All of the cleaning technicians have been great but Emma really stands out – she is so sweet and I love having her come by, and there is always just a little something special about the house when she is done cleaning. They (and especially Emma) are also great with animals and are careful about not leaving the door open, not letting cats out, etc. I couldn’t recommend Natural Care enough.

Janice did a fabulous job on the kitchen – my husband said it looked like we had a new sink installed it was so clean. Chey made the bathrooms sparkle, ESPECIALLY the master shower. They were a little bit later than the time window, but they were very thorough. The house really needed it and it was nice that it FELT and LOOKED so clean.
October and November cleanings were just okay. I'd give 4 stars for October and 3-3.5 for November. I was prepping for the holidays during the November cleaning, and I said they didn't need to worry about the kitchen (it was truly a mess), so I thought the rest of the house would wow me since there was one less thing to focus on. But eh, everyone has a day, you know?
However, today Team 21 (Sheila and Joselin) revived my faith in the service. They went above and beyond– they even cleaned my cast iron skillets that were sitting on my stove which, of course, was not necessary, but much appreciated (they even did it without rusting the skillets, which is crucial!).
Every team that has come by has been very polite and professional. I work from home so I get to more or less see or hear everything while I keep my dogs contained in my office with me. Lovely people all the way.
The only option I wish we had were less harsh, strong odors from the cleaning products. It's pretty strong for a day or so. If there were a more green cleaning product option, I would opt for that… even if were a tad more expensive. I guess I should ask if I can provide my own products for cleaning? Something I should look into…
With that being said, any time I've contacted the office (mostly just to clarify which date we're scheduled), replies are expedient and professional.
Overall, I recommend this company. I look forward to consistent cleanings and the friendly staff.

Molly Maid sent Carrie, a dope cat person, and her ride or die, Brenda, to clean my apt. I have 2 felines myself. The women were so mindful of my babies, offering tips on how not to stress them with strangers as well as litter box insights. They even taught me how to take better care of my cast iron skillets. Wisdom, compassion, and respect can not be scheduled or bought. They left my little 1/1 with my promise to become a monthly customer!!!

I have a very clean house just wanted someone to come in and dust the blinds and just give it a nice clean. The amount of money that I was charged was ridiculous. My mom has been having her house cleaned for 20 years and she has a two story house (4000 square feet) and only pays 150 for hers to be cleaned. Yes my house was very clean after the service but not 500 dollars worth. Will never use or recommend this company ever.

The bad part is that many areas in the house were left untouched examples: under the bed, a corner in the living room, all corners of kitchen cabinets although I specifically asked for those to be cleaned. For the service I received, this is a super over charge. I did give feedback via email and phone but didnt receive any compensation. They offered to come back and clean what wasnt cleaned.. thats not how things should be done.
Definitely Not Recommended!

They(owner) contacted me regards to the incident last week, showed me a sincere apology, and exchanged the feedback. I was very glad that they took it very seriously did the best what they can do for the future.

I was going to call another provider but changed my mind to get the service from Westpaq. Two people came to my place (this time an hour early!) for the service- I can tell that they did an amazing job. I am sure I will use the service again and really appreciated the actions made by the owner.

Made apartment deep cleaning appointment via Amazon Home Service. Long story short, they didn't show up. I called the office three times- no response.

The appointment was 11 AM – 2 PM. They contacted me around 2:18 PM. They said they are on the way and asked me the location (I sent them to google map link of my location). I waited about 3 hours- They called me again around 5:18 PM saying they cannot find my place (I use Amazon, Uber Eats, Yelp Delivery, etc with the same address with no problem.)

This is total BS. Horrible experience ever I had with any service providers. Now, I don't even trust they were on the way. I just contacted Amazon Customer Service to share my experience and got a refund. They mentioned that they sent the coaching to Westpaq Cleaning Solutions. I hope other customers won't have the same issue I had today.

Robert McGinnis rated it 5/5: I have used Michelle's Cleaning on two occasions and both experiences were top rate. The first time was a top to bottom deep clean of a house that had not been lived in for a year and had junk everywhere. They were able to get the house in a good livable condition in less than 5 hours. They cleaned walls, floors, windows and even ceilings plus getting rid of garbage. They also cleaned the bath and kitchen to a spotless condition. They also tackled the kitchen stove and refrigerator that both came out excellent.
The second cleaning was about 2 months later after I had the house leveled. The foundation repair required digging holes inside the house in at least 6 places with dirt all over the floors. I also had to have the plumbing repaired in the bath that made a mess there as well. There was a trail of dirt from the front to back doors as well as the bedrooms that wouldn't come out. Michelle's crew was able to get the floors in excellent shape and remove all the dust and dirt created by the workmen.

Michelle's crew is very professional and extremely courteous and helpful. Michelle is like a general orchestrating a war and coordinates all the workers to a precision team. They are the hardest working crew I've seen in decades and were able to accomplish all my cleaning goals despite the conditions.

Michelle is very punctual and charges for the cleaning were reasonable for the amount of effort needed. She had 4 workers plus herself on the first job and 5 plus herself on the second job as I remember. She has saved me literally weeks of effort to bring the old house back to a livable standard.

I was struggling to find a cleaner for my move out date before the holidays and also a cleaner that offered carpet cleaning. I almost gave up but then I found Mary. She responded so quick and even was willing to clean on a Sunday when she normally was off. Not only that, she cleaned our carpets and was extremely thorough!
Lastly, she was so nice and professional. My apartment was left spotless and I don’t know what I would have done without Mary.
So many other maid services over charge and aren’t willing to go that extra mile for you, but Mary was willing and reasonable! Support a small business and work with her! 1000/10 recommend!

There was miscommunication about unfinished work and in the end I was left with filthy kitchen baseboards that were missed during my move in/ deep clean service. If you live in a big house , think twice before hiring this company.
Behbood Leila rated it 1/5: Mary came to my appartment to pack my stuff not even cleaning, she didn’t know how to read the sign and parked her car on feature resident and they toed her car. She left her work half way and I took her to get her car out At the end she force me to pay $270 and get her car out and she charged me $150 and she didn’t even finished her work. I will not recommend this lady to no one . Is about customer service, she started screaming at me when she figured out her car been toed, I even took her there nicely and took her car out and she still screaming at me for the money that she didn’t finished. I gave her all and I guess karma will come to her soon. I don’t need this type of service
