I'm not sure who I spoke to, but after him mumbling to tell me that he's a "specialist" and knows what kind of cleaning my carpet needs without having seen it, he hung up on me. I spent most of the call trying to understand what he was saying. He was rude for absolutely no reason.

I asked them if they'd take the trash out, so they did but they tore the bags open and emptied the contents, not into the trash bin, but into the recycle bin. I had to get gloves, turn the bin over onto the driveway and spend 45 minutes putting it all back into bags and put it into the trash bin. I did call the office in Cordova about it and was told someone would call. No one did.

The first session was good except they did not touch the kitchen, living room, dining room, or bonus room floors. I called and was told that they would be sure to get it the next deep clean. They still did not do it then. Or dust the plantation shutters or vacuum the corners of the bedrooms. They cover up lack of cleaning with fancy towel and toilet paper folding and other gestures.
The worst part is I called to inform them and thought they would honor their guarantee that they come back out the next day to clean it right. I called three days in a row and was told each time someone would call me back. The system is impossible. You can only reach a call service and never anyone directly in charge. I emailed the “manager” of the Memphis franchise and she responded that she would discount my next cleaning. I have no faith in this company since the floors were not cleaned at all for two “deep cleanings” and they clearly do not honor their guarantees or call back when they say they will. I am now trying to get a partial refund from them for the services they did not do which is difficult since you can’t actually reach someone with the authority to do that. I will never use them again after such poor cleaning and customer service and I’ve told all my friends as well.

Not to mention they used inappropriate language around our son. We were told that we would be credited a clean and were still charged. I can not get a hold of anyone at the local office. The next clean was just as lackluster, and then the team left the trash on the porch. I still have not been able to talk to a human, but when I did send an email to cancel my service that was completed with in hours. Highly do not recommend this company.

Every crew member who came to our home was friendly and worked hard. I recommend ServPro of Midtown for any restoration work – can't say enough good things about these guys!

The basement in dad’s old house flooded with 6 feet of sewer water. Once that was gone, there was a lot left to clean out. Allen and his team did an absolutely amazing job in removing all the ruined junk. They’re friendly, professional, extremely competent, and Allen made sure to get the job done in one day so we could continue to provide dad with home health care. It’s been a challenging time for my family, but Allen and his team took a huge burden off our shoulders.

Tricey J rated it 1/5: A bootleg business first of all you work with the owners they sign you in and out you really get three hours not 4 worked for them two days and was ask to take my shirt off outside the place which I was working called back to get paid for the two days that I work but was never paid very unprofessional business I will be turning them on to Eeoc and BBB I called them on all numbers no returned call and no pay I don’t care if you work two days you should be paid and I work very hard for that two days you go where ever they point you to go but no prosper in that when you take something from somebody Goodluck with that!!!!!
