Not only that, but their quality of work was lacking. They cut corners by not cleaning behind doors. They also charged a surcharge (which I found out about at booking) since I used a school fundraiser gift card to pay. After 2 calls to complain we were credited $200, which was a portion of the cost.

Their quote is incredibly fair, that I also signed up for a monthly service. I love the way they rotate rooms/specific areas to pay extra attend to different parts of my place in addition to the overall/general clean that they provide each visit. Additionally, they were on time and three cleaners showed up to get the job done within an hour. I am so happy that I went with the Cleaning Authority! The only recommendation that I have is to update their app to allow users to provide information/add notes for the cleaners/company prior to/for the upcoming cleaning(s).

However, I was expecting a little more because they have this rotating schedule for 4 different areas of your house to get extra attention. I never noticed that any of the areas got any extra attention. When it was the kitchen's turn, there was still a bunch of gunk in the visible areas of the sink drain ring. When it was the bathroom's turn, there was still hair and gunk in the grout corners, which was an area specifically mentioned in their list. The last cleaning before I canceled my service, they threw away $200 of my essential oils and put a bag of trash in the recycle bin. And to top it off, left the front gate and security door WIDE OPEN and didn't bother to lock the front door!!!!

The owner sold me hard on their “focus” areas each week and had to have them come back out and clean overlooked spots not only in the “focus areas but also in the other areas two different times. Obvious things like dresser tops and night stands were not cleaned. They told me blinds were included but after two cleanings we noticed they never did them and had to complain and have them come out and do them. They made beds and folded blankets sometimes but not others. They did window sills and doors as part of the their deep clean but did not do window or door frames on the top where all the dust collects. They left smear marks on the tile after they were finished. They missed baseboards that were part of their deep cleaning rooms. They had explicit instructions to only come through the garage and they would forget or a new crew would say it was not in the notes. But worst of all, they left through the front door one time and we were out of town for three days with our house unlocked and unsecured. This after multiple times telling them to never use the front door. We paid with check each time but they would still charge my account and would have to refund me. They were difficult to communicate with or get responses from. For what they sold us on and what they charged us it was a complete waste of money. They are a very large company and do not have care for strong customer service. Go elsewhere for your service. Do not sell me on all the wonderful things you do and then not do them.

Paul Pryor rated it 1/5: Well there were very disrespectful when they showed up to my house, i was surprised when i saw 2 trucks he explained he wanted to get in & out sounds great but i live in a common driveway home tried to explain to him hiw he needed to park there truck he starts screaming I'm the owner i dont need this headache blah blah then drove off, the guy has no idea what customer service is if he would have taken 2 minutes tobmet me explained it would have went fine so i would not recommend them at all.

My mom inherited that big old house, and she went on using Bell until she passed on 2012. My spouse and I moved back to Phoenix and as luck would have it, we found a condo in the Central Corridor and the first time I went into Bell Cleaners after an absence of probably 30 years or more, they typed my last name into their system and pulled up my daughters account and my mothers as well! Seems Bell has been a family tradition now since the 1960’s (approximately). No cleaner is perfect, and the great thing about Bell is that when something is not done right the first time, there’s never any hassle. They redo, fix, replace broken buttons, etc., without argument or hassle. Their service is fantastic and the pick-up/delivery in most of the valley has saved my tush many a time – Once, when packing for a trip to NYC, I found my favorite suit wasn't clean, and my tux and formal shirts needed cleaning and laundering. Bell took the needed items in on Thursday about noon, I dropped them on my way to the airport. By Friday at 3PM they were delivered to me via Fedex at my hotel in NYC. Who could ask for more? Yes, I paid for the rush service and the Fedex costs. Bell’s staff even followed up by phone, making sure the package had been delivered in time to allow me to be properly dressed for the opening of the Met at Lincoln Center, that year. While not cheap, you get what you pay for in terms of quality and the service is beyond reproach 99% of the time! Thanks Randy, and company at Bell!

I referred Churches for High quality Vestments that had lot of Wax and stained , and Bell Drapery Cleaners turned them to New. Also high quality custom drapes , you call them and they can come and clean them at your home without the hassle of taking them down and up. And all for a very reasonable price and high quality and very friendly service.

There is an obvious button still missing with threads still hanging out from where it should be. I still have spots on it that should of easily come out, (it was just dog drool) so I have serious doubts that they even cleaned it. So glad I didn't have them clean my other ones.

They were on time, accurate, and provided a great service. We had our floors cleaned and then sealed which involved them being on a seat for hours going through the whole house manually doing the labor by hand. While the cost was moderate to expensive, it was well worth the money for the service received. I highly recommend this husband and wife team.

Scott did an amazing job cleaning my very dirty grill hoping that it would fix my problem of only having one burner working at a time on a 4-burner grill. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. Santana and Scott worked very closely with the manufacturer of the grill to troubleshoot different issues and finally resolved the issue. The grill works great again. I also thought it showed high levels of integrity that Santana tried to help me register the grill with the manufacturer so I could get parts covered under warranty. I am so impressed with his quality of work with our grill which had 3 years worth of build up and also some rust from pool water on the outside (from our dogs shaking their coat). Our grill looks brand new again!!
In addition to making our grill look amazing, he shared how some elements of our grill worked and cleaned and made our glass fire rocks for our fire pit look new again.

Scott did an amazing job cleaning my very dirty grill hoping that it would fix my problem of only having one burner working at a time on a 4-burner grill. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. Santana and Scott worked very closely with the manufacturer of the grill to troubleshoot different issues and finally resolved the issue. The grill works great again. I also thought it showed high levels of integrity that Santana tried to help me register the grill with the manufacturer so I could get parts covered under warranty. Andrew Chung rated it 5/5: Had an old built in grill that needed to be replaced. Had Santana out to take it out and put a new one in. He was up front with costs (which were fair), communicative throughout the whole process, and was there on time on the date of install. He went above and beyond to ensure that the new grill fit perfectly in the existing space (brought his tile guy to modify the space) and even ordered me a different hose as the one that came with the manufacturer was too short. He came right back on another day to install this and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the completed job. He's very knowledgeable (educated me on grill and grill-site maintenance) and has high integrity. I even caught the guy carefully shining the installed grill once he was done. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. A++ service. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with his costumer service. Amazing to be exact!!! He was very responsive, worked around my needs and not only he did a great job but he was very professional and took pride of his job!

The cleaners were punctual, and made the homes sparkling clean for our move out walk through. Many times you hire cleaners and they give you a low quote only to end up paying way more money than anticipated or they don't do a good job. You don't have to worry about that with this company. Highly recommend!
