I spoke to someone on 8/31/2020 in which I called them. They advised someone would be here on 09/01/2020 at 12pm. Nothing. 12:30 rolls and they finally show up and not reaching out to communicate that they would run late. I had already called the insurance company to ask for another company as this company is either attempting to take as many jobs as they can and cannot keep up.
They attempted to justify my phone number was incorrect. I did verify it and they just went on to say the vm was full (my vm has been clear for weeks). Do not use them.

The team that comes in to the apartment buildings that I manage is always professional, kind, polite, and hard working. The building looks spotless each day, cleaning high, low, and everything in between. They ensure all of our needs are met and check in periodically throughout the day to make sure there is nothing extra they can do. They are by far the best janitorial team I have ever worked with. Cannot say enough about them, and I recommend Marcos and his team to anyone who needs reliable cleaners.
