We had used other cleaners in the past but wanted to really feel comfortable and confident with the deep clean needed for turning over our rental. I booked the deepest clean option available and received a quote for the work based on level of cleaning and square footage. The home was completely empty for cleaning so there was no carpet, furniture, or trash to tend to. Some areas were already generally clean after maintenance was performed and the wood floors were refinished they did not need to be cleaned. Based on the cleaning quotes, there is no way to remove items from the list, only add so we were hoping the overall cleaning time might be reduced in the end. The cleaning crew came when they were scheduled but were out within 2.5 hours but we were charged for the full 3 hours of coverage. After returning to review the work we were astonished at what we found. Entire areas of the home were left untouched. Pet hair and coffee stains were visible from afar. Most cabinets had splatters. All windows were dusty along with kitchen area. Bathroom sink and floor were not cleaned. Most of the checklist items were not complete. Touch up services were offered but there was not confidence cleaning would be provided to the level as expected. We ended up needing to go back and completed most of the cleaning ourselves. I don't believe all cleaners work to these standards but it was almost shameful to be provided the level of service we were given. Beware, you may not be given the appropriate team for the services and high prices.
I edited my review after I worked with the customer service team on options based on the results.

When Jessica arrived I pointed out several items that I wanted to make sure got some attention. There were a couple of spots on the floor that needed a little extra scrubbing, as well as dust on top of the bedroom shades and the lamp in the bedroom. With pets, the dust and hair tend to accumulate. I gave Jessica my phone number and asked her to text me when they were done cleaning. After 5 hours, I hadn't heard anything and decided to head home to extreme disappointment. None of the things I pointed out were taken care of. I can't even say that this was a good surface clean. The bedroom lamp and shades had not been dusted, the top of the door jambs were not touched and nothing had been moved to wipe down shelves. The top of framed wall art had not been dusted and the spots I mentioned on the wood floors were still dirty. It looked like they did a quick clean of two bathrooms, a light floor mop and left. No furniture had been moved to clean behind, the litter box had not been moved to vacuum, downstairs bedroom was not vacuumed and the inside of the fireplace doors were not clean. It looks like about a 2 hour job of surface cleaning the bathrooms and quick mop then they were out the door. Definitely not a 5 hour/ $500+ 'Deep Clean' Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.
Update: I am revising my review because of the excellent response from Alpine Maids management regarding my dissatisfaction with the services I received. Maggie from Alpine Maids reached out to me and was very apologetic about the service I received & even sent flowers. I think that I just happened to get a crew that was not up to Alpine Maids standards. Maggie offered to have a different crew come back to re-do the cleaning. Alpine Maids is definitely living up to their commitment to 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' and I do believe they will make things sparking on a return visit.

My husband didn't really want strangers in our house but after he saw how clean the range was their first visit, he was sold. Overall, we are very happy with their service. I typically give them 4.5 starts for the work they do and I leave that half star for the times I come home and I can just FEEL like the house is spic n' span. It's like the feel of coming into a quality hotel or well-maintained Airbnb.
My whole family stresses the day before they come; "housecleaning" before the housecleaning. But I don't want any time wasted working around piles of clothes, shoes or toys. And whenever they leave, it makes that extra work worth it.

They do not have independent access to our home, one of us is often here for their visits. If we have some conflict, the mgmt always works with us for either a reschedule or calling us for a remote access (pinpad).

I would love to go twice a month but that's not in the budget right now.

Rates have gone up significantly over the past year, which I understand given inflation, but we are now paying over $300 every two weeks for a very poor quality cleaning of our house. They don't appear to be dusting, our kitchen counters are almost always still dirty post-cleaning, and the vacuuming leaves a lot to be desired.
Among those and other specific issues, there are different cleaners each time, resulting inconsistent quality and cleaning steps taken. Sometimes certain parts are cleaned, sometimes they're not. Add to that the language barrier, which makes it difficult to explain our issues.

The cherry on top, and the reason we will no longer use them, is that while cleaning the stove top, one cleaner turned the knob for the gas valve which was open for more than an hour. The kitchen clearly smelled of gas, and somehow no one noticed despite them being in the room. When we came up and closed the knob in front of them, they said nothing. When we called to notify the company of this, they seemed unfazed and said they'd put it in their notes. This is not only unacceptable, but potentially very dangerous. We were lucky we were home, or else the gas could have been on for several hours.

My mom could hear you perfectly fine if you talk just a bit louder but she was being a jerk, also while she was attending us she was talking on the phone. In my eyes that very disgusting and unprofessional i will never go back. I don’t recommend.

I was expecting a deep clean before moving into a new home, unfortunately, the home was a cleaned but several areas were completely missed or skipped. I also paid extra to have the oven and refrigerator deep cleaned and both had sections that were still dirty. Based on the quality, I would not recommend their service.

Our home in Denver is our second home and we often have friends and family stay. We have a cleaning at least once a month and then schedule additional ones as needed. They are so easy to work with and they are extremely flexible with our schedule. We are able to plan them several weeks in advance and I really appreciate how easy the scheduling is – we just text what we need and they quickly respond and let us know if that works or if we need to adjust. The cleaners do a really excellent job. At first it made us a little nervous since we are not there, but after having a clean before we arrived, and after using them for several months, we are very comfortable and happy with their service. They do general housekeeping a including ensuring there are clean sheets on the beds between visitors and the refrigerator and everything is ready for a new visitor. We will continue to use them and recommend them. They charge our credit card each time so it is very easy for us.

You will be told one price and billed a different amount. Every week the price would be incorrect, extra hours added on to the time they actually cleaned(we have cameras so we can see when they come and go), Incorrect pricing for the amount of cleaners. The final straw for us was when they told us they would bill us for two cleaners since that is what we requested going forward but on the day of the cleaning they showed up with three cleaners. I called and asked why they sent three cleaners they stated it was a mistake and we would only be charge us for two cleanings. But of course we received a bill for three cleaners! Stay far away for this company. Stacy and the business side for the company are awful.

Arrived promptly on time, followed all safe covid operating procedures, worked with the specific list of things to clean I had been provided by my property manager. Price was fair and the house was extremely clean afterwards (saying a lot given that it was completely trashed before, and they worked quickly!). They also clean our windows at no extra charge. The cats love to get nose marks on every window in the house.

Josh Moore rated it 5/5: Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Eco Happy Maids. Guy is very communicative, and the scheduling and quote process was very fluid and easy.
The vast majority of the cleaning was very good. My wood floor was very dirty to begin with, so the cleaning of the wood floors was not perfect, but after bringing it up to Guy, he immediately sent over a crew to double-clean the wood floor section that was missed, which I appreciated.

There was one issue, where a newer member of the crew accidentally dripped some bleach-based bathroom cleaner onto my brown carpet. It was an honest mistake, but one that needed to be corrected, and Guy was incredibly communicative and helpful when correcting this mess.

He found a carpet installer and booked the service himself and covered the cost of the repair, handling the installation himself and really leaving me out of the issue completely, which was very much appreciated. He understood that his team made a mistake and he went to GREAT lengths to fix it.

This was a huge hassle for Guy and the company, but he went above and beyond to make it right, and for that reason, I will continue to utilize EcoHappyMaids for their cleaning service and I cannot recommend them enough. This was an expensive mistake for his team, but the fact that he was so communicative and handled the issue with little needed from me was HUGE.

The team is great and super friendly, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone in the Denver area.
Robert Karn rated it 2/5: Their manager organized the cleaning by messenger and the staff was able to come a bit earlier than scheduled to help with my schedule. My building manager couldn't stay while they worked, consequently the cleaning was mediocre generally and the 1500 square foot wooden floor was water streaked throughout. It appeared they had never cleaned a wood floor before. It was very expensive for 4 hours work(if that). I also contacted them for a copy of their insurance to which they never responded. I would not recommend them.

While they don’t guarantee a specific arrival time, which can sometimes send us scrambling to get out of their way if they come early, they are still fairly predictable. They are friendly and professional and are usually in and out in a little over an hour.

Communication with the office staff via email is great and they’ve been very accommodating the couple of times we’ve needed to cancel or reschedule.

We are incredibly grateful this team and their attention to detail. They make our day every time they come!

We had a couple of items to follow up on and Lyndsey was extremely responsive and helpful to the feedback.
The quote process was a little confusing and I think it could be helpful to discuss live vs. over email.
All in all, we look forward to continuing to use the service and share positive recommendations with others.
