Woodard helped almost immediately in getting the cleanup started and looking after the contents. Over the next few months, we worked closely with Brady, Brandon and the rest of the crew there on reconstruction and then the finishes to make it better than it was before. I cannot speak highly enough about Woodard and their service, communication and hard work throughout the process of getting our home back on its feet. A house fire or disaster is not fun, but it helps to have pros around to give some assurance and do a great job. Would recommend Woodard cleanup, construction and contents. results speak for themselves.

Like taking advantage of a person who isn’t thinking clearly while his life is burning in front of his eyes. One of my friends had to make him get away from me to give me space. We don’t know who called you thought that the insurance company did but found out later they didn’t.. I believe your people should have a little more compassion for the people’s lives in the time of crisis and stop pushing all these service’s when their mind is distracted.

A tree fell on my house over five months ago creating a giant hole in the roof and causing the back wall of the house to cave-in. Woodard was hired the day after this to help with the restoration. There has been delay after delay after delay and at this point, nothing has even been done except put a tarp over the giant hole. We still have not even ordered the replacement windows because my project manager keeps putting off my request to get this done. I am so so sorry that I ever hired them, but unfortunately I have and they have forced me to put down a $33,000 down payment and so I am stuck working with them.

    I cannot express enough that if you are looking for someone to help rebuild your home after a natural disaster you need to look elsewhere.

I tried to activate it and they said the my employer gave them the wrong info so i called in the office and got that part straight took a couple days but it got done. So the money was suppose to be deposited on the next day but nothing was deposited fast forward to today i spoke with a lady whi said it was rejected she didn't give me a reason but said now i have to wait on a paper check which will take 7 to 10 days which is ridiculous cause i already been waiting going on a month

My wife worked for them until they exhibited the most unprofessional behavior. No equipment no cleaning products demands top notch of their employees. Not only that messed up her pay as well and got rude with her after she expressed to them that it's bad enough to be paid every 2 weeks but then still not pay her and its going to be 3 weeks if not longer depending on if they can get their act together. I strongly advise anyone considering working for this company you run the other way. Greatly unorganized and gross lack of ability to treat their employees right, this company shouldn't even be in business.

Pride was the only company that called me back the next day and they were able to schedule an initial appointment for the assessment and got a crew at my house in less than a week. During the assessment the president of the company, Jim, knew I was nervous and anxious about navigating through the insurance process. Jim held my hand from beginning to end. Jim documented all of the damages before the cleaning and restoration, communicated with the adjuster directly, and put my mind at ease that the insurance company was going to pay the claim. Jim was the difference between getting the claim approved vs. denied. I recommend Pride & Restoration, Inc. for their excellent response time, craftmanship, and project management.

He found so much more damage and was able to prove it so the insurance company had to cover the additional cost of the damages. The adjuster even admitted that their preferred vendor did a bad job. I am so grateful for Jim and Pride restoration. He saved me thousands of dollars! He is easy to work with and communicated with me constantly throughout out the process. I can’t say enough about the quality work and attention to detail. I also discovered that I am not obligated to use the preferred vendor the insurance company sends out and I will just call Pride Cleaning and Restoration directly if I ever have another insurance claim.

Then the supervisor harasses me through text and I asked her to stop texting me but she continues to text my phone after work hours.

    Original review: Initially, I found them very helpful after a water leak. While we waited for insurance to decide, This decision did take an extremely long time in a more typical timeline. I had several outside sources (over 4) tell me that the extremely loud de-humidifiers would not be helpful after a certain point. I felt they were keeping these loud machines here unnecessarily and they bill per machine/per day. They hadn't even been checking them as time went on. I felt like i was taken advantage.

They provide monthly bonuses for hourly employees and stable work environment, well as stable as you can ask a third party contractor.   • Scelest rated it 1/5: I worked for this company in 2015. When it was time to file taxes I was no longer working for them. They sent my w2 and I filed my taxes. This year 2017 I get a bill from the IRS saying that the company reported more income than me. I have tried several times to get in touch with someone for supporting documentation and have left several messages. No one has called me back nor has been I the office when I have called. They are not a responsive caring company. They lied about what my hourly wage was going to be. I was told I would be making 10 per hour but instead they paid me nine. Then they tried to change my hours without warning which is why I quit. Now they will not give me the tax information I need. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

When they looked at the damage, they claimed their materials could not cause scratches, the counters must have been installed incorrectly and that they use stools / do not stand on counters (I saw staff on my counter). No remedy was provided. Further, they were not able to clean even half of what was requested. They were hired for a deep clean and the half of the house they actually got to was not much different when they left than when they started (except they did clean a very dirty oven).
