After moving into a new home, I needed the carpet cleaned in the family room as well as the staircase where there were significant pet stains. I was a bit in doubt that I would get the staircase free of the stains, however, when he was finished the carpet was completely stain free! The family room carpet looked amazing and to top it off he left a little package with stain remover and other trinkets for me. We were able to get on Safe N Soft's schedule within 2 weeks of the incident. Erik came to our home and in under 2 hours had completely erased all signs of the bleach spot. When I say erased, I mean it. The spot is no longer visible (picture below is wet which is why it is slightly darker). He also worked on 2 smaller areas that had slight discoloration due to make-up without second thought. He was extremely professional, friendly, diligent, and considerate. We could not be happier and will 100% be recommending their services to other families in the Treasure Valley!

  I was very impressed with Miro. I called and got a quote and 2 days later, he was at the house with his van. He didn't just come in and use a steam cleaner and split. He uses organic cleaning solutions and does a very thorough job. I had him do a living room, stairs, hall & bedroom. He quoted me a price that was more than reasonable and didn't increase for things like special treatments etc. When he did the work, he wasn't in & out. He took his time to do a great job. He used something like a floor scrubber on the main room, something I have never seen before. It worked like a champ. The carpet was clean, fluffy and soft. The carpet dried fine without any residue or that crunchy feel. Before he left, he asked if I approved or wanted any areas re-done. Nope! All good!
  Overall – a great service & will be calling again when need it cleaned again.

Had a fair amount to get cleaned, so I emailed his business account with a multi-part quote request after my own work day ended…around 6pm (last week Thursday I think). To my surprise, he responded within the hour, and additionally responded to several more emails that made me comfortable giving him my business. He showed up as planned this morning. We toured my home, he asked questions, established a game plan, and got to work. I immediately appreciated the little things he did: Pre-treated/steamed a "smoothie" stain in my son's room, put down corner guards, suspended his hoses from the bannister, mopped our hardwood flooring as he backed his way out finished areas, helped move a nightstand, and kept my front door as "closed" as possible during his time here. Upon arrival the tech entered our home and asked to view the rooms that needed to be cleaned. After viewing he asked how would we be paying. My husband said that he would pay however the company required and proceeded to ask what was the accepted form of payment. The tech told him cash or check. My husband told the amount that he was quoted by a lady in the office to verify how much he needed to go get in cash and the tech wasn't for sure of the exact price so he stepped outside to call. He came back in and told us that in order to begin the services the payment had to be made in full and the total was $163. So my husband said "Ok I will run right here to the corner and go get it. I wasn't aware of this policy. My apologies." The tech walks outside, gets in his van and drives off. So my husband calls the office to verify what is going on and the man on the phone told him that they've had problems with people leaving to go get cash and not returning back and waiting on people to go get cash is not what they have time to do. So my husband asked if they inform all customers that cash must be on hand and paid up front. He told my husband NO WE DON'T TELL CUSTOMERS this. What the entire hell?!!! So my mom called back and asked questions. Immediately she was told that if she was paying by cash she had to have it on hand and payment time was at her discretion-meaning she was told she could pay before services began or once they completed them. This was not cool at all but apparently this means there is better for us out there because it isn't coming from DuraSteam!

I thought there was supposed to be some heating process done also but I DID NOT get that. He wiped the couch down with cleaner and applied what I thing was the "protectant", he didn't tell me. It was all done in a little over a half hour!!! The couch looked shiny but the cleaning was not a "$198.00" job, I don't think. I really could have just finished what I started on my own and would have turned out better. I have the whole job recorded….dang on shame. Oh well, I tried. Will not call them for any further work. 🙁 (I have attached some before and after pics and as you can see there is not much difference if at all)

  Only negatives were that he was late to arrive so I had to wait for a while, and I never received the proper receipt that I asked for twice which I needed to provide to my leasing company, but I was able to work aroubd it thankfully.

Myself, my parents, and my brother heard the owner say the cost would be $150 for two rooms, stairs, and living room. When he was finished he charged us $250. THE CARPET LOOKED THE EXACT SAME? The issue was he lied and tried to bully me, a young woman. He became aggressive and knocked on my window saying he’ll need to follow me for the money. My brother is too nice and said just give him the money but I do not like liars! He attempted getting aggressive with me in the Bank of America parking lot and I started screaming at the top of my lungs. I’m a young single small woman faced with two old aged white men who were larger than me. He was aggressive and not kind. What baffled me the most was his ability to lie. Thankfully I was on the phone with the police the entire time. If it were me I would not have paid but because my brother instructed me to do so since I was alone I did. If you choose to work with this business before he enters your home make sure you confirm the cost and do not let him come until you have received an invoice. Not a great start to my day. Not a genuine business. Scam and poor cleaning.

Michael has repeatedly stated they are not responsible for the water damage caused to my bedroom chest (made from particle board). Which clearly shows water damage. Michael said the chest had to have been dropped to cause the damage.
  I had seen the Zerorez Austin Carpet Cleaning advertisement on the local news station and noticed that their product removed stains, which was not true. This is one of those times when I did not go with my gut feeling. Lessons learned to use a company that will take responsibility in an unforeseen incident.

I like to have carpets professionally cleaned at least every 6 months usually, but was dragging my feet to find a local service provider. I had three generously sized rooms of carpet cleaned and treated. The staff were in my house for about 10-15 minutes TOTAL. When you do the math, the per hour rate for the service was $1k+!!! The carpets were left drenched. I fully expect dampness after carpet cleaning, but this was a level of wetness that I haven't experienced in my 25 years of regularly hiring carpet cleaners. On exiting, I was told "oh and don't let your pets walk on the carpets for several hours or there will be spots from the chemical reactions to the oils in their paws." Not only was that a "wish you had mentioned this major inconvenience ahead of time, but also had me wondering what chemicals were being used, how could they hurt the pets and/or kids, and how I was going to manage to keep pets out of major open floor plan areas of the house.

The staff did their best to upsell on upholstery, hard floors and coatings which I also expect. I appreciated that they didn't push too much.

The last thing I think they can do a lot better with is communication on scheduling and updates to the 4 hour arrival window. It was over 40 minutes from the "en route" text to arrival.

  Weeks without update, slowly answered texts, work done that was not expected.

  Currently my sink has been broken for well over a month and I was notified that a plumber would be here in an hour and I needed to send pics of my faucet so they could buy one. I had no idea they were coming today. So 1 hour notice.

  Another instance is I gave them clear instructions on how to match paint and they were ignored. I even told them I had perfectly matched paint they could use. The paint they used does not match very well.

  Ruining the floors: the tech dripped solution as he walked to carpeted area. We cleaned up the drops we found. The once we missed burnt into a hardwood floor; 4 dots total.

  I let Kiwi know right away with pictures. They kept promising to get back to me for no avail.

  Couple more items:
  1) For good reviews you get paid (so do not believe paid reviews)
  2) Cleaners do not move the items on the floor; something that was promised to me when scheduled. Not a big deal, but why lie…

After the tech left I was curious of how “deep” the clean up was, so I took my vacuum and went over one of the carpets. My vacuum filled up to completely full with dust and dirt within 5 minutes. • Slavica Malobabic rated it 3/5: I hired this company to do carpet clean, tile clean, and vent clean for over 3,000 dollars based on all 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When the vents were cleaned, they were left closed and it took us some time to figure out why the house went so hot. Then we had to go open all of them. One needed to be rotated 180 degrees, as it was put back in the wrong direction. Carpet cleaning went ok, but they (2 techs) did not move anything we did not move or specifically asked to be moved. The website leads you to believe that they will do all furniture moving for you. Basically, you need to be there and move it yourself or request. For example, when my bedroom was cleaned they did not move the night stands which are not heavy. I did not have any expectation of them moving anything heavy, but they wouldn't move anything at all unless specifically requested. The bedroom was done very fast with minimum moves and not really paying attention to details. It was like they are in a rush. That was my impression throughout the experience. Tile was the worst, because when the tech finished, I told him I was not satisfied, since I could still see plenty of spots left. He (one tech came for tile) came on the second day told me they are shadows and looked generally annoyed and wanted to leave. I was charged for everything on the first day. My only regret is signing that the job was done, because I did not want to deal with him anymore. He did tell me to call, if I was not satisfied. So I left the note similar to the above first to their messaging system and I received the call offering to open the vents. They called me back again after posting the review on google. They came back and did more work on the tiles and it was improved.Based on this I changed the rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Owner arrived and immediately stated some stains could not come out but he would come back the next day if needed to work on them more. I get it – that she probably over promised – but she works for him so seems that there is there shtick to over commit on the front end and then show up and backpedal. When he came back the second day to work on a few spots, he added additional charges including one for a hallway that he didn't work on at all the second day. He also insisted I pay him before leaving the house. He was threatening and rude. He also argued with me about what his secretary said – according to him she said that she had never seen a spot that he couldn't get out but since she doesn't see his work, she was being truthful. That seems pretty misleading. When I told him to go outside and I would pay him digitally, he protested. He finally went outside and stayed for some minutes after I paid him. This guy may do decent work but definitely would not recommend him based on his demeanor, rudeness and threatening behavior.

They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job and left them looking like new. They also cleaned up very well after themselves (which is rare with any technician). However, once both pieces dried, they became stiff and changed in texture. I was very upset at first assuming they had been ruined. I gave Tom a call back and he answered right away. He offered a solution as well as a date to reschedule based on my availability. Wilfredo and Zack came back to brush them out to return them to their initial texture.   I am amazing how a company like this can still even be in business.

  From the first minute, all they did was try and upsell EVERYTHING. And it is interesting that they are a carpet cleaning service, yet the technician did not even wipe or take his shoes off when entering our home. Wouldn't you think that as a company that cleans floors, you would be more mindful of that?

  Ultimately, they overcharged me for service and left my carpets in worse condition than they were initially. And throughout my communication with the company, they are unwilling to fix the problem or provide any sort of resolution.

  I had purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning for up to eight rooms and 1750 sq ft in advance of scheduling. Upon arriving I did a walk-through with the service person (Roy) and showed him some areas of higher concern and concentration. We do have pets and there is also heavy traffic in some areas, which I noted. Roy informed us that he would need to do additional deep cleaning(of course at an additional fee) and also removal of pet stains. This was an additional$180.00. He did ask if we had done anything ourselves or previously and I told him that we do regularly vacuum and that about a year ago, we had a different professional company come out and do a cleaning.

  Even though the Groupon said it covered 1750 sqft and eight rooms, somehow he still calculated additional charges and stairs, leaving us with a $395 bill. I wouldn't be complaining if our carpets actually looked good and cleaned, but they look the opposite of that and in fact, in most areas, look worse than before the cleaning he performed.

  After letting the carpets dry overnight both my wife and I started to notice brown spots all over our carpets. I text Roy and he said to let it dry longer and it is called browning and should be better in a couple of days, and if it wasn't better to contact him. A couple of days passed and it was no better, in fact worse. I again text Roy and this time he said that it would need "neutralizing" and that it would cost an additional $60 for the trip out.

  Why on earth should we have to pay more for a job that was left unfinished and incomplete to begin with? It is a total scam!

  Instead of fixing the problem, the "owner" Amir claims that they are refusing to do business with us because they feel as though we are threatening them and disrespectful. No Amir, we are telling you that we are going to leave an honest review of your company, and giving you the opportunity to provide real service and correct it! We are asking you for a resolution. That isn't a threat.

  We will not pay more for a job that was left unfinished and incomplete. We have asked to speak with the owner who is unwilling to help or correct this situation.

  If you really want your floors and carpets cleaned, use someone else or do it yourself, because if you use Doctor Carpet, you'll be having to do it anyway after, the only difference is you'll be out a few hundred dollars to this scam of a company.

We would have been happy to forgo the coupon and pay full price. And my husband was missing a room when you spoke, so it would have been 6 rooms at a larger square footage than originally quoted. You would have made out well with us as a customer. Not a good look for your business.

  I scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning with this company. They quoted a price based on the number of rooms, and the number of seats of my sectional sofa. I was never asked for the sofa dimensions. They took a deposit and told me the exact balance due and that I was to pay that on the day of service to the technician. Technician arrived and says that my sofa would cost a lot more to clean ($450 vs $375 quoted) since it was very big. I told him no one asked for dimensions, only number of “seats”. There also had been no indication from the person booking the service that this was an estimate and that the price could go up based on visual inspection and size. The technician became extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. I asked him to leave my home I called the company right away asking to speak with a manager, was told they were all in meetings, called back several hours later still couldn’t reach the manager. I called a week later and I still couldn’t speak to a manager! If this is how they treat their customers it’s a wonder they are still in business!

I called my insurance agency, and told them I wanted someone they worked with. They sent me to Restoration. I called them and with in a day or two they were on my roof looking at the problem and agreed, this roof was bad, really bad.
I waited a week and called the company who said they had given it to the Project Manager, Conner V. He told me that the insurance agency had not approved it yet, but he would get with me when they did. I turned around called the insurance agency who approved it. I got a call from Conner the next day. He asked to come out that next Tuesday, then I had a medical issue that delayed this. He worked with me, and he came out the next week. He brought out the contractor so that I would recognize him, and two weeks later they were on my roof. Because I had no leaks, which was because I had two sets of shingles on my roof.
The contractor's men came out, and were super nice, super respectful to my wife and a four hour job took 12, because of all the work they had to do. My roof had had no work done to it in the 20 + years I have had this house. These guys were extra careful to not leave any nails, ran a magnet several times over my lawn, and stayed way past what I expected, cleaned everything, trash, shingles, even the other little waste that comes off the shingles, it looked great. My house actually looks happier, weird I know.
Conner V came back two days later for me to sign the final document after I paid the 2nd half of the total for the work.
Restoration was great, timely, nonintrusive, helpful and caring. Thank you for all your work and professionalism. Each of you deserve your own award for how easy this was, and I am extremely happy with the 3 year warranty on the work and 20 year warranty on the shingles themselves. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, I decided to go ahead and book instead of calling to get additional quotes. Roger came out clean cut in a clean vehicle with clean equipment and wow , I could not believe how the carpet looked. I was amazed that he was able to get it clean with no wrinkles. It looked like new. There was also a large desk I meant to have moved before he arrived and when I returned I noticed he had moved the desk ( a two man job) I am not sure how he managed it but that was so not expected and I had told him just to do what he could to clean around it. The other thing that is a big deal to me is they did not waste my time.   I have two dogs and one cat. I have had the two dogs since they were puppies and as expected they have had multiple accidents within the last 4 years. My home is about 2100 sq and it is mostly tile with the exception of the bedrooms. Bill was at my house for about 4 hours cleaning the floors. There were a few areas that needed touch ups and he was responsive and quick to come back and clean the areas. He was very nice and receptive to the feedback.

  Bill is nice, respectful, and honest. He does not over quote you, pressure you to perform services you financially cannot afford at the time or need, and he strives to achieve excellent customer service.
