We had two runners that bled red into our light carpet and also had some leaks that left rust stains in another room. After Brandon spoke to the owner, Andrew, they will be coming back to use special products on the red and rust stains. And this is at no extra charge!!
Honesty— Brandon could have tried to sell us their “stain guard” (like Scotch guard), but he recommended against it until we got the other stains out and fix our potential leak issue.

Was a great price. Carpet is over 20 years old and hasn’t looked that good in years. In the past few years we have used some local companies here in town but was not pleased with the outcomes. Carpet still smelled and looked dirty. Call Stanley Steamer they are well worth the money. Great job guys.

I hired them again to complete the reconstruction of the entire guest bedroom and heater closet. The team was very professional and worked around the clock. Carlos Martinez and Gil did a great job with communicating with us and answering all of our questions. My service advisor Lance was absolutely amazing!!! He was constantly updating us on the progress, replied within minutes to any texts and answered any questions without hesitation. He and his team had my home packed and down to studs in a little over a week.

Both Josh and Abraham were extremely knowledgeable and professional. In a time where there are so many questions and stress about your home Servpro makes it a bit easier. Both the tech and supervisor were attentive and had great communication. Not only did they care about get the job done in a timely manner but they got it done right, no cutting corners or being careless.

A detailed estimate was provided once the go ahead was given they did their best to get me in their schedule and were successful. We had a major leak under our sink due to improper installation of an RO system and we feared water -mold damage under the cabinets. This indeed turned out to be our situation. They had all necessary equipment and immediately started on the job. The removal of our cabinet set was done with great care trying to salvage what could be reused to keep my repair costs to a minimum as requested and they willingly complied. Mold was discovered in several areas and application of chemicals and equipment were posted in key areas. The work was done in one day leaving equipment only to dry out the affected area. My personal experience with this business was a positive one so therefore I can recommend them. If needed again I would definitely reach out to them!

I also heard them making fun of my children’s photos on the wall in MY MOTHERS HOUSE. So unprofessional I'm very disgusted and disappointed. I like to get deep cleaning once every few months to ensure the low ( base boards) and high ( ceiling fans, shelves, and windows) areas are dust free. I was very explicit as to what I was looking for and was assured the tasks would be completed. When I arrived home the first thing I noticed was the cushions on the sofa were not touched, visually my house did not look clean. I then proceed to check the baseboards and window seals finding dust on baseboard ceiling fans and high window ledges. There was hair that does not belong to me or anyone in my family on the floor, soap scum left in both bathrooms, and food on the back splash in the kitchen. I instantly reached to the company explaining my dissatisfaction and emailing them phots. They responded with a $25.00 refund but not even 25% of the cleaning services I was promised was completed. I do not recommend this company because of quality of work and lack of respect for clients. For reference I was charged $361.90 for this.

I called in to get a quote and they dispatched Ashley to service the property. The Airbnb was ready with the exception of the cleaning needed. Ashley wasn't expected to make beds, wash sheets nor towels or wash dirty dishes. I had enough trust in Ashley to leave her alone to complete the tasks. The next day, I came back to inspect the work, and noticed that Ashley had done a poor job at cleaning the floors. This was extremely upsetting as this was the majority of job that she was hired to to do.

I wont go into the details but it is explained in full in a review on the page. My mom has trouble having people that she did not know. This is why we made sure it was confirmed. My mother had dealt with one of the techs a few times. Lack of professionalism on the part of the owner.

I had my neighbor suggest this business and when he invited me in, I noticed it smelled from the work that hd taken place. Then he told me of how they left the carpet wet for a day with no recourse to fix the issue.

The supervisor thinks she can treat people the way she wants and get there late when she wants and the place thinks that's ok. Things go wrong and it's everyone's fault but theirs. I would NOT recommend anyone to ever work there. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. They suck.

Benjamin Alva rated it 1/5: Roberta and Laura are very unprofessional and the women in the office are absolutely rude. I feel very bad for the cleaning staff who work for these people. The cleaning staff does a good job but Roberta keeps firing the cleaning staff abruptly. She replaces them and me as a business owner has to wait for Roberta to get another cleaning crew to my store and office. It seems like Roberta and the supervisor think they can treat people the way she wants. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone or would NOT recommend anyone to work there. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Is it really cleaning if you use ONE rag for 5 dr offices/clinics and 2 public restrooms with a cleaning solution that's 95% water?

We recently got a puppy who had a crazy accident spree making one of the rooms look impossible to restore. However, George blessed us with extra brushing and chemicals restoring our carpets to perfection. Plus very reasonable prices. We recommend them to anyone needing there services.

Added a few extras for running behind. I would definitely recommend him for your move out carpet cleaning needs. He even offered to help load boxes. He's very kind and very professional.
