Even though he has referred his window washing to another person, he cleaned a few windows for me while he was here. That was GREATLY appreciated as we live out in the middle of nowhere and it's extremely challenging to find dependable and quality service providers in our area. The window cleaning part was too small of a job for the other business to be able to justify the trip from Winston. Rich cleaned our window several years ago, so I knew he would do a great job. When you schedule a service with Rich you receive a written quote that you can digitally accept. The appointment is scheduled, and you receive a reminder a few days prior to the service, and another the day before. Rich sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. I'm so impressed with the professionalism his business displays. In addition, Rich does an exceptionally good job. When I paid him, he did not leave the property until he had emailed me a paid receipt. While he was working inside, I had an opportunity to speak with him at length about his business. I found him to be a great guy to talk with, a real family man who cares about others and takes great pride in the quality of services he offers. We will absolutely without hesitation recommend and use him again.

very poor job. will never use again. Have plenty of photos. Left the concrete dappled and stained but owner of the company states “it looks extremely clean”. Charged me $1010.00 left debris from the gutter piled where it fell. Told me the dirty they left on the house would dry and blow off. Did not properly clean the gutters just wiped the top off and that was it. the two men spent 90% of the time drinking beer on the East side Of the house out of the way of security cameras. Found empty beer cans left in the creek. I don’t drink beer and would never throw trash in my steam. I will say with the exception of the partial sticker they left on a front window that clearly should have been scraped off the windows are clean. The siding was kind of cleaned but the bricks were apparently not capable of being washed. Too delicate. I was told the dirt and debris left on the sides were because the siding was dirty. I am serious. I paid to have it cleaned but they couldn’t clean it properly because it was dirty. They did spray their super strong bleach everywhere which is why there is dappling of the concrete and pavers. There were loads of excuses as to why they did a poor job All of them the fault of my dirty house and concrete.

Cony and the Yellow Team arrived and were very courteous and professional. We did an initial walk-through with Cony and discussed everything that needed to be done. Three hours later when the team had finished, they asked for us to do a walk-through and look for any issues. We found no issues with any of the work they had completed and were extremely happy with the results. My wife was ecstatic with how well things looked and how clean the entire house was. They always arrive on time and are wonderfully efficient at turning over the apartment in time for my inspection and the arrival of our next guest.

From the moment I called for a quote to the last minute in needing an extra service, they were very accommodating. Hicham even helped me find someone to remove a lot of unwanted stuff in my home. Everyone was professional and they did an amazing job. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who needs any cleaning service. Also very prompt with responding to my texts. A+++ all around.

The air conditioning went out and we reached out to them to move the cleaning twice and both times they were understanding and willing to accommodate our schedule. When we couldn’t get the ac running in time to get it cleaned they came anyway and did an AMAZING job. The house and appliances look brand new. My wood floors are gleaming! It couldn’t have been easy but the crew was thorough and went above and beyond what I expected even with the heat. I’m so impressed.

I got an automated text last Wednesday that they would be coming on Thursday. Nobody showed up. I texted, called, FB Messaged & it is now Monday and i have not had a single response from them. I now have a different company coming this week to clean my house.

Tim, Scotty, Uriel were extremely knowledgeable. They communicated well so I knew what I was getting and when it would be installed. When Uriel arrived with his crew, I left to run errands. Uriel and his crew cleaned up and took all the old windows away. Tim stopped by to check on the progress and he even went to the local hardware store to purchase a new lock for the door that was installed. Scotty also checked to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Window Source because of the customer service they provide and the cost of the quality products they use.

The installers did an excellent job. Everything looks wonderful! They were efficient and cleaned up the work area when the job was completed. Also, every appointment was kept and everyone as on time, pleasant and hard working. I love my new windows!!!!

When I would check in Tim was always responded quickly and once they were in got me on the schedule quickly. Can’t say enough about the instillation team they were professional, efficient and respectful of my house. Would highly recommend this company!!!
MrDbose1 rated it 1/5: I contacted this company for install of storm door. They scheduled for a date with time of 11am.. They claimed their guys was at Lowes for 2 hours trying to get the doors. No one contacted me to let me know there was an issue with getting the doors which was paid for and only needing to be picked up and installed by this company. They didn't show at all I had to contact them and thats when they told me this ridiculous story about waiting at Lowes for 2 hours. Who waits at Lowes for 2 hours and not contact the customer if there was an issue. Then they reschedule for possible Friday if not then definitely would get me Saturday if Friday didn't work. They gave me the same lame excuse of their guys went to Lowes for 2 hours this morning again trying to get the already paid doors. They didn't call me once again to state there was an issue. I HAD TO CALL THEM ONCE AGAIN. What an unprofessional company. They won't contact you if there is an issue but will leave you hanging in the meantime. Communication is not good unless you reach out once the scheduled install time has lapsed. I waited each time at my home for an instalI that was scheduled and no one EVER called to say it was a problem with getting those doors only until I contacted them once I didn't hear from them to see why they hadn't showed for appointment. IF you didn't want my business you shouldn't have said you would.
