They were professional from the start of the sale ( thank you Todd Greco), to the removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof, and the whole solar install. Antonio, Cesar, and all of the employees were professional and informative every step of the way. The work crews were efficient and considerate. Antonio was always updating me and I could tell he valued open communication, which I really appreciated. I just had the city out today to inspect the solar install and now I’m just waiting for final approval, but I don’t see any hang ups there. I would definitely recommend Grandmark. I'd had a section of shingles let go during a day of rain, exposing plywood (no underlayment to my surprise). Gabriel arrived with his team the next morning as promised, assessed the roof, and gave me three options to repair or replace. Knowing that rain would be hitting that evening, he and his team completed the repair that same day. Extremely impressed with Roof Pros responsiveness and the quality of their work. Roof looks great and has a 5yr warranty on labor. I will definitely use Roof Pros again.

I was not aware of any problems with my old roof but it was older than the expected life and I needed a new roof for other discounts. After tearing off the old roof several rot spots and damage were revealed that would have grown worse. I am glad now that they did a complete new composition shingle roof. They installed items that were missing from my old roof. What is best, after passing the final inspection and payment in full and I was satisfied, their foreman came by one day and reinforced at the area where I had the most rot before. This proved to me that they cared and it was not just another job.

Mike, Not the owner, "but way better looking" (his words) lol, came out for the install. This guy was on it, In and out in about 25 – 30 min. What I was real impressed by is the quality of the install. As the pictures show, there is no damage to the stucco or visible to the door frame. The door looks like it has been with the house for a while. These guys did a good job, for sure.

Would have been nice if someone called us the day before to let us know that it wasn't likely the tech would show up since he's been out all week and since we changed our vacation plans to be here. Also would have been nice if someone called us in the morning to let us know. Coincidence it happens to be the week between Christmas and New Year's that a lot of people like to take off or call in sick??!

They took our money and sold the parts to someone else that same day. Then we call them every other day for the next several weeks asking for an update. Last week we were informed that they got more in stock and are shipping out our order. Another week goes by and we call again; and THEY LIE TO US and say it shipped already. In fact they are so bold as to say it shipped last week. So today we finally get the package and the date stamped is Feb 13th, YESTERDAY. Absolutely atrocious customer service, and its offensive that they lie to you and think you can't track the date on a package with the tracking number. Will never do business with these people again. Completely dishonest company that will take your money and string you along.

I'm very happy I called them because they gave a me a report that found some issues the other chimney company missed and also told me some of the issues the other company reported were not issues at all. Everything was documented with pictures on the report and explained by the technician, Kevin, who was very patient going over everything with me. I also had them perform the repairs to my fireplace they recommended and aside from having to wait a bit for parts to come in, everything was top notch!
Long story short, I paid a little more for Mike's Mobile to sweep and inspect my chimney but the process from start to finish was very professional and ended up saving me money in the long run. Thanks!

Sparky T rated it 5/5: It was raining and all of a sudden my ceiling started leaking. I called and within an hour they were at my door. He climbed on the roof and found the problem. I had a couple of broken tiles. He replaced the broken tiles and stopped my ceiling from leaking; just before the big storm.

Unreliable, untrustworthy and has refused to fix a very bad leak in our roof that has now resulted in a hole over my 4 year olds bedroom.

When one of my fireplace insert blowers stopped working and I was unable find a replacement part, Mike got the job done. He found a blower that he could adapt and make it fit and work like the original. My wife and I have found Mike to always be on time, polite , efficient, a man that cleans up and stands behind his work.

He came all the way to our house in Foresta, Yosemite out on a dirt road to discover our chimney set up was old and broken. We had no idea it had been leaking toxic smoke into our house. Mike immediately ordered all the parts and fixed it right up. I didn’t know how well it worked until now! I recommend him to anyone!

which was not made anymore, but Mike managed to find something that work. Mike is very knowable on fireplace inserts.
