and an invoice would be mailed, which is weird I always receive an invoice at time of service. I was expecting closer to $250 as I was quoted $200 all in to replace the dripping spout and "like $25" for the meter key. I then received a non itemized invoice for $433.70. I promptly called in this regard and explained I was quoted $200 for the new spout and $25 for the tool and that my bill would be under $300 to which Ray said Mario doesn't get to set the prices. Unfortunately yes, the service tech gives quotes, to which I agreed. If the quotes are not valid then how does a client agree or disagree to a service? That doesn't even make any sense. I then said we sat here for 2 days waiting for someone to show up to which I was told I should have called the office, to which I said I did and I spoke to you, to which I was told no I didn't and then Ray literally hung up the phone. This is made up pricing. This is all very upsetting as we really like Mario and he does a good job. The spout is fixed and looks good.
  • AM P rated it 1/5: There’s a HUGE lack of communication with this company. They came out to my property on Monday to inspect an outdoor water leak in my driveway. It’s been 4 days with NO ANSWERS. EVERY time I call and ask what the issue is or when we can start the work to fix it the receptionist just says “oh that person isn’t here right now BUT we’ll call you by end of the day”.
Day 1: I called on Monday for the estimate and was told they would be out that same day or the next day.
Day 2: I called in the morning to ask if they would be by today since I waited all day the day before. The receptionist tells me the gentleman already checked out my property on Monday and knew what was leaking. I checked the cameras and he sure did come by but never rang the door bell or knocked on the door. So She said he’d call me back that day to give me an estimate. I called again that afternoon, this time the receptionist seemed rather annoyed that I called again and gave me the same response “when he gets back he’ll call you and tell you what’s wrong.”
Day 3: At this point I’m calling just to see if anyone will give me an answer. I believe it was a Different receptionist but she gave me the same response “he isn’t here but once he is we’ll call you back.”
Day 4: It’s Thursday, January 13th 2022 and guess what I did this morning? Called them again to ask if they could give me update. Want to guess what they told me? Yup, the same thing. “Someone will call you back”
It’s 6pm and I have YET to receive a call back.

I just don’t understand the logic of coming out to a property, coming up with an estimate but NOT calling the client.

  • Jeff Bassemier rated it 5/5: I called All Clean Septic and explained my septic situation and thought it would be a few days before they could come out – nope – Tim and Melissa said they could be there at 10 the next morning. They came out to my home on time as planned. Tim took time to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. They were very professional and kind. I was extremely pleased with their work and enjoyed the conversation we had. If you want quality work at a reasonable price for your septic needs, call Tim and Melissa at All Clean Septic!!
  • Oklahoma Primate Sanctuary rated it 5/5: Our plumbing was backed up due to a full septic tank but no one knew where the tank was located. The plumber did not locate it but Tim and Melissa came (earlier than expected) and found the tank in about 4 minutes. They did a great job and put everything back like it was. They worked hard, were respectful of staff and our animals and shared some good advice on how to properly care for our system. They charged a fair price and we won't be using anyone else for our septic needs!
  • Phil R rated it 5/5: Words cannot describe the service Tim and Melissa provided. From the initial phone call to the completed service of having my aerobic system pumped and deep cleaned, I was kept in the loop. I learned so much about my septic system. I highly recommend calling no one else. Super friendly folks!
You are in good hands with All Clean.

Paige Jackson rated it 5/5: Our tank probably has never ever been cleaned out before. We had a really bad backup and Vets were able to get right out same day. Shout out to Jeremy for working hard for 2 hours and getting us all fixed up and back to normal! 100% will be requesting him to come back out for the regular maintenance. 10/10

  • Anthony Deckard rated it 5/5: Called Vets based on their rating, the fact I thought they were veteran owned, and based on having dealt with other septic service providers in the area. The price was as expected and in concert with other local companies. The driver arrived exactly on time and respected my request to park the truck so as not to damage the driveway. Jeremy was very professional and personable and set right to work. We have a large tank that has not been serviced in 10 years….big job, but was completed in about 45 mins- including the paperwork. You can see from the photo that job site was left in good order. I will definitely use Vets again. I will say I was a bit upset learning that the company ownership no longer includes an actual military veteran…but that does not diminish the fact they did a fine job.

  • Rick Stephens rated it 5/5: Good honest repair services. The te h that worked on my septic was really knowledgeable and gave me some good information. They fixed an issue that was there from the previous owner. The previous owner or the company servicing it had been letting a bad leak in the clean out just go without repair, but Vets got it fixed really quick and without gouging me on the price. Good work and I'll be recommending them to others
  • Paul White rated it 5/5: Great honest business with good employees. You can trust them to do what's right.
  • Anne Black rated it 5/5: We did not know, when we bought the house, that the lateral lines were no good. Covid hit, and we had finally saved enough to have the new field put in. Vets was better than we could have imagined. They fit us in right away and had it done in less then a day! No more septic worries! Thank you Will and your guys for taking care of us! Your team was awesome!

  • Tim rated it 5/5: They came out and got my drain fixed . They were very professional and did a great job.
  • Aaron Riggan rated it 5/5: Burst pipe on Dec 23rf. When every other plumber we called was going to be between 1-4 days lead time, Grooms was here within 3 hrs, had the whole repair done quickly and efficiently, and charged us less than A THIRD what all our other estimates were!
    A+, service, they've made a lifetime customer!
  • Karen Emerson rated it 1/5: I called on Thursday , was assured he would get to me on Friday, called me on Friday at 2:30 to let me know I was still in line up for service.called him again around 7:30 pm . He stated the job he was on was taking longer. I told him I would be fine with Saturday if it worked better for him. I called him repeatedly on Saturday and left messages . He finally answered the phone at 3:20 and told me he was at a job and if I wanted I could call someone else. All I needed was kitchen drain cleaned and if he had told me on Thursday he was too busy I would have scheduled someone else to do the job. After hours and weekends are twice as expensive. This was a very frustrating experience to say the least very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend his company to anyone.
  • David Christensen rated it 1/5: Wasted two days of my life. After scheduling a project they were several hours late and I called and said they were 30 minutes out from my home and I had to call after several more hours of not showing. They ended up pushing project to the next day and I called again after being a few hours late saying they were 30 minutes out and then just completely no showed again with no follow up. Only use this company if you're okay with not making any plans for two days. Don't use this company if you value your time because this company definitely will not.
