Dave said that he wouldn't be there because something more important came up and he couldn't be expected to call every customer when things changed. I cancelled and he hung up on me. This is an unprofessional organization that has no concern for the customer. I'll find someone else who knows how to operate a business properly.

Friendly, responsive, good value. This company has it all. I highly recommend giving this company a call for floor care

Woodard helped almost immediately in getting the cleanup started and looking after the contents. Over the next few months, we worked closely with Brady, Brandon and the rest of the crew there on reconstruction and then the finishes to make it better than it was before. I cannot speak highly enough about Woodard and their service, communication and hard work throughout the process of getting our home back on its feet. A house fire or disaster is not fun, but it helps to have pros around to give some assurance and do a great job. Would recommend Woodard cleanup, construction and contents. results speak for themselves.

Like taking advantage of a person who isn’t thinking clearly while his life is burning in front of his eyes. One of my friends had to make him get away from me to give me space. We don’t know who called you thought that the insurance company did but found out later they didn’t.. I believe your people should have a little more compassion for the people’s lives in the time of crisis and stop pushing all these service’s when their mind is distracted.

A tree fell on my house over five months ago creating a giant hole in the roof and causing the back wall of the house to cave-in. Woodard was hired the day after this to help with the restoration. There has been delay after delay after delay and at this point, nothing has even been done except put a tarp over the giant hole. We still have not even ordered the replacement windows because my project manager keeps putting off my request to get this done. I am so so sorry that I ever hired them, but unfortunately I have and they have forced me to put down a $33,000 down payment and so I am stuck working with them.
I cannot express enough that if you are looking for someone to help rebuild your home after a natural disaster you need to look elsewhere.

Carpets satisfactorily cleaned and dries in about 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Stairs and high traffic areas are satisfactorily done also. I highly recommend using a non-steamed method because it dries much quicker and doesn't saturate carpet which causes the carpet pad to deteriorate much faster.

Pride was the only company that called me back the next day and they were able to schedule an initial appointment for the assessment and got a crew at my house in less than a week. During the assessment the president of the company, Jim, knew I was nervous and anxious about navigating through the insurance process. Jim held my hand from beginning to end. Jim documented all of the damages before the cleaning and restoration, communicated with the adjuster directly, and put my mind at ease that the insurance company was going to pay the claim. Jim was the difference between getting the claim approved vs. denied. I recommend Pride & Restoration, Inc. for their excellent response time, craftmanship, and project management.

I called Jim at Pride restoration and he came out same day to assess the damage. He found so much more damage and was able to prove it so the insurance company had to cover the additional cost of the damages. The adjuster even admitted that their preferred vendor did a bad job. I am so grateful for Jim and Pride restoration. He saved me thousands of dollars! He is easy to work with and communicated with me constantly throughout out the process. I can’t say enough about the quality work and attention to detail. They were in our home for all of 2 hours. And our bill came out to just under $3,000 dollars. Look at the attached picture. The most annoying part about their process is how they’re charging you for EVERY LITTLE THING they do. Service call: 120 dollars just because they came out of the house to come to you before any work is even started. Content Manipulation: 75 dollars for “moving fans around”. Containment Zipper: 129 dollars to do yet another thing should already be included in the process (which I could’ve done myself, but they have to put the plastic up their way for 129 dollars). The next 8 items on the invoice were somewhat legit. But then.. Clean Floor: 95.40 dollars to barely vacuum the mess THAT THEY MADE and still left visible pieces of debris and insulation on the ground that I later ended up sweeping myself. And that’s not including the mopping I have to do for all the dirt on the floor. Next they charge you 18 and 24 dollars for the actual filters that their machines have to have in order to work. Why are we paying for YOUR filters? Does this place have any company expenses that the customer doesn’t cover? The most annoying thing on this invoice is finally the 184 dollars to come and pick up their own noisy equipment at the end of the 3 day equipment “rental”. How on earth can you charge people to take your own equipment back?? I’m surprised there wasn’t a fee for walking from the front door to the area of concern. Seriously look at the invoice that I took a picture of and just read all the nonsense that they’ll charge you for. Half of those things should be already included in the process. Like..I guess they kill the mold, but these people prey on the gullible. Unless you want to be charged á la carté style, don’t go with these guys. Kevin was nice though.

Information was NOT provided prior to service of extra charges, which was a joke, cutting of the duct work, etc. NOT all ducts were cleaned like stated. Left hand prints on the walls, didn't clean up any of the mess they created nor put anything back the way it was when they arrived. Will NEVER use this company again nor recommend to anyone.

They called the morning of and arrived a few minutes early which is WAY better than some companies who show up late. He got right to work, was efficient and friendly. I had an interest in all of the equipment and we talked about carpet cleaning from A to Z. It was a great couple of hours and the carpets looked great! All of the pet stains from the prior owners came out. I definitely will be having them back to clean again in 6-12 months depending on how the carpets hold up. Choose JLee's, they are worth it.
