I was able to tell him the goals for my carpet cleaning, he spent extra time explaining the entire process and spent extra care and making sure all the stains were removed. I told him upfront my budget for the project and he was very accommodating and professional. As I used to always carpet clean my home, I knew that you should not be walking on your carpet for at least six hours after the fact. He was very personable, transparent with his prices and service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I was a little skeptical because of all the yelp reviews, but also noticed those who left reviews were not avid yelpers and with any type of business you always have those looking to ruin people people. Without reservations I would recommend him for any type of carpet or upholstery cleaning.

So far he is the only one to truly get pet odor out of my carpet and get them clean. Sadly I lost his number and couldn't remember his company so I tried some other services. Thankfully today I called and when he arrived I realized it was the guy who works magic and he did an amazing job. Always friendly and honest and fair and I highly highly recommend him! I won't lose his contact information this time because I'm going to exclusively use his services. I've tried many other cleaners and he is the best in my opinion!

Ruben J rated it 1/5: Bonded cleaners ruined all five of my uniform shirts. They got ink all over them and when I brought it to their attention they were in disbelief that they were at fault. They attempted to fix them and ruined them even more. Took them a month to address. No communication as to the status of my shirts. My shirts still have ink on the inside and spots on the outside and now smell like chemical and smoke. There is no quality control. How I was allowed to pick up my shirts without someone noticing the smell and condition is lack of caring. I will now have to spend well over $500 out of pocket to buy new shirts. I will be addressing with the manager, not holding my breathe as the customer service has lacked since the departure of the previous crew. 8 years as a customer….very disappointed. I Will never return after this experience.

I was very hesitant to hire professional cleaning services due to cost, and these guys offered to save some money if we do cleaning of the floors ourselves. It seemed like a great option so we agreed. Marc and Julie ended up cleaning floors anyway, provided supplies for cleaning the carpet and tried to help with advice/equipment/ suppplies as much as they could.
The house is spotless. They spent an enormous amount of time and effort. I plan on taking some pictures to show you proof of how remarkable the job was. I also appreciate that they used vinegar where appropriate, so the house was left without too chemical of a smell. Strongly recommend. I have saved their number in my phone and I will absolutely hire them again!

We will be having All Good Cleaning services visit us routinely, to keep our property clean! We highly recommend Mark as he is fair priced, professional, courteous, reliable and quick! He’s a Jack of all trades!
