First Derek called after our scheduled appointment time to say he had equipment problems and couldn't make it. After rescheduling for the following Mon, he was a no-call, no- show. My husband finally reached him on Tues and he said he would be there at 5, didn't get there til almost 6pm. He ended up leaving his garbage and more stains than were initially there. Not only that, the place where he left his machine soaked through and took over a week to dry. That area ended up with $400 worth of damage under the carpet through to the wood underneath. When we contacted Derek, he denied even being here and then hung up on my husband. He will not take any more of our calls. So we are left with carpet worse than before and an additional $400 expense to fix this. Do not use this company!!!

They had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere, plus they had NEVER done a deep cleaning. The refrigerator was a mess and the baseboards were stuck with grime. Errund was able to quickly schedule our appointment with very little notice. After errund cleaners came, the place looks SO MUCH better and livable. THANK YOU LADIES!

The website said I should get assigned someone and would get confirmation 48 hours prior. I should have known there would be issues when I didn't get confirmation. Today, they did not show up at the time they were supposed to. I checked the website and still didn't have anyone assigned. I called and left a voicemail. Someone immediately texted me back from the same number I called. They said that someone had called in sick. This seemed like a cover to me because clearly they had not assigned someone yet. They ended up finding someone. She clearly brought a friend with her and not someone who normally cleans houses so I inquired about this. They asked that I "please let her clean" and to check her review. She had 1 review five start review but no text to accompany it. And there was no information regarding the person who accompanied her. I was simply letting them know about this and the person I was texting accused me of discrimination. The woman ended up doing a nice job, but I would NEVER use Errund again and would warn anyone against using it.

I also hated washing my windows, it was too much of a pane. That is where N&D Commercial Cleaning came into play. They regularly clean my entire building and wash the windows, making it all look spotless. 5 star company!
