FYI, had another company fix the dishwasher and the line was clogged. Drain pump was in perfect condition.

We got a message and photo of our technician, Brock, before he arrived. He was amazing!! So professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. He was able to repair our fridge quickly, but he also educated us on our model. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, including wiping down the shelves. Brock is who you want!! He's awesome!! We highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Mansfield!! We'll definitely be using them and recommending them for all of our appliance needs in the future!! If you have to endure a broken appliance, this is who you want to go through it with!!
Daniel Lodwick rated it 1/5: Wow. So frustrating. They claim to be Maytag repair people, but they are not certified by Maytag and so can't use any of the warranty for parts or anything. Maytag has 10 year warranty, so how would you ever need a repair from these people. None of this information came about despite telling them this washer is 1 year old. After they charged $139.64 for diagnostic fee, then they tell us that much of the repair would be covered by warrantee that they would NOT honor. Unbelievable. Out money for nothing. Called Maytag and they're covering the entire repair under warranty (quoted 750 by these people).
Mr appliance is not Maytag repair. Do not call them for this. Call Maytag or an actual certified repair person for these machines. Don't waste your money here.

We also needed the underneath framing fixed because some of it was also damaged. If you call him he will give you a written estimate within 1-2 days. He did it all a week later and it took him 2 days. He stayed to the estimate even though he did some extras. We had specific materials and trim we wanted so it was important to have a good listener. Call David. You won’t regret it. He has automatic text messages that confirm his appointments and he is always on time.

Both occasions; John was able to quickly diagnose the problems and was prepared before he arrived with the parts to fix them. If you want to support good people and have quality work done PROMPTLY; you cannot go wrong with Covenant appliance. I will not use anyone else from here out.

The first time I called them they helped me diagnose a problem on the circuit board of my refrigerator. They could have tried to upsell me an expensive replacement, but he pulled the board for me and offered options to refurbish and repair the board at a much lower cost than a total appliance replacement. The second time they helped me with replacing a built in microwave, he modified the existing bracket and got a new microwave at the lowest cost possible. John is a good dude and quite experienced at repairing and replacing components. They have been on time, professional, and I think very reasonably priced.

Sam C rated it 5/5: Mr John Morton came and personally took care of my issue with my Dryer and had me back up and running within an hour! I literally contacted then around 7am today and my Driver was up and running before 12pm Noon! Quality of Service doesn't get much better than that! I will definitely be a return customer and sending referrals!
simba muwalo rated it 1/5: Please stay away from this guy, he came to repair our dryer, and said it was unrepairable, and charged $75 for the trip. He also promised to apply the $75 to our next repair job, which was the ice maker in the fridge. I called him that day to set up the appointment, he never answered for days and never responded to text messages, i used a different phone and he answered, that's when i realized he is a crook. Please DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANY JOB HE WILL SCREW YOU UP!!
Mr John's response if full of lies, yes i am the same person, Simba is my middle name. He offered the discount himself, and he said it would take about 3 hours to repair the ice dispenser and i would have to call another time to reschedule, and he would apply the $75 diagnostic fee to the cost of repairs. After that he ghosted me, all he wanted was to collect the $75, and lie that he would come back. I called with another number and he answered and then just after hearing my voice he cut me off. PLEASE DO NOT USE A CHRISTIAN NAME FOR AN ORGANIZATION THAT AIMS TO SCEW PEOPLE UP. You have done that before when i reread your reviews.
april courtney rated it 1/5: Had them come out to fix our oven. They came and the tech said it needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be a day or 2, and then radio silence. It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them. The tech was super nice, so I Def didn't expect them to go mia.
Responding to their response. The property manager and I both tried calling and getting info when you all would be back out. The tech said 1-2 days and it's been almost 2 weeks now. The stove and garage door have nothing to do with this situation. The people that came to fix those gave no issues and did their job. It's very disappointing to see a business conduct business so poorly and not try to make things right, but instead gives excuses. Apparently, not coming back to finish the job is the M.O. of this company, as after my review I went and read the others and 3 other people have said the same thing. It's very sad to see a business be so unprofessional.
