Anytime I needed to call Joe for a question prior to the day of service and on the day of service he answered every single time. The day of they came and cleaned everything within a hour and they even tried to help me with another stain I had that wasn’t included in the service I had selected. They were nice and funny and polite and didn’t try too hard to be professional or a complete stranger it was a great balance. They got the stain out of my rug and my couch smells so fresh and clean! I would 10/10 recommend!

Hired for deep clean. Cabinet fronts and baseboards all still grimey. Spill still in fridge. Grout still dirty. The staff was so nice and they did a fine enough job doing a basic clean, but it was definitely not a deep clean.

Liz Schaefer rated it 1/5: After researching various cleaning services, we ultimately decided to go with MB's Cleaning Services after talking to MB herself and reading numerous stellar reviews – Customer service and exceeding expectations were key themes during our our initial discussion and again when we decided to move forward with an initial "deep clean" to be followed by monthly cleanings. After coming home and doing a walkthrough, I was disappointed so much so that I expressed this to Carolyn and sent her pictures of missed areas (attaching a few of the ones that were sent as reference). Additionally the floors still seemed quite dirty, you could see where a cloth was wiped across the cupboards only halfway (if at all) and half the windowsills seemed to be untouched. I have yet to hear back from her or MB since submitting payment. I debated whether or not to leave a review, and maybe expectations were too high, but for a "deep clean" we felt it was anything but that…
Pat and Lora rated it 1/5: I booked a move out cleaning for a 3 bedroom and 1 bath home and gave specifics such as, the number of rooms, square footage, what needs to be cleaned (most of the walls and ceilings were recently painted), and requested the inside windows to be cleaned. I sent my address which with a google search, one could gage the size, number of windows, and age of the house.
Two people were sent out to clean with one showing up late. They both said they were new and the one that was late said this was her first home to clean. It is not their fault they were both assigned to a job neither of them were ready to tackle. I gave them each a cash tip.

In 3 hours, they completed part of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The rooms are not that large.

The office staff person I dealt with was rude, unreasonable, and disrespectful. She would not listen to me or give me a straight answer and clearly did not care about customer service. They charged my credit card without sending an invoice/bill for my review/authorization.

I will not be recommending them to my realtor or anyone else.

Closet interiors not painted, damage from repairs everywhere, siding falling off, front door ajar and jammed shut, trash left in the unit, left all lights on through the whole project, and ran all power tools through my unit alone driving my bills through the roof, the company is totally unresponsive, project went a year over projected completion. The PM was a joke, extra doors, siding, and other leftover materials left in the garage. After a final walk through, needed to call them back 4 times. I live in Madison Wisconsin now and had to make 4 special trips back to MN. They literally had a light bulb hanging out of a hole in the wall above the bathroom sink. I called the PM to ask why and he said the fixure we picked was back ordered. He said he reached out to me and got no response so that's what he did… I felt foolish. As a PM myself, I get IT. Waiting on an email can make your project come to a grinding halt. So, I checked my emails and found no such correspondence…. So guess what, he just lied. Great. Well we have now accepted an offer and were still finding issues! I work in construction, I know how it goes, but to have a PM sign off on a project in this state just goes to show, they aren't paying attention and they do not care. If I was moving back and not just selling, I would have never signed off on a damn thing. Please don't make the same mistake my insurance company did. Don't use these jokers. They are shady creeps and should NOT be trusted.

I called him to come to my business that I run and asked him to do a walk-through with me to determine exactly what was needed to have the old building look as new as possible. With Covid times it was imperative that we clean the building as best as possible. Mike came out to the building the same day and gave me multiple quotes for different possibilities that would fit in my budget. I was able to schedule him to come out in a very short amount of time. When the crew FINALLY arrived (2+ hours late) the first time to clean our house, they asked what we wanted done. The simple and most direct answer was “clean our house.” The owner of the company stated that the house was hardly dirty, yet when we were billed we were billed for a “deep clean that was 3 times what we were quoted originally. The house was poorly cleaned, which I discussed with the owner and he told me to “pay what I want” so I did. We established a 2nd cleaning for 2 weeks later and I provided specifics of what needed to be different from the “deep clean.” The cleaning company never showed up. Again, if you are considering hiring this company to clean anything, I strongly urge you to reconsider doing any business with them.

Called late on a Sunday afternoon and they were at our house on Monday morning and immediately started mitigation steps for a cracked sewer pipe. They stayed with the job daily until all mitigation actions were complete.

Rainbow went to look at let me and the customer know there wasn't damage and the customer didn't need to file a claim. The customer called back and said she was so thankful for the interaction with Rainbow as she is a widow and often feels taken advantage of. She said the team at Rainbow were honest and upfront with her. Little things like this make such a difference, our customer was almost in tears she was so thankful.

natalie briones rated it 1/5: The contractor falsely explained rainbows process after 4 rooms in my new home experienced water damage. I was left with exposed ceilings, a lawsuit from the company, and spent thousands more restoring my home.
Rainbow, that is a completely false statement. I gave every penny my insurance sent me, but they stated you overcharged for your services. $12,000 for water mitigation?!?! As for my comment of amazing service, that was prior to finding out that I would live with exposed ceilings until I found another contractor to come repair those. Max had told me that would be taken care of and that was a false statement. My real estate agent was present to witness the false statement of services that would be provided.
