Cheyenne Schaller rated it 2/5: Brad arrived early which was awesome! I had already opened my front-load washer to try to find the issue myself but was unsuccessful. Brad checked the pump, and it seemed fine, so he didn’t put all the screws in when putting it back together to test something else on the washer. When he found the issue, he went to go unscrew what he had done and stripped a screw and was unable to get the screw out to take apart the washer again, so he could put in all the screws properly now. He was very upfront and honest about it and explained he’d have to use a crowbar to get back in and offered to take the screws, and I asked him to leave the screws. Therefore, I gave him my card, and he left with not all of the screws being put back into the washer. As I’m not too knowledgeable in the field, after speaking with my husband once he saw the charges, he explains that we won’t be able to get into our washer if needed now to fix anything else unless we break it due to the stripped screw. Now realizing this, we’re very upset with the situation considering we were charged an extra $40 for him to put the machine back together when it wasn’t put together properly and is now an inconvenience to us if we do have to access inside the washer again. If I would have known this, I would have put it back together correctly myself.
Edited- My husband just asked if he spoke cost with me prior performing, and he did not. In which my husband then said it’s agains their policies as they’re supposed to quote us prior completing work.
Justin Eakes rated it 1/5: Terrible experience. They came to look at my washer twice and insisted that nothing was wrong with it. Kept saying that we were just overfilling it. We followed their recommendations and put light loads in it. Then the washer completely got off balance and broke. When I called and spoke to them on the phone, they just argued with me insisting that they've done everything there are supposed to and it's our fault is broken. They wouldn't send out a different tech to look over the washer so I ended up having to buy a new one. Wasted a couple hundred dollars on having them come out. Absolutely would not use it again or recommend them to anyone. I would rather take the chance of fixing it myself and wasting the money that way. They were completely rude and how they treated their customers.

He insisted it would be better to repair than buy a new one. After a few days he returned to install them part. Total it was a little over $400. The fridge just got hotter. He then said it would be ANOTHER $749 to repair the fridge. It seems that this company just wants to charge for more labor and more parts than you actually need and they do not stand by their work.
I don't know about you but I can't think of a single person who would find it logical to pay over $1,100 to repair a 5 year old fridge.

You could hire this company, or you could just throw your money in the garbage can. Either way you will still have a broken appliance.

Do not recommend.

I posted a negative review and asked if there was anything the company could do since they were unable to fix the fridge. I received a long rambling text message from the OWNER who seems not only incompetent, but was also insulting.

Edward Mitterko rated it 1/5: This company has the worst customer service and does not care about your time or money. They did do a good job at showing up on time for appointments. I called because they had some good reviews online i should've listened to the bad one's because that's the kind of service I got. First of all I had a refrigerator stop cooling after we moved into a new house. I told them it worked fine before we moved so it probably had a leak somewhere. Being pretty knowledgeable of HVAC systems since I'm a Ford Master Technician i did some preliminary testing. after looking at everything i didn't see any electrical issues so i figured it had to be a leak or my compressor failed. I called them letting them know i needed it diagnosed and it most likely had a leak. A tech came out and said it was a little low on freon and he only had to add 5 ounces. which i researched and my refrigerator only holds about 5 or 6 ounces so it wasn't a little low, it was completely empty and cost $281. I came home from work about 3 hours after his repair and the refrigerator was blowing warm already about 70 degrees. I called them the next morning and told them they didn't fixed the refrigerator and its cooling at 70 degrees. They proceeded to explain to me that seems to warm but the refrigerator was unplugged when they arrived so give a day or two and see what it does. I didn't think that would change anything except waste power and freon. I agreed let it run over the weekend and give them a call back Monday morning. over the weekend nothing changed so I decided to take the back panel off again and water test it for leaks. As you can see from the images below I found the leak myself. I called back Monday and talked with the manger. I told him my findings and he said he would send out a tech with his torches and all the correct equipment to fix the leak. The next day I left work early to meet the tech to repair my fridge. He came out, I showed him where the leak was and he checked it out. He said Yep it is definitely leaking there. Then he kind of looked at it and was silent for a little bit. i was thinking in my head … OK are you going to get your equipment from your truck and fix it? he finally said i don't have my torches to fix the line so we are going to have to schedule an appointment later this week. I then said what do you mean? Your boss specifically had you scheduled to come out because you would have the equipment to fix it. Then i just got a bunch of excuses. I finally just told him i would contact them
later that evening to schedule a time for the next day. i text him back and said 1 pm you can come back out. he responded OK. then I got a text saying there will be an additional $50 charge to fix the line. i told him to have his manger call me. he then said OK but he will say the same thing. I never had a manager call me so i called left a message twice and then finally got a manager. I told him i fine with the $281 i already paid but i will not pay the $50 for a leak I found. I told him it would've been nice to get a phone call to tell me that the tech would not have the equipment to fix my leak so I wouldn't have to take off work again or waste my time and my family's time to meet them at our house. He said sorry but i would have to pay the $50 and I cant expect him to put $4,000 acetylene torches in all his trucks. I was getting no where so I told him to repair it and make sure it's fixed this time and i paid the $50. Do not use C & E they will take your money, lie to you repeatedly, and you'll have to tell them how to find and fix your problem.

Roger Gilliam rated it 1/5: Do not use these guys!! They gave me a estimate and I had to pay for parts in advance. They never got the parts and I have waited for months to get my money back. I keep getting the run around. Looks like I will have to take them to small claims court to get it!!!……update. After being promised I would get my money back i still have nothing. Think the guy disconnected his number. What a poor excuse for small business.

Emmanuel Guerrero rated it 1/5: Well what can i say your company has canceled again today.. stating the van broke down. This would be the 5th visit if he would have shown up to "fix my issue". After reading the reviews it appears they do the same to others.
They have yet to multimeter or do any real diagnostics on the actual appliance itself. Besides looking at error codes in my dryer and ordering a part which mind you they have shown up 3 times with the wrong part. I understand the panel and control unit have to be replaced together. But help me understand what this panel has to do at ALL with the fact it isnt heating up to dry clothes. If this isnt a warranty company that was selected for you.! ill post the pictures of how they left my dryer. Missing screws and rounded holes still not working. Didnt even bother to pick them up when he dropped them thanks.
EDIT: 8/13/22 5th durin the visit told me the parts he was gonna install were not gonna fix my dryer. And that he spoke with the owner that the entire harness was to be replaced for the possible short. He didnt diagnose again, i asked him twice will you be ordering it b4 you leave. He said he would i called a day or 2 later because i didnt recieve a call to schedule. It was wrote it up fixed and working smh. Left my dryer broken and loose again.
Aug, 17th owner upset about the right fully earned review and closed my repair order so now i have to go through whirlpool again. they left my machine worse off then it started.
Zachary Summerville rated it 1/5: This is company is a great example of how not to run a service and repair company. There is no communication between them and the warranty company. You as the consumer will end up doing all of the work tracking down your parts for your particular appliance.
You will be responsible for the mess they make in your house, and the trash they will leave behind. Also, their technicians are quick to throw parts at a machine before doing an in depth diagnosis.
There a few other repair services in town that will do a much better job.

I bought a new dishwasher and needed installation as the company I bought from offered delivery only. I submitted the project through yelp and received an immediate reply with a fair quote range and availability. I booked an appointment and the next day received a follow up call confirming the exact amount (within the quoted range). On the day of appointment I received a call/text confirming on the way.

Uninstall of the old dishwasher and install of the new dishwasher (including running a test cycle) went smooth. I was worried about my soft wood floors as they are easily scratched and I haven’t had to replace big appliances since moving in but there are no scratches or evidence work was done besides a better looking and functioning dishwasher. Will be using and recommending for all future appliance servicing needs.

The spin cycle had stopped spinning the water out and I was hopeful it could be repaired since it is obviously a model that was built to last. Max was able to diagnose, find and order parts and repair in 2 days, he even threw in some belts for good measure as part of the repair.

I would highly recommend this company for integrity and overall fantastic service. Should I need appliance repair again they will be my "go to" source.

Alex attempted to troubleshoot the old dishwasher, even replacing the control panel but when he was unsuccessful with getting it to work, he refunded all the money I had spent minus a small service charge. That is amazing customer service! When I was able to purchase a used dishwasher, Paul arrived in a timely manner and installed my dishwasher without difficulty! They were both friendly and efficient. Iryna rated it 1/5: Technician made diagnostic, that my dryer machine needs replace the control board and it would be cost almost 400$. I’ve paid only for diagnostic 50$ and replaced the control board myself, but after replacement turn out that problem wasn’t in it.
When I called them and ask sent me other technician, because I doubt in competence first one. I got the answer that he was the best, if he couldn’t do anything probably nobody can and I have to pay for second visit as well. So they will send their “technician” and I will pay each time for guessing what wrong.
I make decision call another company. Repayment takes 40 minute, technician was with every possible needed part. He had asked me before came the model of my dryer machine. Now my dryer machine works with my old control board. I wasted time, 50$ for wrong diagnostic and 30$ for returning new control board. Repairment has cost 165$ opposite 400$
Everybody can make mistake, it is normal, but customer shouldn’t pay for it. I would not recommend anybody use this service.

He also fixed our Whirlpool refrigerator/ice freezer's maker. It was completely inoperative since it had halted mid-cycle. Claimed they’d been trying to reach me for 2 months. I called to the office on Friday and rude guy picks up the phone and says he will call me back. Technician calls and says I can be there in 10 mins. I’m like I’m not home right now but we can reschedule. We agreed for him to come on Tuesday. Tuesday I call to confirm the same rude guy picks up the phone and says. “Though-luck I can’t get to you for another two weeks.”He lies and says that they have been trying to contact with me. Horrible service and I will never recommend any one use this company.

John Beck rated it 5/5: We hired Quick Quality Fix to do the appliance install for our kitchen remodel — a double oven, and a side by side built in fridge/freezer with trimkit.
Alex arrived on time, hauled the appliances from the garage into the kitchen, and performed the install. He was courteous, careful, and meticulous.

Because his helper was out that day, he wound up doing all the work himself, and it took several hours longer than he'd original quoted. But he stayed late into the evening until the job was done, and we really appreciated that. Alex didn't want to charge us for the extra time, but we wouldn't have it. He did a wonderful job, and we know his time is valuable. We've dealt with enough *bad* contractors over the years to value the good ones when we find them. We made sure to compensate him for the extra time, and we were happy to do it.

We'll definitely use Quick Quality Fix for our appliance needs in the future. You should to!

After three phone calls and a quick search on our community Facebook group I ended up on the phone with Alex from Quick Quality Fix Appliance Repair. I was happy to learn he does service our area, which is in Concord, NC.
I'm extremely pleased with Alex and his knowledge of how to resolve our problem, which turned out to be the cord. I appreciated his honesty and his patience in diagnosing our issue.

He was able to get our dryer back up and running in one visit!!

He was able to come help us the same day to install and haul away our old has dryer. Alex is professional, kind, respectful, cheerful, dedicated and you can tell he knows what he’s doing which is quite a relief. And the pricing was more than reasonable!
