They were both sorely in need of a thorough cleaning – something we found difficult to do ourselves given that our building doesn't have a hose hook up available for resident use. Fortunately AZ Power Wash Pros have their own water tank on their truck, and combined with hundreds of feet of hosing, they're able to get in just about anywhere. The two men were prompt, professional, and very pleasant, and less than an hour later, both patios looked amazing – 100% improvement. I felt the pricing was fair given the end result, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing power-wash services.

Only reason for 4 stars was they arrived an hour later than the start time but with the Phoenix traffic I get it. Overall great experience and would hire this company again. If you need exterior cleaning they were quick, responsive and priced well.

We then had a cleaner that kept setting off our alarm and leaving our office unlock with nobody coming for days at a time. We paid our month ahead and were give a "credit", but the last week of our service was also a NO SHOW. We have asked and asked for our refund and have been completely ignored. Unprofessional and rude customer service. Don't waste your time.
Received a call the day I posted this negative review. We were promised our refund to be processed immediately and a call back that afternoon. I was asked to take down the review. I told Ryan I would once we had our reimbursement. I received an email days later from their billing department showing a credit. I emailed Victoria asking for a refund as Ryan was supposed to take care of this. Here we are weeks later, no refund. Awful awful awful customer service!

We pay for nightly service, they don’t sweep, vacuum or wipe things down and we have a medical office which makes it even that much more important to have high cleaning standards. We don’t have time to come in behind the hired cleaners to then do our own cleaning, defeats the entire purpose of hiring a cleaning company!

Mike Peralta rated it 5/5: Although not many people like cleaning jobs, EDGE is very flexible and willing to accommodate to ones needs and make a cleaning job not so stressful. I am a multi location cleaning and I have worked under various managers and they are all very nice people that don't make the job stressful either because they are all very understanding and know how the work is because they have actually done the work and aren't just pencil pushers sending orders and not know how the work is actually done.

Before I was always said it’s impossible because of windows location. I can’t believe I was living with dirty windows for years. Thank you, Edge Building Services for your amazing job!
cleansed rated it 1/5: I'm a new employee at the company an I've never felt so uncomfortable at new job or treated so poorly Anna my manager has no understanding an treaTs an talks to employees poorly. I was having trouble clocking in an out due to poor service in the building an I asked to clock me out one night cus I forgot an I was told she would correct my time sheet one time after that she would not correct my hours that it's my responsibility never have I had a boss not willing to fix my hours if I forgot to clock out or had issues couldn't believe how rude she was about it already want to job search it's ridiculous I wouldn't want such a person representing my establishment. An it's her job to correct an monitor times sheets.
Cuteee Leahh rated it 1/5: Today I come In because no one was answering the phone. Then I waited patiently for Christina to get to the office. She come in with so much attitude and not professional . She was rude to all 4 people that was there. I have the video of her. People come there to find job for their family and to be safe. How Christina show did not make it fell safe or waiting to work there .
Angelina Holmes rated it 1/5: I used to work at Edge Building from 2014 to 2019 and it was a good company. But now nobody answers the phone and I go up there with my 3 older kids and Christine was very rude and disrespectful to my daughter. The way she was talking was way out of line and she is very unprofessional I don't see how this lady can get away with talk to anyone that come in a try to find a job. So with her rude and disrespectful us we walk out and she had slammed the door. RUDE!!!!!!!
