Alex, Robby and another man (wish I could remember names) all worked on all my tile floors, 1 large dining room bench and my shower for 6 hours! It’s a larger home so that is why the time and it was all floors + walk-in shower + 1 upholstery piece.
They brought it all back to life and even covered the opening to my home where their equipment was coming inside (to mitigate a/c loss and no bugs can come in ). They worked constantly and thoroughly.

He never asked what service I needed/wanted. I didn't like that the cleaner assumed that because I have a pet that I needed a pet cleaning solution. The solution had a very strong scent to it that I was not pleased with. My pet is trained and has her own sofa. My pet doesn't go on my sectional. So the solution used was not needed. I did like that the sectional dried up quickly.

John and his partner did a very thorough job of cleaning out all the vents and ducts and assuring us that there was no mold issues in our home. After having my duct work cleaned and sanitized the odor was gone. The air quality has dramatically improved and I would highly recommend this service especially if you have anyone in your family that is sensitive to smells, dust, and animal dander.

Tasheana Dekle rated it 2/5: So I’m going to be really honest about my experience I was looking for carpet cleaning service and I have been through many because I’m big on reviews and I was considering Stanley Steemer but their price range was a little high for me so I went with Sears carpet cleaning instead. The technician that showed up to my house was very nice but I did feel like he did a rush job. He claimed my floors would be dry in two hours but they were still wet for days and the carpet started to have a smell so I had to end up calling them back. The same technician came out he apologized for telling me the wrong time frame because on the phone the receptionist told me it could take 48 to 72 hours but the technician told me two so when he came back for the second time he apologized and deodorized the carpet. It helped a little bit but honestly the carpet looked way better when it was still kind of wet when everything dried, I felt like my carpet had a more Dull tent to it. Also the technician claimed that he couldn’t get up certain stains but when I got on my hands and knees and I scrub the carpet with cleaner from Family Dollar I was able to get the same stains the technician said he couldn’t get up. My carpet was also left crunchy I’m not sure if that’s from the first time when he cleaned it or the second time when he came back to deodorize it but I had my AC on blast there’s no reason why It shouldn’t have dried up. I blame myself partly because maybe I should have done more research. I didn’t realize that the carpet would be left that wet I left all my furniture and anything that was on the ground out on the patio for days just because I didn’t want it to soak up the water. Initially I’m confused because all the reviews have been good I seen the before and after pictures and their carpet was impeccable. This is why I chose to go with sears carpet cleaning but my overall experience was not pleasing. On the plus side the air is not so stuffy since getting my carpet cleaned, my son has asthma so I do anything to keep the dust/dirt away.

They were ON TIME, very thorough, informative, and friendly. Mr. J. Alexander, specifically, was awesome. He even talked with me about some other handyman services they could help me with like carpet to tile transitions (which I didn't even know Sears did) and carpet cleaning. Highly recommend this service.

He was extremely helpful clearing a few things so he could get the entire area of a few rooms (items I could not move alone). He also made time to service two chairs and an ottoman prior to leaving upon my request. This is the second home that sears has done and I would highly recommend them for a quick affordable service. I look forward to using them in the future.
