He advised what follow up steps I needed to make sure there is no mold after a leak. He contacted the restoration department for me and set up a same day appointment. Ted came and replaced my old water heater since 1996 year. Ted is very professional. Work done excellent. He explained me everything and differences between 50 and 80 gallons. The huge plus he has everything in his car and I didn’t need schedule another appointment for setting all up. Another plus I have 1 year guarantee on work and 6 years on tank. If something happened with tank during 6 years Michael & Son will take care and will contacted with manufacturer by themselves. Ted saved my comfort in life and now I can celebrate new year with hot water. Thank you very much for highly professional service!

Below is the work that was done and what I paid.

Work on water heater:

1. Changed pressure valve- $317.27

2. Changed the tray/drip pan- $494.95

3. Fix a leak on a different copper pipe(not on water heater) – $80.00

Total Approximate work hours: 4 hrs

Approximate per hour charge- $215.32
Leah Brewer rated it 1/5: Fixed a leak, pipe leading from house to sidewalk. Leak was at side walk. Did not affect inside house. Removed bathroom sink, added a new valve when old valve worked fine. Left us to put dry wall back. Put cut out in drywall to get to new valve. We had to put sink back.
Filled sidewalk with dirt & rocks. 1st rain it collapsed. Called to have them come out. Response "be out this week". No show. Called again "be out today". No show. Called 3 times. "Be out this week to refill with gravel". No show. Side walk had sat like this for 4 weeks. It is a hazard for people walking or car pulling into driveway over it. I called concrete company to come fix. 5 weeks later I still do not know if Michael & Sons plans to come out or if they ever did.
The employees here who did the work were very professional, nice & hard working. But do not know why they had to do work in bathroom. Leave us to fix everything. Then never show to fix problem that was their fault. Thankfully Baltimore County let us use their caution cones.

Unfortunately she has more work than techs available, so she recommended Landers, which speaks highly of their skills and service if a competitor is recommending them.
They were able to get me an appointment quickly. I mentioned exactly what the issue was and they were able to get the parts ordered so they would be on the truck in time for the appointment. Bill called when he was 15 minutes out. Was able to get the dishwasher out, replaced the parts, and back in place in under 25 minutes. Super helpful. Gave great tips on extending the life of the machine.

We explained our issue and he said he could be over to check it out in the next 10 minutes while other companies we called wouldn't be able to make it out for several days. 10 minutes later Eric arrived, diagnosed our issue quickly and provided several options for parts and next steps. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. He never pressured us to use him for the repair and was friendly, polite and professional the whole time. We asked for his business card and will be calling for all of our future appliance repair needs!

Stacey Rebbert rated it 3/5: My complaint isn't with the technicians–my complaint is that I couldn't confirm arrival time (6 hours AFTER the assigned window) and no one could confirm if the tech had the repair part –since this was a reschedule from two weeks ago when the tech did NOT have the part and therefore could not perform the work, I didn't want to waste MORE of my time. TOTAL lack of communications. And then for the CSR to try and upsell me on home improvements while the tech wasn't able to show up with the part was infuriating.

Everything is 800 to God only knows where. No way to contact local Sear repair office. Star rating would have been higher if not for inability to contact local office or repairman.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had; it is extremely nice to do business with people and a company who handle themselves with integrity. Mine was a service call, and the tech assigned to my job (Ryan) took the time to listen to my concerns before he diagnosed the issue, and then he "went to work." Ryan got to the bottom line quickly, had the part on his van, and as he worked to remedy the issue, he gave an explanation in layman's terms re: what needed to be done.
Everything was handled as it should have been, and the pricing was more than reasonable! I would recommend this company to anyone. I believe I may have been the last call of the day, and to get a job done in the way that it was, by a technician who came to the door with a smile even after a long day's work was quite refreshing. My experience with Bruno's has become the new benchmark to measure all of my future customer service experiences by. A1, Top Notch, period!

We(my daughter and I) purchased a dryer after plugging it up on Friday, we tested it out with 5 garments to dry. The dryer was making some loud noise and it took 2 cycles to dry 5 garments. We called the store back and request for a replacement. They were supposed to deliver the replacement on Monday. Monday at 3:00pm, I technician called and said he was 5 minutes away from my residence. As of today, which is Tuesday we still do not have a REPLACEMENT so I stopped into the store. According to them, they came and REPAIRED the dryer yesterday. I have cameras on the outside of my house…front and back they did not come to my house to repair anything
and that was not the agreement. They were supposed to REPLACE IT. Very disappointed with this company and they lost a good customer.

This is a great way to give your customers peace of mind. I really appreciated that touch. My dishwasher was fixed the next day (had to order a part and wait for it to come in). Scheduled an appointment to fix something else instead. No one showed. After a voice mail I get a call and I'm told that no, my appointment wasn't for that time, it was for later in the afternoon, I must be the one mistaken. Just ugh. Also, fee to come out was $129 but I had $10 dollar coupon from their website. Tech wrote $119 on the receipt, but I was charged $129 anyway. I don't even care enough to dispute the ten dollars. Wound up going with a difference appliance company and he figured out it was something else entirely and fixed it in about 20 minutes.

They had serviced our appliance with the prior owner in the home and were quick to diagnose the problem, get the part we needed on order and got us on the books for the follow up to fix the problem. We would definitely use Aladdin Appliance in the future and are grateful for their expertise!
Anna F rated it 2/5: Rude, not particularly professional. Misdiagnosed an issue with my LG washer. Originally said it was the motor and that they'd need to order the part. I was the one who had to call back and find out what was the situation because no one reached out to me. Apparently they no longer could service that motor due to LG warrantee contract issue. Scheduled an appointment to fix something else instead. No one showed. After a voice mail I get a call and I'm told that no, my appointment wasn't for that time, it was for later in the afternoon, I must be the one mistaken. Just ugh. Also, fee to come out was $129 but I had $10 dollar coupon from their website. Tech wrote $119 on the receipt, but I was charged $129 anyway. I don't even care enough to dispute the ten dollars. Wound up going with a difference appliance company and he figured out it was something else entirely and fixed it in about 20 minutes.

When I called at the end of the appointment window to ask about an ETA this sassy little man answered and told me he hadn’t even looked at those (referring to the online appointments). He said he would call back when he had availability. That was three days ago and I have not heard from him. I called Serv-Rite two days ago and he was able to make an appointment and come out the next day. Save yourself the time and aggravation and make an appointment elsewhere.
Lydia Funk rated it 1/5: DO NOT USE ALADDIN APPLIANCE. I work for a company in Towson MD, and we called in our ice-maker and freezer to Aladdin. In the initial phases of booking a tech to diagnose the problem, they were pretty easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They had a technician come out and diagnose the problems – and charged a hefty diagnosis fee – but I figured that it was worth it for them to order the parts for us and come back to fix it. After he diagnosed the problems… it was crickets. I have called about 10 times in the past 3 months, and I either do not get an answer, or I have gotten someone say "they will call me back later" and they never have. They have literally charged us a diagnosis fee for absolutely nothing.

We even had Stan look at the microwave when he was done since we noticed it wasn’t heating as fast anymore. He immediately knew the issue and replaced the heating components later that week. Since then, it’s been working like new. Great company 10/10

He came out within a few hours on a weekend when our washing machine broke, literally days before my due date with baby #2… not an ideal time to not have a functioning washing machine! None of the other companies we contacted would come on the weekend so we were thrilled. Stan was extremely professional and explained the issue clearly, and was able to fix it quickly. We'll definitely be using Appliance Repair Baltimore in the future!

Two guys were at our house 22 minutes later and fixed our heat in a little over an hour. It was a setting system on our thermostat and they found the info they needed through google and fixed it, along with some bad wiring that had been done at the installation of our heat pump. They were super nice and professional and life complete savers!

Clear communication once the technicians were here on what they found and what the options were. Ended up replacing my condenser unit after identifying a refrigerant leak. Helped identify the best replacement option for the unit I had and even gave me a discount after installation because everything went smoothly. Was a bit unclear when the repair teams would show up on a given day, but was reasonable given the number of appointments they were answering.
