Pieces of wood, showing in the in the downstairs vent. It may have been something in the vent. He had to have seen i it to restore the vent. But wasn’t showing previously. Now I have to climb on a ladder and try to get it out I’m 59 years old and the last thing I need to do is get on a ladder. The young man smoked and left his cigarette butts in my driveway. We found rusty nails, which was extremely dangerous to us and our dogs. Pieces of insulation, tact’s and some piece of equipment.
Again the guys were nice, just not very professional. Maybe some coaching to improve the results of the duct cleaning and cleanup. I do not want them to return as we have already cleaned most of it. Respectfully,

Scheduling was easy and they offer an online portal which is incredibly convenient. After several months of service I am comfortable saying their employees always put in the hard work to truly clean our home. We have two Golden Retrievers and our floors are always a bit overwhelming. Their team has never complained about the extra fur and Chanzee even managed to save a rug I thought was irredeemable. Only good things to say about Two Gals from me.

Not only did they do high quality work, they came back the next day to clean some windows again that got dirty when a bird hit the window after it was cleaned.
Sky Rhoney rated it 5/5: We had a crew come out for Labor Day for a full cleaning which included the inside and outside of the windows plus screens and windowsills. When we called to schedule the appointment our main concern was removing the overspray from our recently sealed brick.
The guys that initially did the cleaning were only prepared to use purified water to clean the outside of the windows and therefore were unsuccessful at removing the splatter. They also forgot to clean the skylights or wipe the windowsills on the upper level so there was dirty water bugs/dust left behind.

Empire sent another crew back a week later and one of the guys (Mike) washed the skylights and went over every single window to remove all traces of the sealant. He left every window looking brand new! I would highly recommend Empire, they stand behind their seven day rain and satisfaction guarantee.
I’ll definitely be requesting Mike in the future as he is an extremely hard working and conscientious young man. His coworker turned ill roughly 2 hours after arriving and had to return to the truck but instead of rescheduling, Mike stayed 5+ hours (until 8pm) and completed almost the entire job by himself. These days it’s nearly impossible to find employees or contractors with that kind of work ethic.

They worked tirelessly until Midnight to removed all the carpets and paddings, as well as set up ventilation for the walls to be dried out.

Because of flooding and property damage throughout the region these crews have been stretched thin. Despite obvious fatigue they worked until the job was done. Tabitha and Andre especially were very respectful of my space and property. Tabitha treated my property and personal items as if they were her own. Unfortunately I had a similar mishap with a burst pipe in another part of the country many years ago. Servpro did the work then and were good. However I have never worked with anyone as kind, considerate, and empathetic as Tabitha. Her concern was extremely reassuring during this very stressful time.
She also served as a reliable “go to” person because even the bosses had to do cleanup duty to meet the high demand for their services.

He called to tell me he would be late to our 9:30…. and then never came at all. The Deep Cleaners team rescheduled my appointment which was nearly two hours late. When this individual left the cleaning, there were multiple dusty surfaces, grime left on floors in multiple rooms, dirty windows in multiple rooms, dirty window sills, crumbs left on the floor, grime on the kitchen counter, dirty fridge (inside and out), dirty sink, no vacuuming done in the bedroom, linens left unwashed… this reasons that I am dissatisfied goes on and on. When I called customer service to ask to have someone come actually clean my home, I was scheduled for 10 AM on Friday. It's now noon… and no one is here.

I was charged $899 even though they never came to my home. It has been two weeks and, despite numerous requests, I have not received a refund, or any communication. I threatened legal action a few hours ago, but have heard nothing. BEWARE!!!!

Jeremy and his crew did a terrific job completely removing EVERYTHING (furniture, carpet, clothes, books, electronics, personal care items, etc.) from the house, and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms and garage. They arrived early and were polite, efficient and helpful throughout the day. For what they helped us achieve, we considered the price a bargain. Thank you!

Without seeing the job, they gave us a range for the cost (including a trip to outside KC). John and Mat showed up on time and made it look good as new. The final bill came up towards the low end of the ballpark estimate.

Ashley Marie Ramirez- URVS, QA rated it 5/5: I want to extend my deepest heartfelt gratitude to Jeremy, John, and Mat of Crime Scene Cleaners. I went through a very deep depression and kind of gave up on doing anything at home except for working and taking care of my dog. When I decided to go to therapy and get help, the next step was getting my environment back to what it was before I lost myself to what was going on in my life.
Jeremy came to my house to complete the initial estimate process and it was not at all like I was worried it would be. He was very easy going and easy to talk to. He also did not make me feel like my needs were just another job to be done. He got to know about me and what I was coming out of and seemed to have a real since of compassion as to the next step of getting my house back to it's normal decluttered state. He provided great communication, made sure to get someone out as soon as possible and was a point of contact every step of the way with care and no judgement.

Mat and John were the gentlemen that came to proceed with the assignment. They were so professional and respectful. They also communicated with me the whole way through. They even impressed my pup. He was very happy to meet them. They handled everything with such professionalism and compassion from the tasks they were set to complete to they way they interacted.

This is a service that helped me get back on track mentally and give me back the home I recognized. I respectfully hope I never have to see them again lol under those circumstances. They were truly a God-send and did not make me feel at all that it was just another job. My heart felt thanks to you both.

I would recommend this service to anyone that has ever gone through what I went through. Transparent, professional, dependable, compassionate, and showing care for the human condition not just the home of the person they were hired to remove rubbish or clutter from…is my experience with this company. Not being judged or feeling like someone looked down on me in my moment of weakness and mental health struggles has helped my healing process tremendously.

It was a pleasure working with you all and I hope to never see you again on those terms. lol If I should ever know anyone that needs you, I will certainly provide them your business line Jeremy. You guys are the BEST!

William rated it 1/5: Frist day it work and they didn't have all the supplies needed for the job. The team manager acted as if she really didn't want to be there. Although the lady I worked with is quite lovely…
Don Young rated it 1/5: less than one star,Terrible company to work for. Unpaid wages, falsified documents etc. I've contacted the employer about the payroll being incorrect and it would always be put off. Mike Gill has lied about giving certain hours and then after those hours were worked, he conveniently forgets about his verbal agreement.
Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for employment.
