Lynne Lenz rated it 5/5: Andy was very professional. He explained everything he was checking on our heating system and why. Andy recommended an air purifier for our Heating/air conditioning system. Since we have breathing issues I took his advice. I’m very excited to have less dust particles and cleaner air to breathe in our older home. Andy was very respectful, friendly and on time. He is a great asset to the Atlas Butler company. Thank you so much.

  • Mark Nixon rated it 5/5: We've been using Atlas Butler for annual services on our furnace for several years. This year we had a small repair to our duct work. Nate was very professional and friendly. Job turned out great!
  • Katelyn Stuckey rated it 5/5: Atlas Butler saved the day for me with my washing machine. I ordered a new one from Home Depot to deliver, install, and take away the old washer. However, they simply dropped off the new one and left. *Deep sigh*

I called Atlas in a panic on a Saturday a little before 1:00, and they had someone out at my house by 2:00. Their technician (Kyle A.) was AMAZING! Not only did he take apart the old washing machine and take it to the curb for me, but he also had to switch the placement of the dryer and washer in my laundry area. He was kind enough to run to Home Depot and get the parts for the longer dryer vent hose and install it since I am about the least handy person when it comes to this stuff. After all that, he installed my new washer and made sure it was all working before he left. I am truly impressed with their promptness, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Worth every penny!

  • Jennifer Kupay rated it 5/5: Our water heater went out on Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Atlas Butler made it so easy to set up an appointment and get someone out to our house as quickly as possible. Our usual plumber couldn't fit us in until Tuesday, but Atlas Butler was there within a couple hours. The technician was very knowledgeable, contacted me before he arrived and was able to clearly explain what the issue was. Within a few hours, our hot water tank was replaced and we were ready to go. I really appreciate the great service and quick response time.
  • Monica Darst rated it 5/5: I looked around for vent/duct cleaning service and found they had a great reputation. Our technician was timely, courteous and communicated effectively with us. We have large dogs that we had to maneuver around the house as he worked so that was important. They sent us before and after photos which made me relieved I spent the money to have it done properly. Great customer service from our tech Mike G.

Patrick Schumer rated it 5/5: Mike Brooks, our salesman, was very professional and took the time to explain all our options without pressure. We appreciated his years of experience in this field and would recommend anyone to give Mike a call if they have a need. The installation team consisting of Ba and Branson worked together as a well organized unit and communicated very well with us each step of the way until completion. We are very satisfied with their work and cleanliness.

  • Laura Kimball rated it 5/5: Tyler and Alan did an incredible job installing our new furnace and AC unit. Both took time to explain operational details we need to know, as well as information on the new thermostat and smoke detector. Both had customer experience in mind from the time they entered until the time they left. They also were mindful of our pets, which meant a lot.

Dan was a true professional in advising on which systems were recommended, with our specific needs in mind. Great to work with.

Thanks for a really good purchase and service experience.

  • Brian Lauvray rated it 5/5: I can't recommend this company enough! We called Columbus Worthington Air when our heater died. The technician showed on time, was friendly and professional. They couldn't repair our furnace due to it being over 40 years old and sent out someone to give an estimate within a couple of hours, even though it would be after business hours. The person doing the estimate showed up on time and worked openly with us on options and price and seemed to really be trying to find us the best solution rather than selling the top options. He was extremely professional and friendly and found an option that would work for us and replace both our furnace and central air, that hasn't worked for years, that was below our budget. He scheduled the installation for the next morning. The installation crew showed up exactly when they said they would, where top tier, installed the furnace and air conditioning unit, and cleaned up perfectly. The entire experience was fantastic, professional, friendly, and their focus was on helping us solve the problem with the best option for our needs rather than up selling and maximizing their profits, and their pricing was competitive to other options I researched in the area, and they could do it immediately instead of waiting for a week or more with no heat. They took us from a repair call to an unexpected full installation in less than 24 hours and handled everything they could to make it easy and low stress. This was the best experience I have had with a contracting/repair service. They where open and honest about everything, did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it, responded to every inquiry immediately, and seemed to take great pride in their service and work. After this experience they will be the only company I will use for HVAC needs as long as I live in their service area.
  • Daniel Fizer rated it 5/5: From the time I called the first Service Tech, Evan, to having a new Furnace installed, took 3 days. Our Sales Tech, Mike, was friendly and helpful. He took the time to discuss our options, and addresses any concerns. The service crew, came to work. They removed everything from the house and cleaned up when finished. Their lead tech is good. Explained how the system worked, the controls, the maintenance. All around a pleasure to work with. My new system works great! The air feels great, the humidity and dust control were two options Ive wanted for a while.
  • Tim Stanfield rated it 1/5: Have had good luck with this company in the past, however a tech was out for yearly heater maintenance last week. He told my wife that the furnace was showing error 42 (fault with the inducer motor essentially), and because our unit is old he recommended that we replace the furnace. I told them that I could replace that myself and he told my wife everything else was functioning. I assumed the furnace was still functional since I had just run it earlier that morning before he arrived.
I found that evening that the furnace was not functional. I found a used inducer blower unit online for about $260 and just replaced it today.
Upon a close inspection of the unit I removed, I found CLEAR evidence that a tool had been inserted through the cooling hole on the motor housing and dug into the circuit board. There are clear marks and damaged components on the circuit board and a clear mark on the plastic cover. There is no reason a tool would ever be inserted in that location. With my electrical engineering and technical background, I have some home automation tools already logging my furnace, and I show clearly that the furnace was functioning normally before the technician was in our house. In my opinion, this unit was intentionally damaged to justify recommending a replacement furnace. I see no other reason anyone would insert a tool and pry on the PCB.
I have no idea if technicians are given any sort of incentive to sell new furnaces, but I am very disappointed. Someone with less technical skill would have spent thousands of dollars on a new furnace. A new replacement blower unit with installation would easily cost over $1000. I'm out about $260 and a few hours of time, but I'm very disappointed.
I've attached pictures of the damage to the PCB and the marks in the housing from the tool insertion.

  • Mike Broseus rated it 5/5: We called KMA initially to have them look at our 9 year old heat pump system which is also our central air. We've had issues with it for a year plus now and wanted some options on whether we should repair or replace. The receptionist was very friendly and explained options and we went with just getting an estimate and options which was free. Mitch came out and gave us 3 options and was honest and up front. We even asked if he recommended a total system replacement given the age. He said he would not at this time given what he could see. My fiance and I talked it over and came up with a few questions. We called KMA back and they had Mitch call me and answer all my questions. We decided to go with one of the options he presented and they had Mitch back here the same morning we approved the estimate. He was a Godsend coming today in this weather. Through all of this Mitch was honest and friendly. The staff answering the phone was also very friendly, much more so than I've ever dealt with at any other service company. I recommend these guys for your HVAC needs for sure!
  • Brandy Rickard rated it 5/5: We had a major water damage event Tuesday which affected our electrical panel boxes. KMA was able to get someone out same day and Todd was AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional- everything you want your electrician to be. He answered several questions for us and explained everything in detail. We really appreciated his help and experience. He & his partner (Michael) showed up when promised the next day & worked until about 10pm to ensure they were able to get power back on to the house including our heat. I can’t explain how thankful I am and how GREAT the work was. We’ve had KMA do several jobs/home improvement projects for us over the past few years and are always happy with their work. Knowing they’re there in case of emergency & for very large jobs too gives me peace of mind knowing my family is safe and we have a reliable company we can trust. Highly recommend!! Thank you Todd! We are really thankful for all you have done for us this week! New Update: Company has updated name to TrueNorth but still provides stellar service! They reached out to perform a warranty check up (everything was still perfect & it gave me additional reassurance that my family and home is safe!) and also we’re able to install a new light fixture I’d purchased. Great job as always, reasonable pricing and high quality work! Awesome company!!

  • Zayn Copeland rated it 5/5: Audrey quickly determined that the electrical line to my outdoor lamppost was no longer working properly. She laid out all the options to fix it and explained each thoroughly. The solar lamppost she selected matched my existing pole which is great. She did excellent work and was very professional. Highly recommended.
  • Dustin Cashwell rated it 5/5: I called to get a diagnosis on an electrical issue I was having with the home I recently purchased. Right away I had a friendly and informative conversation with the woman who answered the phone and she made me an appointment quick and easy. The technician Jonathan came by and was quickly able to find my issue and give me multiple options to fix it. Jonathan was very polite and knowledgeable. He also recommended my panel be replaced as it was around 30-60 years old. This being a costly repair he took some time to put together a lot of options that were reasonably priced and he was not pushy with his pitch at all. I was not able to get the panel at this time having so many other projects going with the new home but I had a great experience with this business and will recommend them to everyone.

  • Tom Bressoud rated it 5/5: Dor Mar, and Wes, the service technician, were great. Our furnace was acting flakey, and they came out quickly to help. They diagnosed the problem on the first visit and were able to narrow the cause to two parts that they were then able to acquire under the original manufacturer's warrantee. They got the parts quickly and came out and efficiently implemented the repair. Furnace has been operating well since.

  • Jesse Jordan rated it 2/5: Ultimately, I chose a different company. I was slightly turned off by the pay in full before any work was done method. Also the explanation of why that was" people don't pay their bills" was a little off putting. Customer Representative was kind and efficient and honest in her approach. Just not the introduction I was expecting.

Eleanor Meekins rated it 4/5: I had tried to reach Rannebarger Home Maintenance through Next Door. We had computer problems at our home, and I hadn't been able to follow up. I saw them at our neighbors, and talked with them. They checked and agreed to do our downspouts and gutters. They were very fine people. I paid $175 for about 15-20 minutes work. I asked about the cost, and the worker said that is what most companies are charging right now. I paid the $175.

I dealt with Alex and Jason, and they were both great guys. Very friendly, communicative, quick, clean, and didn't seem to have any issue with me standing there trying to figure out how it all worked. Will call again.
  • Katherine Baker rated it 5/5: I needed a plumber and Dan was recommended to me. I called and left a message and they called me back the next morning. I needed a waterline moved behind my refrigerator which was not urgent, but I was having flooring installed that day and they informed me they could not remove the toilets due to the shut off valves not working. All of a sudden I needed a plumber urgently. Dan was able to come out that same day. After a quick trip to the store for supplies, he did the jobs very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend!
  • Lynn Holt rated it 5/5: My experience with Rannebarger HM was very positive and I will definitely use their services in future when the need arises.

Their team arrived as scheduled, friendly, hard workers and respectful. After their arrival, I recalled a couple of other services to be added. They said no problem and included it in the work they performed while here.

Services purchased: Power wash house, shed, deck, deck & porch railings, gutter cleaning, removed two bushes and a persistent mulberry bush.

  • Brian Cerney rated it 5/5: We began having sump pump issues the evening after Christmas. Rannebarger Home Maintenance followed up to our inquiry early the next morning, and was out at our home by early afternoon. Daniel quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, taking the time to explain what had happened and showing me ways to troubleshoot in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, we'll definitely be calling Rannebarger for future issues.

Sujan Manandhar rated it 4/5: The technician was very courteous. He explained what was wrong with it and fixed it with ease, barely 5 mins. I wish he spent a few more mins looking/checking to make sure that the unit did not have any other issues and whether it could a tuneup etc. As homeowners we can avoid something like this and check things ourselves and save all a service call and time. As homeowners we want to be able to take care of our equipment and not have to call when not needed by just avoiding/doing simple stuff.
I think he was under contract and time restraints. Besides that he was great, courteous, and easy to deal with.

This is the third time this new Kenmore Elite refrig has had a problem in three years!
Each time the LG computer board had to be replaced; the first two times, the compressor, as well. Two times I experienced food poisoning. Each time, weeks of waiting as we tried to get along with make-shift alternatives for refrigeration. What needs to happen before the warranty will assure the replacement of the appliance?

  • Mary Van Fleet rated it 1/5: The service tech with Sears was excellent, seemed very knowledgeable & skilled. He called ahead, arrived on time, offered information as he worked. I would use this tech anytime for my service needs!!!! THE TECH DESERVES A "5-STAR" RATING!!!!

However, the Sears SCHEDULING PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE & DESERVES A "0-STAR" RATING!!!! The heavily accented out-sourced schedulers make it VERY difficult to understand what they're saying. And if I need something not on their "script", they can't help nor will they transfer me to someone who can, so I just go around in circles with them! When an appointment is finally scheduled, Sears e-mails show they are the providers but I get a call from an out-sourced provider who I've never heard of. Then they tell me different appliances than what Sears said.

When I finally do have Sears servicing something, they send many e-mails to assure me of the service date & even send a 2 hr window for arrival…..but no one shows!!!! No explanation, just another e-mail TELLING me when it'll be rescheduled!!!

Sears needs to improve their process or get out of the business. Sell or outsource the business to another company, transferring my warranty to them. Hopefully, they wouldn't do as poor a job as Sears!

  • Tee Stevenson rated it 1/5: 9/11/22 – Update: Freezer door seal is STILL NOT FIXED. Sent new door seal in very tiny box so I already know it’s crushed and we will have the exact same issue. What is the point here?!!

Is Facebook the only way for someone to get a response??! How about email or an old fashioned phone call??!
    ———————————————————————

Purchased freezer 11/21 and the delivery kept getting pushed back. I understand we were coming out of a pandemic and labor was scare so every time we received an automated phone call that the delivery was pushed we were patient. It finally arrived in March 2022. The delivery people would not take the freezer to our basement to swap out the old freezer even though their notes show old freezer haul away. They left the freezer at the top of the stairs and left our home. After multiple phone calls to have them return and finish we made the swap ourselves and requested they come and remove the old freezer which is what they did. A few weeks later all of our food was stuck to the shelves and frozen over with ice. We called for repair as we also purchased a five year warranty. The first technician that came out in June attempted to collect $160 from us. When we told him it was covered under warranty he said his call notes show he has to collect. We told him no thank you and called to reschedule letting them know that the freezer is covered under warranty. The next appointment was today 7/7. I just received a text message that our appointment has been rescheduled for 7/13 – no warning, no phone call. I called to ask why it was arbitrarily canceled and they said the technician called in sick. Does this mean that they don’t send another technician out since I was already set to have service? Do they cancel and reschedule all of the appointments for the technician so that their customers are stuck waiting longer? What happens next week if the technician is sick again?? This business model does not make any sense to me. I truly wish we had gone to Best Buy, Lowe’s, Home Depot or anywhere else as this entire ordeal has been a nightmare that started in November 2021. I can’t buy in bulk until this is fixed as a thick coating of ice forms around everything on the shelves. I have to take a sharp instrument to chip away the ice to remove what I need. So ridiculous.

  • Zane Miller rated it 1/5: I called to get assistance for my washer I purchased with them and spoke with a lady. She explained it would be $150 for them to just come out and diagnose the problem so I told her I wanted to look around because I wasn't positive it could be fixed and didn't want to pay that much for someone to tell me to throw away (which was the case and I did find cheaper). The lady became rude and said "whatever" and when I said did you really say whatever she just said yep. extremely rude and expensive I can not comment on the repair service because after those 2 things I decided to go forward with another company

Alex Murch rated it 3/5: Had a not so great customer service experience with the repair man. I called and spoke with the manager who was absolutely amazing and apologized for the poor service. He even gave me some good insight on brands to go with to replace our fridge. I will say that paying $150 for someone to come out and spend 5 minutes diagnosing an issue and simply telling you that you need a new fridge hurts a little bit. • PhyllisFinds rated it 5/5: My refrigerator quit cooling on a Friday. One repair shop knew they couldn't fix it. Appliance Man had knowledgeable, efficient scheduler who obtained all info needed to bring needed parts. Repair was scheduled quickly (3 days) considering the current labor shortage.
They called back to schedule for a day earlier. Yay!
Two repair people came on time with call on the way. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew the problem immediately and tried the less expensive option first. It worked! I have ice! I have cold food! I am thrilled to have my refrigerator back at a great cost! Highly recommend!
  • John Crist rated it 5/5: They were the second or third company we engaged to fix our Wolf Range. They were heads and shoulders better and more responsive than the others and were ultimately able to fix the underlying issue. They came out twice- the first time they fixed an issue (oven didn’t have power) but we noticed after they left that the oven did not maintain temperature. So they came out a second time- we were concerned that the bill would be significant and actually discussed whether to scrap the range altogether. Let me tell you we were shocked when they fixed the issue for us with no charge. The oven now works perfectly well for the first time in years.

They also only asked for payment after the work was done. I really appreciated this because other companies will ask for a large sum just to look at an appliance which always felt like a bait and switch. So I felt more respected as a customer that they diagnosed the problem, then discussed the cost and then proceeded from there.

We were really happy with them, and we will be calling them back if we ever have an issue. I would completely recommend them.

  • Glee Blosser rated it 4/5: The Applianceman is very easy to work with. The technicians are courteous and knowledgeable.
We have had them a couple different times, and each time we were very satisfied with their service. I called on a Friday, and they came the following Monday, which is impressive in today’s world.
Currently, the company charges a mileage charge in addition to their regular service charge; however, it was worth it to have them come so promptly.
  • Alex Murch rated it 3/5: Had a not so great customer service experience with the repair man. Diagnostic price seems pretty high compared to other companies.
  • Amie Freed rated it 1/5: Bad experience! My refrigerator was making a terrible noise and shutting on and off. There was a lot of frost in the freezer and an odd smell. ALL this was explained to the technician, but he did not diagnose anything because "it wasn't making the noise" when he was there. He only looked at my ice and water dispenser panel on the front of my refrigerator. He changed the water filter but installed it incorrectly, causing water going through the filter to spray all over the interior of my refrigerator. There was so much water it pooled on the shelves and bottom of my refrigerator. I had to remove everything from my refrigerator, including the bins, to empty water and dry everything. When I complained to the customer service manager, the only thing she offered was another service call. I don't want anyone else from this company looking at my refrigerator, and my refrigerator was not repaired, so my issue has not been resolved at all. Skip this company and find another if you want the job done professionally.

Capital City Appliance Service is a family-owned and operated appliance repair company that has been serving the Columbus, OH area for over 30 years. They offer a wide range of services, including refrigerator repair, dishwasher repair, dryer repair, and more. They are known for their quality workmanship, fair prices, and friendly service.

Mike K. rated it 1/5: Capital City Appliance has very poor idea of what customer service means. Apparently, being contracted by GE to provide customer warranty repairs, has led Capital City to believe that they can and should prioritize their own needs over the needs of their customers. After failing to fix our brand new dishwasher (under warranty) the first time, they refused to schedule a follow-up visit for another 2 weeks out, while in the meantime our dishwasher does not operate. When I requested an earlier date / time, the agent advised me that they don't come to my neighborhood any sooner (yet we are well within their service area). When I asked the agent for an exception or escalation, since Capital City failed to fix the dishwasher on the first visit, the agent advised me again that they don't come to my neighborhood any sooner. When I told the agent that if they refused to come out any sooner, I'd contact the other GE contracted appliance repair company, the agent could not have cared less, made no effort to find a different solution and sent me off to call another appliance repair shop. Zero effort from Capital City to make this right, to find a better solution, to talk to a manager, whatever was needed. Won't ever be calling Capital City Appliance again, that's for sure.

  • valerie fleshman rated it 5/5: My technician Keith was outstanding and very knowledgeable of my old stove. A friend recommended this service and I was hesitant as I read postings of their service and they left me in doubt. Well doubt no more! He got to the root of my ovens problem and fixed it and none of the negative reports that I read were at all true with Keith. I know with confidence that if any of my other appliances need work on Capital City Appliance will get my call.
  • Lorraine White rated it 2/5: The business has been good overall, however when the company warranty schedule the appointment and I called to confirm the date and time the actually available date was more than a week later so they could not even service my area in compliance with the date of availability in the system. So I had to cancel that appointment to contact another company that could come on the date indicated who also had an earlier time available within 24 hours. Because of a medical necessity I cannot wait over a week to wash or get a repair done to the washer. I felt like the day listed on there system should have been more accurate than week later.

I got the response that you cannot locate me in your data base I have used you before and when I called in today the were able to locate me and early today the appointment time and date initially I was scheduled for same day that I was the same day, 11/08/22. I received a call today and was told nothing available for my area until after 11/15/22.

  • Adam D rated it 1/5: In 2020 Lowes sent this company out to figure out why my ice maker stopped working and why my freezer wasn’t cooling properly.. The technician came to my house and said nothing was wrong and said “it’s just the way newer appliances are.” This guy had an answer for everything I could throw at him, which all lead down the same path of him not having to do any work.
2 years later I’m at my breaking point with this freezer and call lowes back.. they send out a different company (Protec) and this guy actually took the time to remove some panels and found that my refrigerant system is bad (see photo). I will never use Capital City for any repairs going forward.
Response to business: job # is 381381

  • Matt R. rated it 1/5: Take caution if Capital City Appliance is called out to repair your appliances. After calling KitchenAid/Whirlpool to report an issue with my freezer's ability to properly cool, a tech came out looked at the refrigerator, and declared nothing wrong. Fast forward a few months I called again to report the same issue because the manufacturer's warranty was about to expire. Again they came, ran tests, and declared there was nothing wrong. Now that the fridge is out of warranty, it completely stopped working and again Capital City came to diagnose. They suggested it was a bad control board and evaporator cover and sent an invoice for a cost of $1000. Because it was out of warranty, I opted to fix the issue myself to save some money. The fridge is now working, but still, the freezer is not cooling properly. I called Capital City again because I had heard there was an extended warranty on some of the cooling components. The same tech came back out and declared the compressor needed to be replaced but said it wouldn't be covered under warranty because I had fixed the control board problem myself.

Funny thing is, every time the tech came to visit, he informed me this model of appliance had a number of known issues. If there were known issues, why wouldn't they address them? In short. If your problem is obvious and glaring, they might fix it. Otherwise, you'll need to nag and be a thorn in their side to get anything actually fixed.

This is not a company I ever want to work with again.

Theresa Kaza rated it 5/5: I bought a stove at Sears (Eastland) 20 years ago. The first and only problem I had was the starter for the oven burned out.
Terrance Jones, Sears repair technician completed the repair within an hour. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and even cleaned up the area as if no one was in the kitchen

  • Bryan Hairston rated it 5/5: It was funny, my wife was excited to see that Sears Appliance repair was coming to fix our oven. It took me back, as I am “government 60” years old, to when I was growing up and Sears meant quality, trustworthy and you could get just about anything from a pair of boxers to tires ! I would definitely use them again! Nice to see that old school values and services still mean something! I may cry!
  • Michael Howell rated it 4/5: Sears needs to support this repair. I need your help to communicate with Choice. To repair the icemaker. I have an ERROR message on the contr panel. Never there before !? Help me!
  • John Yates rated it 1/5: Absolutely the worst experience. First appointment the repairman was extremely late. Then I was told by him if he would have been there earlier in the day that he could have gone out an gotten the part to repair the dryer that day, but because it was late in the day he would have to order the part to be delivered to my house then I could call and schedule an appointment to have a technician come out. In total it took almost 3 weeks for my dryer to be repaired. Less than one month later the exact same issue with my dryer. I had to wait a week for the technician. The day before I received an email confirmation for my appointment, as well as the morning of my appointment. less than an hour before my appointment I received an email that my appointment had to be rescheduled 13 DAYS LATER!!!!! As this is related to a previous issue that was not properly repaired and is under guarantee, one would think that it would be a priority job! So a total of at the very minimum another 13 days with out a dryer (22 days total) due to a faulty repair job the first time . So during a 10 week period my dryer has only worked for 5 and I will have spent 5 WEEKS waiting for reparis – NOT ACCEPTABLE! Additionally, the Local number on google sends you off-shore to a Customer Service Center you can never talk to anyone locally! 100% done with companies that send jobs off shore there is no customer service just the run around!
  • Jim Fowler rated it 1/5: I scheduled an appointment and was confirmed multiple times by their online system. After half the day was done, i received a call that they had no tech available to do the service and wanted to reschedule. I declined and I was able to get GE Appliances scheduled for less money. Don’t use Sears.

John Frabott rated it 5/5: Highly recommend this business. Went here to replace our washing machine, based on all the positive reviews. Very helpful, even suggested a couple of ideas for our non-working machine to try before we replaced it. Bought a machine, but it had an issue after a few days. Replaced quickly and efficiently under Roy's warranty. We will return and buy again if/when necessary!

  • Tevin Jones rated it 5/5: Stopped by Roys’s Appliances Today looking for an electric stove. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me find a stove that fit my needs. He gave me a great price which included a small delivery fee and was under my budget so I was pleased.

The stove was delivered less than 2 hours after I left the store and it came with a 60 day warranty. When I’m in need of other appliances, I’ll definitely stop by here first before going elsewhere. Thanks Roy!

  • Josh Bigler rated it 5/5: Roy and his team are top notch. I was astounded how quickly things went from the idea of getting a washer and dryer from them to it being delivered, installed and tested. Great prices, fast and friendly service and a generous parts and labor warranty. Highly recommend.
  • Fred Sutter rated it 5/5: I was having problems removing the top part of the agitator of my washing machine to replace a $4 part. Youtube and the schematic were not helpful for my model. Roy told me to send a picture and was able to tell me how to remove the part which allowed me to fix my washer. I will be contacting him for future appliance repairs that are not as simple as this one.
  • Amanda Fausnaugh rated it 5/5: Purchased my second washer and dryer set from Roy today and so far I'm very happy with it! I got the first set about two years ago. First set was still working just fine but I wanted something nicer and newer. I specifically went back to Roy because I know he offers and honors a 90 day warranty (I had an issue with the dryer from the first set and he quickly replaced it!) Amazing customer service and prices! He also delivers and sets up the washer and dryer for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this place for your appliance needs!
