Now Patrick has come out as scheduled and done the windows, and I was pleased to see the company has kept up its high standards despite the difficult times everyone has been going through. I booked a deep clean yesterday for my house since it had been awhile since I had my house professionally cleaned and I have a big dog who sheds a lot! I left my house for the day to stay out of the teams way, and I just returned this morning to see the work! At a high level, they appeared to do all the surface level cleaning I expected. Unfortunately, upon further inspection, a ton was missed.

I have attached pictures, but you can see that:
1. My living room rug wasn’t even vacuumed, and there was still a fur ball floating in the corner!
2. Baseboards and cabinets clearly weren’t touched. I’m especially annoyed by this because these are the two areas I wanted addressed and why I specifically paid the $50 extra for a deep clean
3. Obvious spots left on mirrors, sink, crumbs on counter

I know this might sound nit picky to some, but when I pay a few hundred dollars to have my house cleaned, I don’t expect such obvious misses. Will be happy to update my review after I hear back from EFMS!

There was no evidence they were at my residence, no receipt, no follow up email, nothing to indicate they had performed the work. One of my gutters literally appeared to have a plant growing out of it between the gutter and downspout. I thought this would have been removed, but later learned that wasn't included. I was very upset once I got home to see it was still there. The least the techs could have done was called to ask if I wanted it removed as it was an OBVIOUS obstruction. I would have certainly paid the extra charge. I am now paying to have some clear the downspouts.

john sikes rated it 1/5: Bought Groupon but would not buy again. They did not show up when scheduled and did not choose to notify me. I reached out the following day and got inclement weather excuse. We had perfect weather for the week leading up to my appointment so there was no inclement weather to speak of. Office manager comes across as rude and could use a class on email etiquette.
Update – office manager Michael then emailed me after my review to harass me. Apparently I was high maintenance with a 3 week lead time for a service that I paid for in advance. Then I had the audacity to email the day after they no-showed for their scheduled appointment. I would be unemployed if I ran my business like that.
Kenny Welch rated it 1/5: I purchased this Groupon on 12/18 at which time Michael the office Manager provided me a window of service between 1/3 – 1/10 at 6PM stating that someone would give a call an hour beforehand.
Being that this confirmation was given before the holiday and no one had performed the service by 1/8, I sent him a follow up on 1/8. He advised me to reference his original email with the service window provided. I said thank you I was just reaching out to confirm.
1/10 @ 5:15PM ET I had not heard from him and sent him an email to follow up there was no response so I called. He did answer, I advised him of who I was and that I was following up. He stated that they would not make it and that it would be another week. I advise him that that was my reason for following up on Friday 1/8 but before I was able to finish he abruptly and rudely cut me off. I asked him to let me finish he stated 'No' just get a refund and hung up.

I cannot speak on the actual service but the customer service for this company is horrible. If the Manager is rude what does that say about the company.
John McCutcheon rated it 1/5: I, like many here, bought a Groupon. Whoever answers the phone in their office is the most arrogant and rude person I've spoken to in years. He refused to set an appointment, only saying that I'd receive an email and they were coming, whether I could be there or not. He inflated the square footage of my house using tax assessment records (which is lied about, I checked) and, I caught him at this, simply announced "we're not cleaning your gutters." I am absolutely astonished at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this business. "Bad reviews don't bother us." Apparently not. I gave them 1 star because there is not a way to give them fewer. WARNING: do not use these people.
shareka major rated it 1/5: I only gave 1 star because it took that to write the review. I purchased this Groupon last year and never received the service. Each time I was given a different date someone would arrive and they never showed. Twice I was even given a week window which I just knew at that point someone would show. Three months later I have so much debris in my gutter it’s leaking. I don’t understand how that happens. I was very patient but that’s just ridiculous. Of course now that the Groupon has expired my money will not be refunded just sad !
