Every step of his process was explained to me in an easy to understand manner. Even though he had to deliver bad news about my chimney, I felt very good knowing my fireplace was not safe to use before there was an accident. Green and Clean Chimney Sweep is distinct in these days and times when I receive business using shoddy justifications that they don't have the staff to meet deadlines. Their employee responded quickly and was kind in his responses to all of my questions. The leader of their techs gave an arrival time estimate. He arrived on time and was courteous. Prices for fireplace inserts were fair. I appreciate your wonderful service. Next year, I'll give you guys a call to arrange for our regular chimney cleaning.
