No appointments were available for the next two days and I needed the items removed. I was told the manager would call me back but I have yet to receive any correspondence. I ended up using another service for half of the price. Do not recommend this service.

I was accused of not putting out my broken trash bin so that I could receive a replacement when your trash driver collected my broken one during the trash pickup service which made it impossible to fulfill the replacement driver's orders to "replace" my broken bin. It only took me three or four hours of customer service to actually have someone be able to help me. An incredible waste of time and very frustrating. One of your customer service people told me to call an 800 number for faster service that I waited on for an hour and no one ever answered. Again, a total waste of my time only to get a free bin that was due me.
  Perhaps you should consider a system of communication between your drivers? Seems pretty basic, but somehow you don't seem to have one in place to prevent mishaps like this. The question is why not?

As a lifelong gardener, I've purchased many of these over the years, so I was surprised that a store selling to professionals would sell such junk. I don't have it with me or I'd share the brand name but it wasn't one I'd seen before -both were the same brand. I wouldn't say this place is particularly "green" either. Just a standard garden supply place with the usual gravel, rocks, mulch, sod, etc. Didn't have any native low water grasses to plant, only usual water thristy turf options.

I don't think so. They CAN be recycled and they should have accepted there there.

I heard the security guard yelling at someone to stop taking the caps of some plastic water bottles when I turned around the gaird was behind my friend and then yelled I'm not going to tell you again. I told the gaurd you can tell him all you want but since he is deaf he will never hear you or know that your behind him. the security guard then said the you need to tell him him because I will not say it again. first issue lis this gaird needs some education about the ada. it is not my responsibility to communicate for the security guard. once the gaurd was aware he is deaf it becomes the responsibility of the business to accommodate the disabled person. another words it's his responsibility to communicate with my friend . since he is deaf he can use paper and pen to write what ever he wants to say unless the gaurd doesn't know how to read and write the the business would need an interpreter. if the gaurd had apologized for yelling at a deaf person and asked me to interrupt I would have done so. I spoke to the manager by phone later and there is no policy about not removing the bottle caps or separateing bottle while waiting in line. my new mission in life will be for this company to have a policy on his there employees will accommodate people with disabilities .

Another plus is the great customer service! They inform us of any issues right away and almost immediately respond to our questions. They are professional, prompt, responsive, they go above and are beyond helpful. I work out of state and being able to rely on them and trust that they are getting the work done has made my life so much easier. We get an email update everyday with photos of what they did, and they will provide suggestions and advice on when things should be changed/adjusted, and i can always trust they aren't doing it for more money but to genuinely make sure we are operating our business to the highest service we can.
