Not only are the carpets absolutely spotless, but he took the time to make sure the job was done right. I watched Joe take extra time in the areas that needed the most attention. To be blunt, my cat peed all over our guest room, and the entire room was atrocious. Joe didn’t bat an eye. He just went straight to work with a smile in his face. At the end of the job, I noticed he was cleaning my staircase for some reason? I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see if they would charge me for it even though I didn’t request the service. Not only did he not charge me for it, he actually told me he did it as a courtesy since he had been walking up and down the stairs the whole time. Needles to say, Joe deserves a raise. He was extremely nice, pretty damn funny, and just an absolute joy to have around during the cleaning process. Starr Cleaning Service will definitely be getting my money again and again, and it is all thanks to Joe. I appreciate you and your hard work. Thank you for everything!!!!

I thought the price was very reasonable, and the most affordable I had found. My rug looked pretty similar to when I first got it when I picked it up which I was happy about!
Only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I kept getting texts messages and emails asking me to leave a review, and this was before I picked up my rug. I thought that was silly given I didn’t see my rug yet. I’m not sure if the messages are automated, but it would be better to have them sent after a service.

Also, I noticed my rug still had a lot of dog hair on the bottom side. I ended out bringing it home and sweeping it more before laying it back down.

Overall, I think they did a pretty great job for the price and I would recommend them!

We just finished painting our entire interior. There was drywall on the carpets. We have 5 kids and a dog who have “loved” our carpet for 6 years. There were stains from paint, mud, markers, etc. One of the stains was from acrylic paint my daughter got into. ALL THE STAINS ARE GONE! Our carpets look brand new.

And they vacuum the carpet before cleaning. I’ve never had a carpet cleaning company vacuum before. They always ask me to do it before they arrive. I can’t say enough good!! Thank you Heavenly Scent Carpet Cleaners!! I’ll be calling again! And I’m looking forward to having my windows cleaned once we paint our exterior 🙌🏼

The sweeping and mopping was done well but the corners were missed and there was still paper under my bed. I have a Roomba that I run three times a week so its not like my floors were that bad to begin with. I would have pointed out the things they missed but they left without telling me they were going.

1. Smashed a vase in our bathroom (which is not a problem, these things happen) but didn’t clean up the mess and ended up stepping in 2 pieces of broken glass in my bathroom/closet with bare feet.

2. Website states they wear booties however floor was covered in footprints (we don’t wear shoes in our house) and there were even crumbs still around the table and counter.

3. Baseboards were dusty and only partially wiped.

4. White stains left on bathroom floor.

Contacted them to let them know of the issues, the person simply said “I will pass this on to the team” and didn’t offer to come and fix any of the issues. Didn’t even apologize.

We are very reasonable and understand that as a small business things happen, especially as your team grows or if using a sub contractor, but that’s when it’s important to come and fix the issues.

I came back after the cleaning was done, and was thoroughly impressed with the job they did. Everything I asked had been done with high level of care. Our appliances were spotless! We plan to use Maid Right of Mesa in the future for our general cleaning needs.

Of all the jobs I have had I never had the opportunity to say that I love my job until I joined the team that has become family! From understanding that life comes with ups and downs and helping me through the downs to showing appreciations when a job is done correctly! When I first started the weekly worked hours were at 20 hours and 2/3 janitors, but in the time I've been here it has gone to 40 hours, great benefits, and a full team of amazing people! I'm proud to say that Leblanc is a loving and caring work environment that everyone I have worked with says cannot be found anywhere else!

LaBlanc Cleaning is a very well-run and reliable company. Anita is a great owner because she has a standard for which her employees are to perform and when they don't, I can guarantee Anita will ensure it is fixed and done right going forward!! I only get my house done once a month and have a specific order for the rooms that need to be cleaned and it has never been a problem. They are very flexible and always are so kind and sweet when they arrive! Very thankful I switched!

They clean my curbside waste bins as scheduled. They send reminder texts the night before, to remind you to put your bins out and text you when they have completed the service. Pricing is affordable and scheduling follows your trash day. I am so happy to have found this business for this service!

The process of setting up an appointment was quick and painless. My wife delivered the seal of approval by opening the lids and not being on the verge of retching or gagging.
