Jim Washburn rated it 5/5: I had a slow kitchen sink drain that was slow in my 50s era rambler. I called Mr Rooter on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in within two hours. The tech arrived and assessed the problem and gave me a bid. We agreed and they went to work. Brought the motorized snake in and went about 40 ft and was able to get the sink flowing. He ran a couple double sink fulls to make sure it was truly cleared, very thorough. He cleaned up as if he’d never been there. He explained the 30 warranty and I am happy with the service

  • Susie Morley rated it 5/5: I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter. I was in a panic when my downstairs flooded!! I called Mr. Rooter and they came out quickly! Benjamin (Ben) is such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that was going to be done and showed me how much it was going to cost. He really had a lot of empathy. After the work was done Ben told me not to hesitate to reach out to him, if I had any further questions. I hope he is recognized for his outstanding service! I also have to thank Zach, who was the first one to come to my house. My sewer pipe had to be replaced and I didn't get the names of the two guys who replaced my sewer pipe, but all of the people I dealt with at Mr. Rooter were great!! Take it from me, if you need a plumber and/or a sewer pipe to be replaced I would definitely call Mr. Rooter. Thank you all for making my nightmare a little bit bearable. I appreciate each and every one of you who I met.
  • J.Z. Phelps rated it 5/5: Really good and timely service! The technician came out very quickly, within the window quoted, fixed the issue and even put the appliances back that I moved. I appreciate their communication, timeliness and professionalism.
The technician even game me some estimates regarding other work that we want to do in the near future. We will definitely planning on using Mr. Rooter for future plumbing work. Thank you! 😊

The plumbers were on time, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They were able to locate the issue immediately and were transparent with how much it would cost and the parts needed. There were no surprises because he explained what all of the outcomes could be and the worst case scenario. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Great service, great experience. So happy to have this issue resolved.
  • Kelly Ritting rated it 5/5: Dale and Atama arrived very early in the 10 – 2 window I was given and replaced my leaking toilet with a shiny new, non leaking one. I really appreciate their pricing which is by the job rather than by the hour and how clearly everything is explained. It was a great experience overall and I will absolutely call them for my plumbing needs going forward.

  • Jennifer Torres rated it 5/5: The pump went out on our septic system and we had this confirmed on a Friday. We had just had our inspection a few weeks prior and weren’t due for pumping yet for likely another year, but because the pump went out suddenly, we needed pump service on that Friday. The guys that came out, Matt and Justin, they did a very nice job for us and my husband enjoyed chatting with them. They weren’t able to replace the pump then due to not having the part with them, so I called the office and they were able to schedule us for Sunday morning. Joe called to let us know he was on his way and when he arrived, we were so impressed with his manners and positive attitude. He made sure we understood everything he was about to do before getting started, made sure he addressed any questions or concerns we had, and then went right to work. He installed the new pump and did all the necessary testing for us and gladly, our new pump was covered under warranty and we had a really good outcome. When Joe finished our install, he spent a few minutes talking with us about our system and shared a lot of great information with us. It’s clear to us that he is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and goes the extra mile for his customers to feel at ease and have a positive experience while he’s there and to feel really good about the work he performed once he’s gone. Joe is definitely a shining star and deserves to be recognized as such. Also worth nothing, the two individuals who answered the phone when I called in were extremely professional and courteous, particularly the gentleman working that Friday when I called upset that we weren’t able to change the pump the same day. He stayed calm and polite throughout the call, and while I can’t recall his name, I will say, he did a beautiful job of representing the company and also deserves recognition because I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with at that moment (I apologize). Lastly, thank you to Adell for being so kind to us and explaining things so nicely and for doing your very best to make us feel valued and heard.
  • Andrew Johnson rated it 5/5: I called them on a recommendation from a Niehbor. They were able to come to my house same day. Jacob and Luis are extremely professional and found the problem immediately. They walked me through what needed to be repaired and got it done quickly and thoroughly. A Advanced was upfront and clear about pricing which was reasonable. Thanks to Aurora for helping get this visit set up in a timely manner. Happy customer here

  • Jude Kruger rated it 5/5: I am so impressed and thankful for the quick job Jeremy did on my shower drain and the cost was more than fair. Having no idea of what was clogging my drain up he knew just what to do and within minutes the problem was solved. I highly recommend A Advanced Septic & Construction, you won't regret it. If I could I'd give them a 10 star rating!!!
  • Will rated it 2/5: We were recommended this company by a co-worker who raved about the work, Initial contact and work was great and fairly priced. The technician that came out to pump our septic tank recommended the instillation of risers for better accessibility and finishing on our patio access to the tank. It was a great idea so I called in to get a quote and two days after I was told I would have the quote, it arrived and we were very happy with the quoted price.

Again a technician came out and began the work in a very reasonable time frame after getting the quote. Unfortunately I could not be home when the work began but when I got home with the installation nearly done, almost ready for the concrete to be replaced around the installation area, the tech told me he would not be doing that as it wasn't part of the quote. I immediately reached out to the estimator who told me it was not part of the quote but could be done for additional cost.

I will own the fact that I did not look for concrete patching as part of the job, but I do feel that should have been at least indicated by the estimator that due to unknown extent of patch work that would be required, that would have to be a secondary quote after install. I asked for that quote to be generated (Monday evening) and was told I would have it first thing Tuesday. I heard nothing until Wednesday morning saying he was busy and would have it to me by the end of the day… at time of this writing It is Sunday (not expecting a response over the weekend) and we have yet to receive the quote.

To be 100% clear, all the field workers and reception staff I have interacted with were great and professional and were it not for the failures of 1 individual, I would have rated 5 stars. Unfortunately the estimator that I have been working with is either to overwhelmed to properly serve customers or has no respect for peoples time. As a result I have holes in my patio and will either be patching it myself with the quality of a novice or reaching out to a concrete finishing company. Regardless, A Advanced will not get another penny from me due to the unfortunate customer service of 1 individual.

He made sure to call before arrival and upon arrival got the job done quickly and left the bathroom cleaner then when he went in. I will be recommending Beacon to anyone who needs plumbing help. • t6webmaster rated it 5/5: Sean R was OUTSTANDING! He came here for a completely unrelated repair (shower faucet) and he discovered that the exhaust pipe from my tankless water heater had partially melted. I had no idea as it sits high in my garage. Thanks to his excellent observation skills, he prevented a major fire from starting because of the hot exhaust gas that had been blowing on my now discolored drywall. He ended up installing a brand new water heater and his workmanship was flawless. If you ever have plumbing issues, call Beacon and ask for Sean because you’re not going to find a more professional and competent plumber out there!! Thanks Sean R!!

  • Reed Umbrasas rated it 5/5: Jesus and Liam came on a Saturday afternoon only 30 minutes after I called the office. They gave me a bid with two good options, promptly completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. I’m so happy they helped me out today!
  • Chelsea Folta rated it 5/5: Romeo and his team saved us THOUSANDS on repairs. It all started with some clogged toilets. We called Beacon to get a diagnostic on what the issue is, assuming there was just a clog in the pipes. As it turns out, we had a crack in our sewer pipe. What made it worse, is they detected the crack under our concrete patio and rocks were rapidly flooding in, causing blockage. Originally, the quote was upwards of $15K. We managed to hire an outside concrete removal service to gain access to the pipe under the patio, and Romeo and his team came back to repair the leak. Little did we know, there was a SECOND crack in the pipe several feet down from the original crack…. Our repairs were now closer to $25K. Romeo found a different solution to the repair so we wouldn’t have to cut another 4’x4’ square in our patio, which ultimately saved us thousands. He worked diligently for eight hours straight to rectify the issue and get us back to normal by the end of the night. With two little ones, we didn’t have the time or the money to spend on brand new sewer lines. I greatly appreciate his empathy and expertise. I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing based on Romeo’s professionalism alone. Thank you SO much for saving the day, Romeo! I’ve stopped freakin’ and called Beacon.
  • Hang Le rated it 1/5: We have never been treated so poorly by any company before. Our pipe bursted in July of 2021 and they still haven’t completed their job. They charged us $25k because it was an emergency and took their sweet time to fix the pipe. Not only did they miss 2 of their appointments without any notice, they also made a mistake packing the giant hole they dug up in our front yard. 4 months after the job was done the area they dug up sunk about half a foot. I wrote them 2 emails about a week apart and got ignored. I called and spoke to the most condescending and demeaning manager ever. Mark said, “honey I have about 25 other emails I’m working on.” After about 10 minutes of explaining the situation to him he finally scheduled us a date for someone to come fix the area. We took the day off work and no one showed up again. Finally someone came out on a different day but unfortunately 2 months after that it sunk 4 inches. I emailed them again and they said to wait until the rainy season is over. It is July and they have been ignoring all my emails since May. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.

  • Bryan Reynolds rated it 5/5: From the moment I got Chris on the phone to schedule the job, to having Milton come by and assess the situation, I knew I was in good hands – and on a Sunday at that! They were the only company, out of 8 that I called, that could do the job, and it was an emergency for our family owned business. Milton worked like a champion and made the whole replacement of our broken water heater look super easy. He worked with a smile and knocked the job out quickly! So thankful for 2 Sons Plumbing – highly highly recommend!!!
  • Jerome Holman rated it 5/5: I've now used 2 Sons Plumbing for two of our home's problems. I highly recommend their business after my experience. For the first visit, we had several sinks that were leaking with faucets and stoppers unfunctional. I thought I had to replace all of them with new faucets (expensive). 2 Sons Plumbing helped me realize the faucets I had were great but they had to be cleaned out with parts tightened/fixed based on the original home builder's not so great installation. Within 45 minutes, all of the sinks were fixed, working at a way more reasonable cost than replacement. For the second visit, Tyler K was our assigned specialist, and he quickly fixed our downstairs sink that ran into he same problems as upstairs. He also helped us to realize the bad state and danger of our Water Heater that hadn't been maintained for 11 years and needed replacement. He took the time to educate me on water heaters, show the problems (with photos that I have now), and helped me to get the water heater replaced same day at a very reasonable cost and high quality. He had the whole system replaced with pipes cleaned up and remounted in less than a few hours. We now have a higher quality system with better output than ever before. Tyler K. is awesome, and I'm now a very loyal 2 Sons Plumbing customer!
  • Katie Steiner rated it 5/5: Our entire experience with 2 Sons Plumbing was amazing. We needed a technician right away and over the weekend. 2 Sons quickly and easily scheduled the appointment for the following morning. They called us 30 minutes before arriving as promised. Drake was our technician and his professionalism and expertise (especially to two laypeople) were impressive. He described everything each step of the way and was able to identify and fix the issue. The whole time I was impressed with his communication and professionalism. The pricing also seemed reasonable all things considered. 2 Sons will be my go to plumbing company moving forward.
  • Leslie Pringle rated it 5/5: My husband and I contacted several plumbers to get a quote to replace our water pressure regulator. 2 Sons Plumbing responded right away and got someone out to our home the next day! Our technician was Milton and he was professional, efficient and got the job done in no time. 2 Sons Plumbing even called us a couple days later to check on how the new water pressure regulator was working for us – now that's excellent customer service! We will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

Juliana West rated it 5/5: Ryan came out and quickly assessed the design to make my clients shower/toilet area more accessible was in fact feasible. He was able to get us in the schedule as our regular plumber was unable. Ryan improved the over all location & function of water shut offs so the whole building wouldn’t have to be shut down again to do service.

  • Jane Noland rated it 5/5: We had used Bob Oates for sewer repair and were very pleased so when our plumber retired I the thought of them.
Cory did our work and he is great. In addition to being super competent, he is a delight. He fixed an outdoor plumbing problem and ran into some unexpected issues.. Because of his experience as a builder and a plumber he was able to solve them. I doubt many others could have figured it out.
We will use him again. He is terrific.
  • Ping Jen rated it 5/5: EXCEPTIONAL & EXCELLENT: After having the usual bad experiences with other plumbing companies: didn’t perform the services just wanted to dig holes to charge more….way more; Bob Oates’ Micheal and Jeremy came to rescue. They are very thorough, articulated, determined, and skillful. I can’t thank them enough for “detailing” my 100-year old sewer line, especially it’s 94 degree today.
  • Fred Bidelspach rated it 5/5: We had a serious blockage in our sewer line. They worked us into their schedule quickly. The plumber arrived earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional, thorough and also careful with our property. Explained all that was happening and gave some good recommendations for future. Very pleased with his work.
  • Rob Litzke rated it 5/5: I haven't gotten work done by Bob Oates, but I did get an estimate. I was given a small time window – not an all-day timeframe, and the technician arrived on time and we got the estimate. The technician was willing to chat and even did a video inspection of our drain line while he was out, giving a balanced assessment of different options. Ultimately we didn't need work done (yet) – there were no high-pressure sales tactics. We'd be happy to work with Bob Oates when the time comes!

Happy to have found these guys and will definitely call them again in the future!

Scott Vesey rated it 5/5: Jafco came out to replace the sewer line at our 70 year old house. They did a great job maintaining our established landscaping while digging the holes required to reline our sewer lines. Communication was great they kept us informed and were clear about what was happening and when it would happen. They finished on time and were great at restoring our yard.

  • Kathleen Huston rated it 5/5: Jafco just completed a big sewer lining job at our condo building in Lower Queen Anne. They saved us money buy recommending the latest pipe lining technology that will last us up to 50 years. Their team was professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. They were accessible by cell phones and text on site daily. They helped our board plan the project and relay information and schedules to our residents. They accommodated hours of work to give our residents time to ready for their day and park in garages at night. I would highly recommend Jafco to anyone who needs sewer work!
  • James rated it 5/5: Jafco is our go-to plumber. Way more responsive and professional than any other plumbers I've dealt with, and I've contacted a lot in the area. They're not the cheapest, but we went with the cheapest for a previous job and will never do that again. Jafco is worth spending a little bit extra on. Everyone was super informative and helpful. The plumbers were thorough, friendly, quick, and professional. We've had them out now for two large plumbing jobs and one small one; they did an absolutely stellar job each time. They even answered the phone late at night when we had a surprise leak, and they came out to fix it the next morning! I really can't say enough good things about Jafco. I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend this company to anyone in search of a good quality plumber.

  • Ann Marie B. rated it 5/5: Like many homeowners in Seattle, we finally had to bite the bullet and replace our 75 year old sewer line from the basement all the way to the street. Jafco was by far the most professional and straightforward bid we received. They were the least expensive for the work to be completed. Other contractors offered a bit lower prices, but would not have replaced all of the parts that needed replacing. Once the work started, they were on-time, professional, and very tidy. This job was messy! It involved a lot of indoor concrete cutting and hauling, but at the end of each day, everything was clean and organized. The workers were nice and polite. Our Project Manager, Max, was great. Super clear in his communications, responsive, and easy to work with. (Plus our dog loved him.) We would highly recommend Jafco and Max!
  • Mike Shen rated it 5/5: Jafco switched us over from septic to sewer and did an excellent job. Job finished on schedule with no unexpected costs or complications.
Josh, the project manager, was fantastic to work with. Excellent communications so I knew what was going on the entire time, and super responsive to all my questions.
Luis, the foreman, was also excellent. Super professional, with no mess left behind.
Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
100% would hire them again for any plumbing job, big or small.

  • Scott Leiter rated it 5/5: I recently had my side-sewer lined. I got three bids and picked Brewer’s Sewer, because the project estimator, Ryan, saw things the others didn’t and recommended a mixed solution, i.e. about 2/3 pipe-burst, and 1/3 cured liner. Pricewise they were the middle bid. When it came to doing the work, they proved to be as competent, as I had hoped. Each person working on the job was personable and worked hard. Travis, the owner, caught that my old, galvanized water supply line ran too close to the sewer line to pipe-burst the middle section. Had he not caught this, we would have had a big mess on our hands. He switched this section from pipe-burst to the more expensive cured liner and kept the price the same. I am very happy I chose Brewer’s Sewer to do the job.
  • Jon McClure rated it 5/5: Top of their game! Travis and his team at Brewer's Sewer Repair provide a professional repair of root intrusions in our side sewer pipe. They repaired the pipe, installed a two way cleanout for easy future service, hydro jet cleaned the pipe, and provided video showing the pipe repaired. Not to mention, Travis had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service.
  • Jeff Krippaehne rated it 5/5: Brewers recently repaired a hole in my line and relined the remaining piping to my property line. I cannot thank Travis and the team enough for doing an amazing job from start to finish.

Brewers is smaller team compared to the general plumbing contractors or sewer repair companies in Puget Sound, but the quality of their work was for me, flawless. From initial sewer scoping to final clean up of landscaping, the team was direct, efficient, and tidy.

I would strongly recommend working Brewers if you need a repair done.

  • Ryan Robbins rated it 5/5: Travis, Johnny, Tyson, and Taylor came out to help us with a sewer repair and liner installation. There was minimal wait time and they took extra time to tailor their solution to our specific situation. Excellent, courteous, attentive and informative service. Highly recommend.

Green Latrine is a unisex public restroom located in the heart of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. The restroom is clean and well-maintained, with a strong commitment to customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restroom is always open during posted hours.

The restroom is located in a busy area, and can be difficult to find parking. However, once you find a spot, it is easy to walk to the restroom. The restroom is also located near a number of public transit options, making it easy to get to and from.

The restroom is small, but clean and well-organized. There are a few stalls, a sink, and a toilet. The stalls are clean and well-stocked, and the sink is always clean. The toilet is always flushed and there is never any urine on the floor.

Overall, Green Latrine is a clean, well-maintained, and friendly restroom that is easy to get to and from. The only downside is that it can be difficult to find parking.

Steve burgener rated it 1/5: Please read the fine print from these guys. My company steves install llc . Had Zeters contract with this company for toilet install. The day after we poured concrete their employee unlocked the gate (do not know how he got code and was not directed to service toilet that day by my company. we did not have any signs up as we thought if gate was locked that would be sufficient.) and drove over the new concrete that was only 18 hours old. this was witnessed by a city employee. Green latrine is saying that since we moved the latren from the spot it was dropped off at (we moved it into locked gate as to keep it from being vandalized) it was not their fault that concrete was damaged. This does not seem like the family owned customer service company that is advertised.

  • Samantha Stendal rated it 5/5: We used Green Latrine for our wedding in Washington and they were great! Load in and load out went smoothly. The set up looked nice and clean for the wedding. They were also easy to communicate with!
  • Joy Pothan rated it 5/5: I snuck this picture through the window when David serviced our unit today. We have a small, outdoor nature preschool in Puyallup. We are using one of Green Latrine’s units while we are waiting for our new bathroom to be built. We have a little step with a small seat to make it easier for our littles to use the toilet. David noticed it was very muddy from all of the rain yesterday. He cleaned it with anyone asking him to. He just noticed it needed to be done and did it.Thank you David, and all of the other kind, professionals at Green Latrine!
  • Josh Richardson rated it 1/5: Broke my equipment after charging a very premium price for a single black tank emptying. The tech didn’t say anything at the time and when I found out and reached out they offered me
$50 refund. The cost of replacement part, my time, and the inconvenience cost more. Not stoked for this being such a simple service. Wouldent recommend.
