Brian Busch rated it 2/5: Chris has done work on two homes for my family. I will state up front that he is knowledgeable, experienced, and the work that he does is high quality. However, his poor responsiveness and lack of due diligence cause me to not recommend his business. On the first job, he rescheduled multiple times, often on short notice. However, the end result was good work. On the second home, he charged $200 for an inspection where he only looked up the chimney and said that it didn't need sweeping. It was a clear, sunny day, but he didn't bother to get up on the roof to inspect from the top (I did after, and saw something that concerned me). The chimney was also lacking a chimney cap, and he recommended getting one. Without getting up on the roof and confirming, he gave a measurement for a chimney cap. We bought one at the size he recommended, and it was wrong. We called and left several voice mails with him, but he never picked up or called back. So not only did we not get our money's worth on the inspection, we wasted over $100 on a useless chimney cap, and will have to get another one at additional expense. I cannot recommend using Atlas Chimney due to the owner's laziness and lack of responsiveness.

tran hilliman rated it 5/5: Omer worked diligently for almost 3 hours to clean and sanitize the air ducts of both AC units in our house. He also clear the dryer vent which was plugged by a bird nest. Look at the super dirty before picture compared to the clean and shiny mirror after picture.
We definitely recommend Omer’s service. Will be calling him for our rental house soon.

He explained everything that was going to be done, took pictures for me to see the results, and worked very quickly. I'll definitely be recommending Lady Bird Home Specialist to friends and will use them for a fireplace cleaning later this year.
Shai Kotak rated it 5/5: So honest! I just love this company. They are amazing at what they do and just so freakin honest which is so hard to come by these days! I compared their quotes with few others and most of them were either trying to charge me 2-3K or trying to do bare minimum which would have been ineffective anyway. But Omar did such a great job for a fair price and actually educated me on what aspects of duct cleaning is necessary and whats a waste of money. He didn't try to upsell me or exaggerate problems. he even helped me out with some extra cleaning without charging me "extra".
