They are very organized and have people to help you unload your vehicle. You’re in and out very quickly, I think due to their appointment system so it doesn’t get too crowded. Love CHaRM and will be taking all of my big recycling loads here in the future.

The greeting attendant was super friendly and prepared to answer any questions I had (they have a list of names so really, make an appointment!). Organized by type of recyclable, I was able to drop off an entire carload (50-60) of cardboard moving boxes. I struggled to put them all in my car at home but was greeted by two volunteers that assisted. I was able to drop off all my items in less than 10 minutes! (took about 20 to put them all in myself). I had been looking high and low for a drop-off because we just moved states and my home recycling can can't handle more than a few at a time. Will most definitely be back!

Kellie M rated it 5/5: Wow! This is a great place for getting rid of refuge in a safe matter. We made an online appointment, loaded the cardboard into the car and headed to Charm. You drive in and are greeted and asked what time is your appointment. They turn away anyone who does not have an appointment. They checked us off and pointed us to our station. There were workers there to help us unload the car.
There were stations for electronics, glass, cans, Styrofoam, paint, etc. We were in and out in less then 15 minutes.
We will be back with more refuge!

There were SO many volunteers/workers who helped unload at each site. i will definitely donate on a regular basis now.

Then the/a manager calls, rude remarks. Not sure why this keeps happening. Michigan was great, never any issues.
My neighbor has republic and our house they drive right on by. We pay for garage. Prices are great but CS team is rude and most can care less.

I am incredibly impressed with how patient and kind the office staff have been! The delivery, less than 24hrs later AND on schedule, was just as lovely! Wesley has to be the best driver that they have. Between his ability to navigate tight curves and his genuinely kind manner, he's the sort of gentleman you want to see first-thing in the morning!
We did have a slight hiccup with the dumpster size (there are 2 different sides to their business and this alters container size) BUT they were not only willing to listen to the problem, they did everything in their power to correct it. They have a customer for life!
This is exactly why we love to support local business…they are interested in building relationships and they're community. They have great staff and we look forward to using them again in the future!

I scheduled my dumpster to be picked up and replaced after I was unable to reach anyone because the companies "phone lines were down" the entire day we spoke by email during email the dispatcher really wasn't giving any information on when my dumpster will be replaced and of course being smart . I was just fed up and done dealing with someone so rude so I let them know I don't want a replacement I just want them to pick up the dumpster they wouldn't receive another dime out of me
! I reached out to another company for service but still they wouldn't come pick up the dumpster so I had to reschedule the new companies dumpster . Services probably would be 100x better if they did not have that nasty women in that office . Only reason why they received 1 star is because I had to but I will not ever refer this company to anyone . RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Daniel one of the owners or manages refused any kind of remediation for this abomination that was left in my yard when instructions clearly stated to place the dumpster in a completely different area. In his words he repeated the contract terms "Customer acknowledges that WG Waste shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from WG Waste trucks serving containers on the agreed-upon areas and the surroundings." I guess Daniel didn't read his own contract because this space wasn't agreed upon nor was it a "driving surface". This was done by a lazy employee who decided to disregard my instructions and just place the dumpster wherever was the quickest to get in and get out. Daniel told me that my complaint was a "farce". Laughable!!!
To your response…. Your employee is a liar and clearly so are you. But that is expected since I can see you want to save face for future customers. YOU ASKED HOW COULD YOU FIX THE SITUATION…. My response was compensation or fix the yard yourself…..YOU DECLINED BOTH OPTIONS AND LAUGHED!!! In case you forgot that was when you called this a "farce". If you had offered to compensate me then the review would have never made it to google but here we are. If you had seemed the least bit sympathetic, apologetic, or anything of the sort we would not be here. Was on the phone to company at 9 am the girl I spoke to was so obliging and gave me a quote on the spot and arranged for a super quick pick up. She rang twenty minutes before to give me advance warning. The guys who came were friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience!

Received "contract" which explained extra charge after charge was disputed on cc and charged a "spite" fee for being overweight after dispute. The dumpster was picked up half full. Things will not end well for you and your company.

Chris Hett rated it 1/5: Terrible. They destroyed my yard and retaining wall (see photos). I backed a 20 foot U-Haul down my driveway several times without issue. Apparently their drivers are incompetent. Also mislead me about the size of the dumpster, as the bottom of the dumpster is about 2 feet shorter than the top, so a 15 ft long object will not fit in their 15 foot long dumpster.

They did not deliver the type of actual service or customer service that I would expect. Though their frontline customer service representatives were just fine and complimentary in taking the initial order, their management was subpar at best once they were alerted that they had not performed as they promised. They did not deliver on time. They didn't send any paperwork or a receipt for the transaction like they promised (until after we called to complain). They didn't offer a sensible solution and seemed more interested in blaming the customer. They also attempted to charge us a cancellation fee for a service they never rendered. Good thing we keep great records of our company interactions and our bank is very supportive. Steer clear of M&M and try another group.
Edited: I did receive a call from someone who said they were an executive with the company. They apologized for their miscommuincation and tried to offer a solution. The solution was appreciated but unfortunately wasn't going to work for us due to the amount of money we had already lost. I would say that the call definitely shed a better light on the company. I would have liked to have had the same courtesy given by the executive, from the manager that I spoke to during the ordeal as it was taking place. That said, I appreciate the follow up and at least someone did the right thing there at the company.

Antoine Jones rated it 1/5: DO NOT I repeat DO NOT. Use this company. Johnny (im assuming the manager) is very disrespectful and unprofessional and very rude. In the contract I was told that I would be given 2 tons (4k pounds) of trash to be included with the 10 yard dumpster rental. I was charged an extra $700 more without warning because they said I went over 9 tons of trash in a 10 yard dumpster. Let me be clear 9 tons is equivalent to 6 midsized cars. I only cleaned out my garage with the heaviest items being a couch and a love seat. Everything else was trash bags. If I would’ve placed the trash toward the front of the dumpster it would’ve been filled half full without the couch and love seat. To be clear, every staff member there was very helpful but when asked to speak to the manager, Johnny, he failed to hear me out and was very rude and disrespectful. I will be filing a civil suit within the coming days to retrieve my money. BAD BUSINESS
