I sent out a request to Elite Rooter and they answered super quickly and got someone out a couple of hours later! Kyle came out and he was able to diagnose the issue, cut off the seized faucet, and install our new one in less than an hour. He was super friendly and efficient, and pointed out a couple of other things he noticed that may need attention in the future. We’ll definitely call him for issues we have in the future. I recommend Elite for quick response, excellent service, and quality work.

He not only was very clever with his diagnosis in finding the problem in my 1881 old house he fixed bad work done from previous contractor and also found a small leak and fixed it very quickly. He was working for more than five hours and only charged $382. He cleaned up the whole bathroom after and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He provided a ton of information and pictures. Following the appointment, Dan the manager/owner called immediately and gave me a thorough rundown of the big picture and what we needed to do to further preserve the life of the tank. All in all, using Any Time Septic was a great experience. Their attention and time towards customers is paramount and very refreshing these days. I would definitely recommend and will be re-contracting them for all things septic and more.

Rod Deakers rated it 1/5: I specifically requested a hydro jet to clear a small line. When I called the indicated rate was $150 for 90 minutes of work or less. The technician was going to cable the line, but when I insisted on a hydro jetting I was told that the technician would have to have a 2nd person on site to operate the machine while he would guide the jet. He informed me that the minimum rate for jetting was $500! This amounts to a bait-and-switch operation, which is illegal.

The clog was gone when they got there so instead they charged me 250.00 to scope it. (I wasn't there as I live out of state). The next day the house still wasn't draining and they wouldn't garentee any of the work because and I quote "we didn't do any work to garentee".

He conducted a pressure test and discovered that the tight line to the seepage pit was clogged. He recommended sending a camera down to further inspect the tank/pipes. Aaron came out with a camera a few days later and sure enough, we discovered our pipes were completely smashed. After replacing the pipes, we called them up and they came out the very next day for another stress test & sure enough, it finally passed. These guys were extremely honest and professional. I’m so grateful for their team and I highly recommend them for all your septic needs!

My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

He went above and beyond to help our organization and made sure we were up and running again in the shortest amount of time possible. Andre Moreno rated it 1/5: Why is this business coming up in Google Maps listings when I search for open restaurants? This business is a waste management business and is mis-categorized, they don't serve food.
Someone at this business doesn't know what they are doing, they thought they were witty and smart by categorizing themselves as a restaurant to bring themselves more leads, but they are making their company a public embarrassment. When I am looking for something to eat, I don't want to be reminded of the stomach churning stench of a grease trap being pumped out.

I will consider revising this review or removing it when someone competent in management unscrews this situation.
