During each cleaning, they focus on deep cleaning one of four different areas (Sleeping areas, Living areas, Bathrooms, kitchen/eating areas). Saves me hours so I can live my life with one less thing to worry about!! Highly recommend this company! The only thing I dislike is how long it took them to get me on a routine schedule. After my free quote my first cleaning was 6 weeks later…but it was worth the wait and I understand why the wait was so long…they cleary have a lot of business due to the quality of there services.

7. Kitchen sink was not cleaned
8. Microwave was not cleaned
9. Picture left crooked on the wall

Second crew came back to fix what was not done and they only “remade” the bed which still didn’t look appropriate. Second team didn’t finish other items above

Overall extremely disappointed and will not be using company again.

The office staff said they would check in on the crew. Eventually the cleaning crew showed up 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Once they arrived at the house, that's when I received a follow-up call telling me that the crew was there. In addition, we had to make a change to the service I had requested (my fault I didn't know the difference between the deep clean and move in option), the crew called the office and the office reached out to me. This whole back and forth between the cleaning crew, the office staff, and myself was a bit over the top. Would not recommend and definitely would not book with this company again.

The first time I used them the girl was 25 minutes late, skipped the downstairs bathroom, didn’t finish the shower in the master, didn’t do fixtures, blinds, window sills or even COUNTER TOPS. She put away dirty dishes, broke an acrylic knife holder in two places, did not vacuum downstairs and only mopped in front of the sink and fridge and neglected to even OPEN the oven I paid extra to be cleaned. I watched this all from our cameras in the house. Upon returning to “make up” for the terrible experience, I had to stay home from work bc the owner said I should be there. Hello! If I had time to be at my house I’d be cleaning it myself. I travel a lot so left again almost directly after the clean was finished. Upon my return a week later my home reeked with stench of mildew! It was putrid! It turned out the rag she put over her “mop” must have been filthy from only God knows how many other places bc it was all the wood flooring throughout the house. I simply used a swiffer wet jet and when I took the pad off it was very dirty and no one had been home!!! See pictures and do not allow this poorly run company to have access to your home!

Our house is sparkling clean when our cleaner finishes, and the customer service is excellent. We've used their services for a monthly cleaning of our home for about two years now, and we have only had one negative experience, which was resolved quickly and has never been a repeat issue. When I called the office to tell them about it (a cleaning that wasn't up to their usual standard), they sent someone out to take care of it the next day. We always get a call the day before confirming our cleaning window, and we have easily rescheduled a few times due to schedule conflicts.
I personally enjoy the hotel-level flourishes of bathroom towel presentation and bed making. I need to get some lessons in how to make my bed as beautifully as our cleaner does.
I cannot recommend this company enough. I tell everyone that if they can afford it, to try it out, because hiring a cleaning service has been the number one time-saving investment that I've made for my family.

It didn't feel rushed. I can't compliment the divas enough!

Not only was their bid in better alignment with our budget, but the Divas came in like a whirlwind and cleaned our offices from top to bottom – spotless. In a manufacturing environment, there is a lot of dirt. The ladies did not hesitate. We highly recommend these Mississippi Divas for your commercial and your residential needs.
Lynda Frey rated it 1/5: Cleaning company sends their best cleaners the first month to get good reviews. They quickly go down hill. Nobody keeps track of linens. They have nobody in charge to keep the correct towels & linens with the correct property. I showed up to find towels that don’t belong to me and all of my linens were missing and had disappeared. There were no fitted sheets on 2 king beds. Only flat sheets laying on beds loosely. After complaining and notifying I no longer need their services, I did get some more towels & linens returned. This is their job. Cleaning companies must keep track of which linens belong to the correct properties. Needless to say, I no longer utilize Southern Domestic Diva cleaning.
Katie Neary rated it 1/5: I booked an air bnb managed by the owner of this company and they canceled my reservation LESS THAN 24 HOURS before I checked in. I had to completely change my plans for the entire weekend, cancel flights, cancel bookings, and have the people I was meeting change their plans too. The owner of this company told me they were selling the property I was renting but that could’ve been communicated weeks in advance. They are not reliable at all.

Stephen Lee rated it 5/5: I have used One Heart Cleaning services for two years now. They are very dependable and a company that I can trust to clean my Airbnb house that I manage from afar. When there are issues they are quick to respond to fix any problem. Candace the manger is a delight to work with and runs a tight ship. Candace is in constant contact with me, almost weekly and always goes above and beyond to ensure my house is clean so that my guests have an outstanding stay.

The first group that came over (over an hour late) did not have the information of all the rooms that needed to be clean and of the pets that we had inside. One of the ladies was scared of our cat. As they were upstairs cleaning i could hear that something kept falling. After they left i discovered that one of them broke my kids shampoo bottle. The cleaning was amazing but they left out one room and did not do one of the beds. What they did do was go through my stuff….

The second time they came over (i specifically asked for the first team to not come back), they were on time, they cleaned EVERYTHING. I was very pleased with them.

BUT THE THIRD TIME 🤬🤬🤬 It really bothered me. They basically came in here to change 2 out of 3 sheets and thats it. I was confused at first because why would they charge me the same amount for a different service. The receptionist said that they were supposed to do the same service as before. After i finished my errands and got home to look at everything, i could not believe it. The living room was somewhat clean, we sometimes eat in the living room so we had a salt shaker there. So instead of putting it in the kitchen THEY LAID THE SALT SHAKER ON THE COFFEE TABLE. the mirrors were not cleaned, the bathrooms were not cleaned. One bathroom was skipped, the other bathroom they halfway cleaned the sink(nothing else) and threw away the bathroom trash. The toilets were not scrubbed(it looked like all they did was lift the seat, to make look different). The rooms were not vacuumed, there was still trash on the floor. They put some of my daughters clothes in my sons son's closet. AND THE MOST INSULTING PART IS THAT THEY PICKED UP THE TRASH FROM ALL OVER THE HOUSE FLOOR AND THEY STUFFED INSIDE A BOX IN THE LIVING ROOM. Did they think i was not going to notice? Did they think i am that stupid to not see how bad of a piss poor job they did? It was so unprofessional and i am surprised that they have employees like that. After that i called and got a refund. I am not sure if i want to continue with them or move on to somewhere else.
Tim Logan rated it 1/5: I returned from a business trip in early February to find that my Apple watch was missing from its charger. I was able to use my phone to track the device which was clocked in Nashville one hour after the cleaning service left my home in Franklin. I took a screenshot from the phone and sent it to Joseph the manager. I was informed that the address was the address of the crew's next appointment. The person cleaning also left a spray bottle and rag next to my wife's jewelry box before they left. He or she was likely after more but nothing else was missing.
I filed a report with the Williamson County Sheriff and they have been unable to find the chief suspect so I'm out of a watch with no recourse other than to leave an unfavorable review here.

While they have been polite they have not compensated me for my watch now here we are May. I cannot recommend this service after 25 years of being a loyal customer.

I believe they are also operating as One Heart Maids. Look elsewhere.
