I talked to my son in law and he told me if it was just the faucet he could probably fix it but could not get away from work until the following day. He told me to ask whoever showed up if he thought it was an easy fix so my son in law could do it. Although the man that came seemed very nice he told me that it could be an easy fix or it may turn into a big problem because the pipe was so close to my brick wall and if it was done wrong they would need to break into the wall. Although he did not pressure me to have him fix it I went with what he told me and to save my son in law any headache I told him to go ahead and fix it. I went inside and not more than 10 min he knocked on the door and said it was fixed. He charged me $250. It was the day before Christmas eve so I gifted him a little bag of homemade cookies for coming within an hour . On Christmas day my son in checked the work and told me the faucet could have been purchased at lowes or home depot for $10! He was very upset because he said I was overcharged and he felt the man knew it was an easy fix and could have been nice enough to tell me. It is really sad that older people get taken advantage of. I am on a fixed income and that money could have been put to better use.

Jimmy from Ajax arrived in the early minutes of their estimated three hour window. He was masked, pleasant, very helpful and showed us the clean-out valve under the sink was seeping. He was careful when the backed-up debris in the pipe was released as he opened the clean-out. Jimmy was courteous and did his job efficiently and well. Very pleased with his Saturday solution to our nasty problem.

The booking process was so fast. I called after normal business hours, but I was still able to get an appointment the following business day. Danny came out for us today on short notice after we were offered a cancellation time slot. He spent several hours (reasonable due to the state of the issue) on the property going through and assessing our mess. He was courteous, polite, upfront about costs, personable, informed, and kind. I've seen complaints on here about the work being pricey, but I honestly feel the quote I was given was very fair!

No one likes emergency plumbing issues, but I feel like I have a company I can trust to treat me (a young woman and first time homeowner) with the same respect as any other reasonable client. Now let's just hope their plumbing work is as good as their customer service!

We first started with them in our last house in Bulverde after switching from a company that was inconsistent, unresponsive, and just did not provide quality work. The difference in quality and professionalism was night and day and they helped us with many issues we had at that house (it was an older system, not installed by them). When we hired a builder for our new home in Spring Branch we were thrilled to learn that they use MJ for all of their new builds. They did a great job putting the new system in and educating us on the do’s and don’ts to keep our septic running great. Most recently we’ve had great experiences with Colton, the service tech and Catherine in the office, both were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!

She told me they were only booking confirmed appointments. I said it would be confirmed unless I could get someone today.
I found a company that worked us into their schedule, putting us next on their list since it was an emergency. Before I could call to cancel MJs Thursday appointment, they called to say they had a cancellation for today and could come after all. I told her I’d found someone else & was going to have to cancel. She then, and only then, advised me of their cancellation fee of $75! I literally had the appointment for two hours before cancelling!
I imagine that their work is just fine, but their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered of any business in the San Antonio area in the 25 years that I’ve lived here.
If you schedule an appointment. Be sure you don’t have to cancel! They’ll be in you pocket before you hang up the phone!

1. Transparent?! I was crystal clear to the woman booking the appointment that I was going to continue to try to find a company that could come out that day!
2. I was NEVER told there would be a $75 cancellation fee during my initial call. That’s a pretty high penalty for a cancelled appointment that was 2-days away and was only held for 2-hours!

Hey, Merry Christmas! If you can live with your lack of professionalism, so can I! I’m just happy that I found a better company to do business with.

Half a day to excavate 100 foot trench going 5 to 8 feet down and tying into the dry creek bed behind me where the city runs its sewer.
And a full day working in 100+ degrees to hook me to the sewer bypassing my old septic
They still have to put it all back together as far as the dirt goes but I’m not worried about that.

Another local plumber charges $167 for a single hose bib replacement and an additional $8 for the vacuum breaker. Total charges would be $170, which include a 10% military discount and state sales taxes. Again, these charges were EXORBITANT.

Kriscilla Sanchez was so helpful, and showed so much concern for our emergency. She actually moved other appointments around and had their driver at our house in less than 2 hours! What a blessing! I cant say enough positive things about this company! We won’t use anyone else!

Being frustrated, I Reached out on Facebook only to be given this company’s name by the owner himself and several others. The owner corresponded several times with me via Facebook and come to find out he was at the gym working out. To me that is dedication!!! We were told that our pipes had collapsed under the foundation by other people. (1970 home). I opted to pay the higher price for the weekend rate as I had been without a washer for a week. This company came out realized it was just clogged pipes and fixed the pipes destroyed by the other plumber. I am very particular about my things and so was Joseph the one on call today. I look forward to using these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Jose De La Vega rated it 1/5: This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm….. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.
