Each time we call the company, we are transferred from one customer support person to another, all telling us different information. I was told today that the "part hasn't arrived", but was told yesterday and this morning that the part had arrived, but was with a different technician than the one they had scheduled for our services?

A technician did come by 2.5 hours before the estimated arrival time, didn't knock or call when they said they did (my partner was at home by the door, no missed calls), left and rescheduled us 2 more times, now to mid-December.

I genuinely don't think we will ever get a technician out here, and it feels like a scam. It's unfortunate that our home warranty has chosen to work with the company. Our home is freezing, they took our money and won't give us any real information. The amount of the 1-star reviews should tell you how little respect Sears has for its clients.

Cost $180 for the “diagnostic”, and another $100 for TWO TECHNICIANS to remove and reinsert the filter the correct way.

The technicians themselves were kind and helpful, but the overall system isn’t something I can afford to use again.

The first time I needed one of my make lines serviced I contacted Le. He told me he could be to my location in under an hour.
He showed up 20 minutes later. The unit needed a switch replaced and a charge.
He left to go get a switch and was back so quickly I couldn’t believe it. He installed the switch and charged the unit. Back up and running in less than two hours from initial contact. The kind of urgency you need when a couple hundred dollars of food are on the line.

Ever since, Le is my go to for freezer/reefer service.
He’s even checked out my old reach in freezer when it was acting up. Instead of stringing it along and making money out of service calls, he told me I’d be better off replacing the unit.

Also with a beer cooler that died. He came in, put a charge to it, heard the gas coming out and told me it would be cheaper to replace than repair.
Didn’t charge me for the gas, just the service call.

I like Le. Very responsive, quick, friendly, helpful and professional.

He’s my go to for refrigeration service.

Each visit was done professionally and they were transparent about what they were doing to work with Miele to resolve the issue. Most of the time spent waiting was due to supply chain issues and waiting on parts from Miele. Dustin was nice and while I was frustrated with the situation (a broken oven for multiple months), it wasn't his fault and he did his best to fix the issue. I also received a couple of calls from the office and again, they were great at keeping me updated with where we stand on the issue. I can't speak on cost here as this was an issue covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If I have appliance issues in the future, I would give them a call!

Tech was late for work so they didn't know. Tech called later and confirmed visit that afternoon. Then tech called again and said couldn't make it until at least 7pm. Rescheduled for next day. Tech did show up on time but started a cycle on the dishwasher and confirmed the code we had given them 3 weeks ago. Part is usually on all vans but out of stock now.
Called several days later on a Monday to ask if part was back in stock, person said would contact distributor and ask. No word for 3 days. Called back, told part was ordered Tuesday and would be in next week. Asked when tech would be out, person said next available would be 4 weeks. Said customer has to request next visit after part is ordered. Pointed out that part was supposedly always in vans but wasnt actually ordered until after our call on Monday.
MPC rated it 1/5: The service manage at Metropolitan appliance called them to schedule a warranty repair for me and forwarded all my info to them on Tuesday. He told me they would call that day to try some diagnostics. After no call, I called them the next day and scheduled an appointment. Today they call to tell me they dont come to Des Moines – even though they had scheduled an appointment the day before and had my address for two days. Their website still says they do come to Des Moines – 12 miles from their shop. 2 days wasted because they dont know where they work.
