I used their portal on their website and it was set up. 3 days go by and on the day of the scheduled appointment, no one shows up at the scheduled time. 2 hours later I get a phone call to hear they don't service my area. So not only did they waste time I could've been trying to find someone else, they also wasted half my day while I waited on them thinking they would show up and never did.

Derek was super nice and explained everything very well throughout the process, but on the day of the air duct cleaning an absolute mess was made of my house. I thought that before blowing out the ducts / vents he would have either placed covers on the exterior of the vents that flows into my home or there would have been some sort of vacuum catching the dirt as it came out. Instead, I sat and watched as a dust bowl was created in my home. It covered our beds, our floors, our counters, our furniture and everything in between. I tried calling the Tru Clean office multiple times and left a voicemail but received no response. I’ve paid them in full and would think a paying customer could at least get a call back. I will certainly think twice before using them again or referring them to friends.

They were going to charge me $50 to cap my gas line it cost me $1.50, and charge over $1000 for a new chimney cap. Is my chimney perfect no it's not but it's in good condition It needs a little bit of mortar and some updated weather proofing simple stuff no where close to 6k.
I spoke with my neighbors and Chimney Dr Quoted him $10k. Long story short they have priced themselves out of the market. I can't see anyone paying those repair prices when we live in a moderate Mid-south climate.

I called and a lady answer the phone, I was very happy to actually hear a person, she asked me what is the zip code I am calling from, I told her my zip (38119) code and inmediatelly she redirect me to a answer machine that said: "we are actually not serving in your area"
