They were available to start the next day. They always texted me when they were on their way, when they left for the day, they are extremely professional and do exceptional work. I still had not determined where the leak was coming from, although we thought it was the refrigerator. Even the leak inspector commented on what a great job they did getting the glue off of the floor after they removed the damaged wood. They took a tons of pictures and sent me a link that I could share for my insurance and Thermadore appliance. Also, one other comment was other companies I called first at the recommendation of my insurance company wanted to charge me $850 for Covid cleaning of the equipment and only had about 5 lines on the demo. The estimate I received from One Call was totally itemized (59 lines to be exact) and no COVID cleaning. I was able to use Docusign and have a record of my estimate online still. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation with water/mold damage, I 100% recommend One Call Services.

I had called about 7 different places for quotes and they offered the best price hands down! He even offered same/next day service on availability. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We have had our carpet washed about 5 times since we have lived here and he was able to remove stains all the previous carpet cleaners told us they couldn’t remove. If I could give them 10 stars I would, he got the job greatly done and for such a good price.

The young lady that made my appointment was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They reconfirmed my appointment the night before, Alex, the young man that was to do the work, called about 1/2 hour before he was to arrive. He did a quick walk through, asked about spots etc. and then went to work. He was dressed appropriately, neat and clean, super nice and very thorough. Alex did his work in a very timely manner and was in and out within the hour. The company truck was in great shape, also clean and that tells a lot about the company you just hired. My carpets look amazing and they were dry within a few hours unlike the last company that left my carpets so wet it took two entire days to finally dry. I think I have finally found a company that will be taking care of my cleaning needs from now on.

And, I can't say enough good things about Alex on their delivery team: he was courteous and careful in our home, came late in the evening return the rug at my request (when rescheduling would not work), and adjusted the placement until it was just right. Will definitely hire for future rug cleaning needs!

Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact. We had some extra stains this time around and I did my best with the Bissell little green machine and the cleaners but the stains did not go away… As soon as the puppy was potty trained I told my husband I needed him to take a morning off so the carpet can be cleaned. The team did a great job as usual and even left us with shoe covers to help keep things clean while the carpet dries completely. If you had to do a lot of carpet cleaning because of a puppy, I definitely recommend hiring Advanced Cleaning Systems as soon as you have your puppy potty-trained!

They have workers install GPS on their car and bill you based on how long the car has been parking in front of your house. NOT the actual time the works are doing their job! Workers can park their car at your house for extra 30 minute and do nothing. You will still be billing for the extra 30 minute!

James arrived early, wearing protection throughout the entire appointment. I found him most professional, courteous, careful to keep everything orderly in the space he was working.
He performed a super cleaning to my sectional sofa.
I highly recommend M & R Carpet Cleaning.

So I called them again when it came time to clean the tiles. And again, I had great service from the initial phone call to James coming and doing the work. I am very impressed with them and will definitely use them again. Everything looks so clean and wonderful in my home. And I just learned that they also do windows!!! Wish they did deep cleaning too….

Yolanda and James were excellent to work with from the estimate, booking the appointment to the completion of work.
James arrived early, in protective equipment to keep me and my house safe.
James completed the upholstery cleaning beautifully.

They clean weekly for us, and I have never had a problem, they do a fantastic job!
If I need additional work done, Ricky finds a way by either doing it himself or directing me to someone just as qualified.
