I would not recommend this company. I scheduled with them to get a gutter cleaning for a date a few weeks from my call. During the call I mentioned that another company was cheaper but had a longer wait and charged for downspout clearing, their rep laughed and remarked that was such a scam thing to charge for and that he was glad they would be a week earlier. They were not.

A few days past my scheduled date I called in to inquire and was told a week out, a second missed date and I called again and this time they actually seemed to care and pushed me up to two days later. This wasn't the biggest issue but I would have appreciated if they reached out to let me know of delays.

The biggest issue was while they were late, cost more, and disparaged the other company they didn't even clear my down spouts. I just found this today and the gutters are clean so this is old deposit enough to fill a plant pot if I shake it out. (Pics included)

Past experiences with other cleaning companies, I've experience integrity issues with their crew. I can't begin to describe how easy it has been to trust them, often several hundred dollars in cash on office desk, never disturbed. I'd be surprised if they didn't wipe down each of the 20 dollar bills.

Hall-Mark cleans my business weekly, and performed a intensive deep clean prior to opening. The deep clean was phenomenal! It felt like a brand new store. Weekly, the cleaning crew shows up on time and works diligently through the time there. I almost never need to point out areas that were missed and they often clean areas I'd never even thought about. Everything is so fresh for the upcoming week.

Most importantly, the owner seems to really care about me as a customer. Always incredibly responsive, I mean within a few minutes. Any issues are addressed immediately and the owner shows empathy and real concern.

I endorse Hall-Mark 100% and recommend to anyone looking for commercial or residential cleaning to skip trying to work with anyone else. Save yourself the headache and frustration with other cleaning services. Call Hall-Mark and I can promise you'll confirm everything I've said in this review. Every service, I have a list of at least 10 items of things they completely did not do that is highlighted as things to be done every service in our contract. When those items are pointed out, we either get a very insincere apology or they say they will come back to fix it and either come back later in the week than what we were told or do not come back at all. The contract is very hard to get out of and now we feel like we are stuck paying for very poor quality of work. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

If their service date is Wednesday at 4pm..THEY SHOW UP EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 4PM!!! As the office manager, I need punctuality and reliability from all of my vendors and Jan-Pro sets a high bar!! I was so confident in Jan-Pro I renewed my contract for the next year and added my Dayton location for them to service as well. To my delight, the management and sales staff were VERY accommodating when it came to discussing my desired budget. When communicating via email or phone, they are ALWAYS prompt and thorough! I highly recommend the great people at Jan-Pro for your janitorial needs!!

I have to say been with Jan Pro almost a year and half now, started off slow but is now a complete success. I am almost up to 5 different accounts. Fees are a little high, but if you work hard and keep good communication it will pay off.

Hari Pandya rated it 1/5: this place is a fraud. requested to cancel service due to poor performance and their employees showing up high. sent us to collections requesting $3000. STAY AWAY. we work with a number of vendors as we are a dental office and never once have we had a similar issue. Don't bother calling them, no one answers and when they do they'll hang up on you.
