He not only provided excellent advice but he also took the time to answer all of our questions in terms we could understand. He promoted And Services in a way where we could not say NO to purchasing a new air conditioner system, keeping in mind our current complete system is only 17 months old and had a large leak!! He completed our application in a timely manner and the new system will be installed in 2 days!!! How great is that service! Need I say any more! Martin is the BEST!!!

    11/29/21 – I am simply disgusted with the way And Services has treated my parents. They are senior citizens and honorably served this country as members of the Armed Forces. They were quoted $7K to repipe the plumbing in the house. The Salesperson, John, who came out to quote the job never left instructions on how to prepare for the service crew. Instead, we made sure every cabinet with plumbing was emptied. Apparently, the service crew was unaware that no instructions were left. This set the tone for the entire job. The rude conversation and behavior from the contractors in my parent’s home was appalling, and the contractors caused unnecessary damage to the property for the rest of the 3 days they were here. The crew ripped, pulled, and literally dumped; medicine cabinets, shower tile, bedroom closets, and other places where there were no pipes and no services completed. Huge holes were left in the walls all around the house (see pics- unbelievable).
    The salesperson also said that once the work was inspected by the county the drywall repairs/patches would be completed within 2 or 3 days from the inspection. It's been substantially longer than that…
    There was management intervention for a proposed (unacceptable) external plastic tubing from the main water supply to the attic (it appeared as fragile as a garden hose and homemade). The crew seemed to respond to management (who had JFK embroidered on his shirt- otherwise no name, no card). For this reason, my parents felt comfortable paying the remainder of the balance prior to the crew returning for the cleanup job. The problem is, they have not returned and have not been willing to make an appointment. This morning, they advised my parents 'maybe next Tuesday' when asked when cleanup services and drywall repair would be completed.
    This experience makes it difficult to trust even the reputable businesses with payment prior to the work and clean-up.

    There are random holes in the ceiling, damage from them stepping through the ceiling from the attic, uncapped pipes coming in from the ceiling, pipes that are capped but not flush against the wall. We still have holes in the walls and NO appointment confirmation for a drywall patch/repair. See for yourself. Review the pictures of the 'finished work' to get a sense of why this experience has my parents and their entire family frustrated and disappointed. I am astonished that any company would treat any customer’s property this way, much less Senior military veterans. I’m also disappointed in the lack of professionalism we’ve experienced on an organizational level when we tried to resolve the issues we had with the contractors. Every part of this experience lacked professionalism and kooth Most of all, we want to make sure others do not share this experience. Especially our community seniors. We will take to social media and share by word of mouth, the problems experienced as well as the resolution.

The re pipe went well with a few issues, like the guys that did the work, threw away some parts that I had just purchased and installed, without asking me, which cost me $80 and we had to be put up in a hotel, because they cut an a/c wire and we had no a/c. To this day, I still haven't been reimbursed for the parts. Once the re pipe was done, it took numerous calls and weeks went by before Paul Casano, got in touch with me to schedule a city inspection. The inspection failed and they had to come back out to fix the issues, which finally passed. Now after this, AND had agreed to have their drywall guy, Alex with MR. 24/7 to come out and repair all the cutouts that were made to do the re pipe, at their expense. This was wrote in the contract by John Ritchie. As of today, July 31, 2022, the drywall cutouts are still there. No repairs have been made by Alex. I have called more than a dozen times. Christina, the one in charge to schedule this finally called me to let me know that Alex would be in touch. After several days, Alex finally called me on a Friday and told me he would call me that following Sunday to schedule a date and time to come out. That was a week ago. I have called Alex at least 6 times, texted 3 times and emailed once. No response back as of today. It has been over a week since he has contacted me from the first call. Every time I call AND and speak to someone , they say they will send an email to the one in charge to give me a call and that's where the ball gets dropped. AND has been paid in full for their services, but all of my services have yet to be completed. I guess the only thing left to do is maybe hire an attorney or get a hold of "Better call Behnken" Think twice before giving AND a call for your repair needs. I wish I did.

  • Anthony Grim rated it 1/5: This 1 year 3 month old system has had to be serviced 4 times. Today we are paying 300-400 to have refrigerant put in. Last year we had to pay for a compressor (it wasn’t covered). We have 4 children and it has been down a total of 11 days.

    They install the system, plaster their name all
    over it with stickers to calm them for service. We have their extended warranty but NOTHING we had fixed is covered.

    On top of the 7k install we are 1100 more on for service calls and repairs.

    Sure the techs are polite but the company is a massive issue. I deeply regret working with them. There are better options.

    Don’t be stuck like we are.

    PS we have spoke to their “customer service” and it’s just lead intake reps. They don’t derive anything they just schedule calls.

    It’s my deepest hope that no one else has to deal with these “professionals”.

Brian was on time, very professional and was able to identify the problem accurately. I was so impressed by Brian’s friendly, helpful professionalism that I called back a few days later to sign up for their membership and requested Brian specifically to come back out to perform a preventative maintenance service on our unit. I already have our next appointment set up in January to service our AC unit and have requested Brian for that appointment as well. Brian is a tremendous asset to your company! Great experience! He didn’t have the part on his truck, but he went out to get what he needed and came back within an hour to replace the part. He went above and beyond my expectations. The first thing I was impressed with was how genuinely polite and professional your colleague was to us. That is when I knew we did not need anybody else. A band aide needed to be applied just to keep the furnace running until a new one was installed. A couple of weeks later I was talking with the owner and he guided me through my options. He never tried to up sell me, but I actually wanted additional things installed like new thermostats, a whole house humidifier, and a new filter system. He explained my options and gave me a very fair quote and I said let’s go for it. His son and two gentlemen installed my new furnace yesterday and I am really happy with the new furnace but more importantly I am happy with the level of professionalism they exhibited. Getting a furnace installed correctly is the key for it to function without me having to worry for years to com and they certainly did that for me. They are number one in my town and now I know why. Keep up the great work!

They were able to come out Tuesday afternoon, which was quicker than I expected, given the storm. The tech showed up during our time window, was polite and professional, and diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly! I think he was here for about 45 minutes, if that. He let me know before starting the repair what the cost would be. I was able to pay with a credit card and the tech emailed us a receipt and briefed me on the warranty from both Appliance Repair Specialists and LG. No complaints, would definitely use them again!

The refrigerator no longer works in less than a week. I called and was told they would only look at it if I brought the refrigerator back. I was told they can't send a tech, only if I bring it back. No business ever did this to me before. No warranty so I will move on. Your lost not mine I will take my business else where.

I have been waiting more than 19 days since I first called Sears to contract their washer repair services, and so far, nothing has happened except for numerous lies and total disinterest in repairing my Maytag washer. They billed me nearly $300 on the first day. After sending 3 different service technicians to see the washer and ordering the wrong parts, and after at least 8-10 calls to them, NOTHING! They finally said it would be too expensive to repair the washer (replace tub bearings) and would issue me a $500 credit to buy a new washer from Sears. That was 4 days ago and the credit was supposed to be issued within 24-48 hours. Now they tell me that it will probably take another 3 days for the credit to be issued. Each time I call them, it is usually a 30 minute hold, and twice I was disconnected after the 30 minute waits. I was also promised, twice, a $30 additional credit as compensation for my delays. The compensation was supposed to come by email within 24-48 hours, but never happened. When I questioned them on where it was, they said they never promised them. My first service call was cancelled by Sears, after I had just received an automated call from them confirming the appointment. If you are thinking about having Sears do an appliance repair, think again. I've waited 19 days, paid nearly $300, and have nothing to show for it other than aggravation.

Never use these guys for a service. There are plenty of other company's that will do much better for a better value with a longer warranty. It's my fault for going with them in the 1st place but glad they are going out of Business!

The technician fixed the problem and explained what I could do to help make the entire system last a bit longer. I was thinking about replacing the unit because it's 24 years old. However the technician said it still has some life in it.
    I requested a level two maintenance, which included cleaning the blower fan and the compressor coils. The inspection indicated the inside "A" coil was fine and did not need cleaning.
    The equipment they use is wirld class. The training and experience is second to none. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding.
    Yep, I will not use anyone else. Honest, quick, fair, and a great value.
