May and Misa are also very responsive and organized, and care about their clients. At our initial cleaning we were thrilled that they were able to completely clean the deposits/stains from the shower basin in our master bath that we thought was a lost cause! Our regular cleanings every other week leave our house looking, feeling, and smelling clean and fresh. Overall we have been very happy with the service.

It would just be nice if there was some effort/attention to detail but it was really as quick and minimal a job as someone could do.

John Ahearn rated it 3/5: The actual service and the two women who showed up were excellent. No issues with them whatsoever. I enjoyed meeting them. However, there was horrible communication involved when setting up the appointment and absolutely NO communication with respect to an estimate. I called and then emailed 3 times I think. I was trying to figure out how to proceed meaning … was my expectation supposed to be that there is no estimate provided (other than something that was +/- about $140 based on very preliminary info for my square footage and number of rooms)? That didn't help. Was the expectation that they cleaners would arrive ONLY to give me an estimate? Was the expectation that the cleaners would arrive, give me an estimate, and then ask if they should go ahead and clean? The reason for my persistent emailing over the course of a week was to find out what their process is for getting me the right estimate.
I have no doubt that someone at the Maid Connection is going to dispute all this and claim that I'm to blame somehow. And I AM willing to take some blame for not calling continually to make sure I understood what to expect. But here's what I won't take any blame for and why I can't give them more than a 3 star review. Even though the actually cleaning service was probably 4 star (they didn't to remove spider-webs on the ceiling in at least two places – super-easy for me to do after they left but that was the only issue), when the cleaners arrived I told them that whatever they may have been told before they got there we were subtracting two rooms from the original plan. The estimate they gave me when they walked in the door was all the way on the high from what I first saw on their site based on square footage and number of rooms I indicated. But then we subtracted two rooms entirely and I was told the estimate was the same?

Again the two cleaners were great and we wanted to schedule for them to come back every two weeks. One cleaner told me that she was pretty sure the house could be cleaned in 1 hr 45 minutes or 2 hours tops for the same rooms next time they showed. I was absolutely fine with paying more the first time though, because the first time is different and they needed to take time to relay info back to the scheduler. But with 2 rooms removed from the original estimate why did they still charge me for 2 hr and 45 minutes work?

I really wanted to make this work, and I actually made an effort to try and do so but the owner of the house decided the poor communication was going to be a show stopper even though she was torn because she was really looking forward to finally having excellent cleaners take care of her home every 2 weeks.

Bottom line: don't do what I did if you go with Maid Connection. Get the scheduler on the phone no matter how hard that is to do. And get the estimate in writing ahead of time. I never did, and it's still got me wondering why. Possible they thought they gave me an estimate perhaps? I certainly did not!

They did such an amazing job cleaning my home, and actually followed directions about calling before arriving so I can make sure the dog is situated (you'd be surprised how often this gets ignored by businesses) I generally keep a tidy home, but work long nights at the hospital and am exhausted most of the time so it was great to have this available. Well worth it. They did such an outsanding job, on top of it being a good value, communicative and responsive, etc. Will definitely be using them again.

They were professional, came prepared, and cleaned thoroughly. In addition to the normal house cleaning services, they also helped us organize our garage and attic! Their attention to detail was remarkable—they moved items that were in the way of vacuuming and cleaning along with dusting every inch of our home. We will definitely be using Tucson Maids again once we move into our new home!

The ladies from Tucson Maids came in, and did an incredible job packing up all of the items we were giving away or throwing out. In just two hours, they had all the stuff that was once stacked up around our house packed neatly into boxes, ready for donation or recycling. If you need help removing clutter before moving, these are your girls!

She was absolutely amazing! First of all, she was so nice to me and my dog…and second, she did an incredible job cleaning the entire place. And when I say "clean", I don't mean just a quickie dusting — no, no, no! She scrubbed that place down! And everything was sparkling when she left. I don't think I'd ever seen my bathroom so shiny before! The kitchen cabinets and drawers were cleaner than they have been since we moved in. In fact, it looked like new counters had been installed (she polished them up so beautifully). Even the flooring looked brand new when she cleaned it. Now THAT'S what I call clean (and exactly how it is supposed to look).

We hired them for a move out clean, as we were selling our house. They paid attention to every detail, removing scratches and scuff marks from the walls, polishing our windows and doors and helping us with other tasks around the house that needed to be taken care of before we left.

It is so refreshing to work with a contractor who has a crew that not only understands construction, but is also on time, clean, and good at listening to our concerns and offering suggestions. Our troubles started with a water pipe leak in our slab. During the process my husband I made the leap to take care of some remodeling that we'd been deferring for several years and we are so glad we moved forward with Commercial Cleaning & Restoration at our side. Richard and his crew gave great suggestions for the remodel. They made the process so easy. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. They were flexible when we changed our minds with design options. Our house looks beautiful and there are little details that they helped us figure out step-by-step. I HIGHLY recommend this business not only for emergency restoration and water/fire damage response, but for remodeling and additions.

Karen M. rated it 5/5: Outstanding job on my home by CCR! During heavy rains we had a nagging problem of water seeping in beneath the baseboard of a ground-level external wall. CCR opened up the wall and subjected it to repeated water testing until they pinpointed where the water was coming in. They sealed the source of the leak (and retested to make sure), and then proceeded to do meticulous work to restore the internal and external walls to their original condition. The restoration was perfection. Throughout the job everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
