Something else that I find refreshing is they didn't try to upsell me; I told the carpet cleaning specialist, Javier, my concerns about pet stains & odor. Before we went any further, he stated there was an extra fee for pet treatment and asked if that was okay. I loved that! He didn't recommend that I should add all these services and he didn't just add it in without my consent. He gave me a choice and made sure I agreed to the adjusted cost before the work even started. Javier was quick, efficient, and kind. I will definitely go to Denver Pros again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for their carpets to be cleaned.

The woman who scheduled me was very professional and helpful. The tech was on time, he was professional, and personable. I like his he was friendly, polite, and trustworthy. The service was great. He did a very good job on the carpet, was quick, and I left him at home with my wife during the service and everything was perfect.
I was impressed overall by all aspects of this company.

Every tape spot, bit of silicone, paint splatter has been taken care of at a reasonable price. We'll have him back on a regular basis from now on. Chaviva Gordon-Bennett rated it 1/5: The service was terrible. I have no clue what they did in the house aside from a little vacuuming and cleaning the shower/tub/sinks. They didn't dust a single room, they didn't clean the floors in the common areas, they didn't clean kitchen counters, and so much more. My floors are still dirty and the dust caked on is embarrassing.
