  • John Nguyen rated it 5/5: I had a toilet backup at 2am in the morning. Worst nightmare ever. Sewage water just kept coming out of my toilet and I did not know how to stop it. I called my insurance company and they sent out Servpro. They were here within an hour or so. It was 3am! They were very polite and professional. I have young kids at home so I was stressed and panicking not knowing what to do. The technician that came out was very professional and got right to work cleaning and sanitizing my house. They worked with my insurance company and even helped me through the claim process with my insurance company. Alin was very sympathetic to our situation and made me as comfortable and as calm as I could be given the circumstances.

    Hopefully I never have to go through this situation again, but if I do, Servpro will be here to the rescue. I believe all the Servpro's are independently owned so I will call them directly next time.

  • George Ramirez rated it 1/5: I used clean up today for some concrete removal. I was very disappointed of their professionalism and their dishonest practice of bait and switch tactics of pricing. I got quoted a price from Ruben the owner for $800 for removal and we shook hands on it to start the next afternoon. That next evening I got a call at work saying that the concrete was heavier than he thought and now it was going to be $1200 dollars. I thought wow now I'm screwed because he already started and I couldn't say no. So I agreed and the next morning he came out with the contract which said now he's charging me by weight. I told him so now your telling me the price can go a lot higher depending on weight. He said yes so I told him I'm not signing the contract unless he puts the dollar amount we both agreed on. He reluctantly did and started working on hauling it away. When he was almost finished he called me over to one of the piles and said that there is additional concrete under the dirt and wasn't going to take it unless I paid him more money. By this time I'm tired of all the whining and told him to leave it and I'll dump it myself. One of the worst experiences as a customer using an outside service.
